The customer service could use some help. The service associate definitely didn’t want to be there. I went in with a jolly mood and left wanting my money back for a purchase I had just made. If I’m going to spend $26 on two celebratory cards it’d be nice for a little enthusiasm from the employee who works here.I didn’t even get a receipt to return the cards if I wanted to. She spelled my email wrong and don’t even confirm it. Yikes, find another stationary store or another paper source.

This store made my day! Jaynay in particular. Kidding around with customers when appropriate. Serious and helpful when thats called for.Its a fun store to begin with, but with people like Jaynay - even better. The store itself is a little more sparse than the one we have in Soho, but its got great variety. Lots of unique paper items, holiday themed merchandise, and small gift items. And the cards are always unique and actually priced no more than what youd get at a grocery store. And none of that same-old-same-old hallmark kind of stuff.

The recent staff is rather unpleasant, particularly the redhead manager. shes abrupt and rude. this used to be a favorite store to visit and purchase my many cards and gift supplies. will be going elsewhere

I had walked by this store many times on my way to work and decided it was time to finally check them out. I was so happy I did and had eyed several items for purchase as I walked the length of the store. When I walked back to the front of the store to meet my spouse, he was excited about a few items too.Then it happened...A young lady walked in the front door and a sales associate immediately pounced.In an extremely rude and discourteous tone said “didn’t you read the sign? We’re at maximum capacity”I was so shocked at her tone and embarrassed for her that I immediately got my spouses attention and left the store. Unfortunately the young lady had already decided to move on, but who could blame her after being treated so badly.In these terrible times, it is important to remember that we are all in this together and all of us deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.I will never be back.

Some of the most beautiful paper that you cant find any where else. I got some marbleized paper here a yard long or lemme just say it was big. Beautiful with gold running thru it. They have printed designs, scrapbooking items and paper crafters paradise. Anyhow today they had a line... About 5 to 6 people outside. Worth it though.

I love the individual sheets of wrapping paper. It is a joy to shop there around Christmas time and the wrapping paper totally improves and transforms the gift. Wonderful selection, equally pleasant and helpful staff. One of my favorite stores to go to.

Amazing one-of-a-kind products you will only find here, but expect to pay for the uniqueness! Great place to find gifts, but gift wrapping is super expensive.

Always love browsing here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Besides always being able to find the great card I came in for, there are so many other treats to discover. Even though its a pretty busy location the shop is well maintained and I never have to wait long.

This is an amazing stationary store. It has a great assortment of unique greeting cards, equally unique gift items, and absolutely beautiful paper goods. It is sold by the yard, and some of it can even be used for lamp shades or wallpaper. The shop is wheelchair accessible, and offers much in the ways of arts and crafts and scrapbooking supplies as well. Always stop in when we are in the neighborhood.

Love the store but the manager and the crew are racist... they followed me around the store and I didn’t even have a purse on me:.. so how could I steal? I wasn’t going to write a review but the cashier skipped me in line intentionally and I saw the manager allow her to do it. Completely unacceptable

Its expensive but high quality. You can get fun little gifts or make your own card for $8. Its more like a stationary store than a craft store. They do offer workshops and everyone who works there is always super helpful!

I always go here when Im in the US. The choice of greeting cards is far superior to most shops in the UK and I can be sure that it wont be one theyve had already. Plenty of gift choices too!

The best place to find cool gifts for your friends. Lot of selections. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice store too. One can spend easily an hour at this place.

The customer service people at Paper Source are so kind and helpful. Paper Source is pretty much a Do-It-Yourself creative card shop and craft store. I bought their handy heat tool and I dressed up some cards and invitations without the hefty price tag of having them custom made. They offered a class on how to do all of this. It was so much fun and before we knew it, the store was getting ready to close. They took us through all the different ways you could emboss or stamp or create beautiful and thoughtful cards. The class was $25 and we got to keep everything we made. Its genius!

This place is only around the corner from Papyrus, but I found their selection to have a bit more personality and variety. I rarely find myself in such shops but next time, Ill probably start here.

If youre looking for elegant sheets of wrapping paper, unique cards, or small gifts (think candles or pouches), Paper Source is the shop to visit. The space is narrow but deep, making for tight quarters when crowded. Everything is special with attention to detail. But the result is also a very high price tag.
