Im honestly very disappointed with my order with Dutch Label Shop, and I havent even received my order yet. I placed an order with this company because of its marketed fast turn-around time, which says that the labels will be dispatched within 7 days or less - quoted from their site (screenshot from their site attached). However, I placed my order two weeks ago, paid for 2-day shipping, and have called numerous times to only find out that my order will be coming in later next week - a total of three weeks.I called a few times to understand what the delay was, and was told yesterday that I would receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email that same day. As I havent received anything since, I called again this morning only to be berated by, talked over by, and hung up by a customer service agent after asking why my product hasnt shipped. I had asked for an explanation of what the process was so I could understand the delayed timeline and estimate when I should be receiving the product. At first, I thought the call had dropped, so I called a few more times after that only for the calls to be dropped while ringing. After a few more attempts, my husband called with his phone and immediately was connected to a customer service agent. He asked about the order, the delays, and if we could at least receive a refund of the shipping fee. The agent said that it was not possible to receive a refund on the product (which is understandable) or any shipping fees related, and that our order would arrive later next week.Im not sure what the product will look like - it could very well be beautiful and well-made. However, my review is primarily for the lack of professional customer service, communication, and misguided promised marketing on the website.The reason I chose to go with Dutch Label Shop was because of the promise of fast turnaround, which they seem to be unable to deliver upon.If I had known that they take about the same amount of time (or more) than other local label shops, which truthfully estimate about 2-3 weeks, I dont think I would have opted to order from here.Honestly, even one star is too many stars for this company.- Edited -I posted this same review on their website, and, unfortunately, it was taken down immediately within a few minutes. For anyone who is reading the reviews for this company, please do not believe their website reviews as I did. Its very helpful to find reviews through other outlets in order to really understand how the company operates, which, unfortunately, I did after ordering and talking to customer service. It is very telling when witnessing the companys removal of my negative review within minutes of posting, all while refusing to communicate transparently on their actual product. A beautiful website doesnt mean anything I realized.I am honestly feeling very let-down because my order was for my fathers recent admission into a nursing home, and I wanted to make sure that I would receive the labels early. Although it may seem like this has nothing to do with the company, the false advertisement on their site and lack of truthful communication does affect ones decision to purchase from a certain company.I sincerely hope that my one experience with the Dutch Label Shop is rare, and that they are able to deliver on-time, have thorough and transparent communication, and that no one is left feeling helpless after being treated less-than.

I had 200 printed satin labels produced, when I got through more of the bag of labels I found some misprinted with the text up way higher than the approved design proof, where the text gets cut off when sewn in the seam of the garment.I went through the rest of the labels and found 60 that are unusable misprints...Nearly 1/3 of that order...I contacted customer support. and spoke with Lorraine (customer service supervisor) with photos showing the issue, and they would not even acknowledge that they made an error, nor take accountability and replace these 60 misprinted labels saying that I have a strict 7 day deadline to have gone through hundreds of labels to check for THEIR errors...They falsely claim customer satisfaction and a Product Guarantee when it is more a trick on their customers that they know internally they have many errors with the factories they work with, and wipe their hands clean of accountability and keep your money if you do not contact them within 7 days.Do not risk getting swindled by this company!

Blown away! This is my second time ordering from DLS and they never fail to impress. I had some labels made up for my apparel brand and they were so great about communications and size suggestions to make sure that everything was clear and legible. Also, they have order minimums as low as 5, which was great since we are smaller and are never know how many orders of each garment we are going to get. They even threw in 6 extra labels! They will definitely continue to be my go-to place as we scale!

