Never been to a Saxbys before. Service was quick and still premium. Barista dropped the milk top in a steam cup, started over with a new cup. I rather enjoyed the London Fog.

The service was great... A nice place to go for a quick coffee. Dont worry about the line... It goes fast!

My favorite coffee shop in center City. They know their customers by name, they know their orders, they are friendly, kind and always have a smile. My day always starts there. Plus they have the cutest little Pusheen kitties in their shop. The staff is just great and thats what we all need in the morning. Coffee with a smile (and a Pusheen)

Told the person behind the counter I was new to Saxbys and they all became very friendly and helpful. The bagel was just a touch disappointing as it seem to be very small compared to their competitors.

Lattes are not cappuccinos, yet one particular coffeemaker consistently makes my $6 latte a cappuccino. Sure, I order coffee here out of convenience, but its seriously worth the 2 minute walk to Green Line instead.

I had good coffee and great service. It was raining cats and dogs outside and the staff was helpful and friendly. Even better than that, I lost my receipt and I needed a duplicate since I am a business traveler. I called the store on November 2, 2018. I spoke to Gabb, who was able to track that receipt down and send me a duplicate. Gabb is a saint! If Im ever back in Philadelphia, I will definitely get my coffee at Saxbys!

Dont ever order a steamer. They fill only half the cup with milk, the other half is just the foam. Who wants to pay a full price for half cup of contents ? Not me. They were nice enough to return the money, but still stay away from their steamers folks.

Friendly people and good service

Coffee is pretty good, but the service is INSANELY slow. it takes 20-30 minutes to get anything unless its black coffee.