I am a long time, frequent customer of DLS and I have to say I’m disappointed overall. Yes they’re the cheapest and easiest for what they offer. Yes they can turn out great results. But they make a LOT of mistakes and they do so frequently.If I could find someone that could create the same products in the smaller quantities that DLS does, I would switch. But I can’t. So I continue to order from here. Begrudgingly.I’ve tried to be helpful to them in identifying where the problems lay and how they could be fixed but I feel it just falls on deaf ears.(Sigh)

ZERO STARS. I am running a business and when I am told by another company that they guarantee shipment in 7 days, i expect that company to keep their word as this effects OTHER businesses that actually keep their word to their customers.It’s been 2 weeks now. had i known it’d take THIS long, i would have never ordered from you guys. productions was moving fast the first 2 days but now my products have been stuck on “Quality Control” for the remaining days. I’m seeing reviews saying they haven’t gotten their stuff for a MONTH ?!? that’s ridiculous. i better not be one of those. Moral of the paragraph - if you have a time limit - or need things by a certain date. don’t order from them because you’ll definitely miss it or order 3 months ahead (: I’ll leave an update.

Having the worst experience with them!When I placed my order on September 10 before clicking a button that says the “purchase” it stated that my product was going to take 10 days to produce +2 day shipping in which has not been true.I have called and emailed to get ETA in regards to my order and every time I call they tell me it’s gonna take 2 to 3 weeks to process and instead of acknowledging their mistakes and expedite the order, they try to give you the roundabout.I don’t recommend this company

Your website is misleading customers by repeatedly stating how fast you produce labels. “Fast turnaround time” and “7 day guarantee” are the types of things you proclaim on your site. In reality my labels took 38 days from order to delivery even after I paid extra for expedited shipping.

Its been three weeks - one month now since my order was placed, I was told there was a shipping delay about a week ago and still have received no tracking information. Fast turn around time is false because its been way too long for production...im extremely frustrated that my business is being held up because of this. If i knew the production time would be this long i would have never ordered. Still dont have labels...hope they come out decent.

I was very happy with the end product. This was my first time purchasing custom labels (and also creating a custom brand image to add to a label). My order was time sensitive, and they guaranteed a two week turnaround. I placed my order with them because all other suppliers were out for chinese new year. Two days before the 2 weeks had expired I called to make sure we were on schedule. It was then they informed me that machines were down for maintenance AKA their manufacturer was away for holiday. The customer service supervisor said their bosses didnt tell them that the manufacturer would be away for holiday. Anyone who produces in China knows when the new year is coming. Be transparent with your customers.

Not certain about the product because I havent received them yet. Im sure they will be fine. Its been two and a half weeks. I inquired before placing the order about shipping time because they are for a nursing home client. I have chatted and called often and received the same canned message when someone does respond - they are in production and will be mailed soon. Or they are out of production and will be mailed tomorrow (depends on who I talk to). So disappointing. I now need to find an alternative 2 days before Christmas. I wish I had seen the review about the 30 day delivery time, I would not have ordered.

The quality of the labels is great, but the quick most orders arrive in 7 days messaging is total BS. Ive ordered from them twice and both times it took 30 days to get the labels. Thats fine, but dont mislead customers who need the labels quickly with such a blatant bit of misinformation. So. All that being said, if you need the labels quickly, this is not the place to order. If youve got all the time in the world, then this is the place as the labels are great.

These are soft and comfortable masks. Like these masks a lot! Me and my two boys (age 5 and 10) use these. Its been hard to find something that my 5 year old wont remove but he doesnt mind this one. They are soft and comfortable. We have the S / M and we can all wear them (though I could also wear the L).

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT BUY from them. Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered from them a month ago, and they did not send me my labels. I had to email them to get them to send me my labels. As of today, I went to my Amazon Hub locker and when I opened it- the envelope that was pulled out was empty. Something as simple as sealing the envelope to make sure that the customer gets their product, they had failed to do. This was time sensitive. Nolan told me, that he will issue me a refund, but not before he turned off to listen to me on the phone and my complaint and told me that he lost the call ( I truly doubt that he wanted to listen to what I had to say=rude!) and I will never come back to such horrible business. I just needed them for my Trademark Attorney as we are also a Veteran owned business and a startup and I was waiting a whole month to receive labels, which should have been processed two weeks average- and now we are late. I have to pay an extension fee of 125 dollars and up at USPTO, because of their lack of performance and deliverables. I looked at competitors and decided to go with them, which was a huge mistake.Spend your money where your time is worth.Please look somewhere else.

My experience was Great!!! The labels were great. Fed Ex had a hard time delivering my package for some reason. But despite that company’s mess up the Labels were of great quality and of very detailed and strong material.They even sent me a picture of what my label would like like before shipping and continuing production which is great that they are trying to ensure you are satisfied with your product!!!! . I love these masks, especially because the stretchy material leaves no gaps around my face. All other masks I have tried cover the face area, but do not close around the face and leave gaps, especially when moving my face. Even though DLS masks cover my face completely, they are easy to breath through. When wearing these, I feel confident, I am completely protected. The price is also very reasonable. I am amazed that other companies are charging anywhere from $12 to $25 for a regular plain mask. I paid $1.95 for each of mine.

We order the iron on labels for our pet accessory business and they work out perfectly! We have ordered 400 labels so far and haven’t had an issue with a single one!They don’t take long to adhere to the fabric and they are really stuck on there after ironed on! Not one of them have peeled off - and they’re on pet who run around all day so that’s saying a lot!They look professional and turnaround time from placing the order order to arriving at our door is about a week. The choices are varied, colors in all hues and sizes to fit all needs. Time from ordering until receiving is usually no more than 3 weeks. Prompt service and lovely product. I had been getting labels for my hand made sweaters and quilts since I was young, using the same company for perhaps 40 or 50 years. When I discovered they were out of business, I found this company on-line, not sure if they would be filling orders during the shelter in place for the corona virus but the labels came immediately and I was very happy with the quality.

Awful experience do not buy from them. Was guaranteed 7 day production. After over a week, they never contacted me, had to reach out and they said it would take 2 MORE WEEKS because of factory maintenance. So unprofessional, customer service isnt great. My order was time sensitive and Ive lost money because of this. So incredibly frustrating.

When I first placed my order with them, they were so happy to take my order and my money. Then, after I received my labels, it was disappointing, because the labels were not made right not just once but twice. Then after I reported the Problem, to some Indian lady on the phone that doesnt speak English right. She lied so many time after I wanted information. These people try to show how much they care but really they dont. I had someone on the phone that lied to me after she said the replacement labels were sent. Very Comfortable. I received my masks and I really like them. They`re light and very breathable; they also dry fast after a quick wash. I`ll print some designs on the white ones to personalize them a bit. Happy customer :-)

I can say that I’ve been using Dutch Labels for about 3 half years and love the quality and the fast production it takes them to make and ship the labels. I love the easy too use website and the quality of the labels are excellent. If you start your own business and would like some labels try them out.

After placing an order online over two weeks ago, at which time the confirmation email response stated my order would ship in seven days or less, I have yet to hear back from the Dutch Label Shop. I have since called the customer service number listed on their site during business hours. No one answers the phone and I am unable to determine if my order has even processed as of yet. I dont doubt they make high quality labels, I do however mind that they falsely led me to believe I would receive my order quickly.

The best!! Literally the best!! Exactly how I pictured and better will definitely continue buying! Someone mentioned how they have a pink label and the words came out fuzzy, I’m not sure why they’re complaining if mine was pink and it came out perfect!! I purchased clothing labels. I found them to be great quality and Im very happy with them. Labels arrived as ordered and are in great condition. I do wonder if the colour will run in the wash, so might do a pre-wash for these before putting them on clothes. Design looks exactly as requested, clear print and good colours.

Beautiful Labels. I love my labels. I ordered my first set a couple of years ago and was saddened that I was running out, so I re-ordered the same labels again along with a couple of new designs. They are very well made, and I love attaching them in my handmade creations.

I was able to submit my logo for them to create the labels with. I also was able to choose specific Pantone colours. They showed me an example when finished for approval. :D

Bamboozled 30 days later still no labels. I had to make contact. Then Week later They told me they were expediting my order 2 weeks later... nothing.Completely failed my deadline and wasted hours of my time on things like writing this review etc checking emails reconfirmed my request.Save your time and just throw your money in a trash canthank me later!
