Marx Medical installed a new VPL for my son. They were wonderful. As soon as they got the OK from the State, it was ordered and installed within 2 weeks.They were thorough and professional and very kind. I would recommend Marx Medical to anyone who needs their services. Great bunch of people.

I’ve been calling the company for over a week to order my breast pump. Each time I am connected with the individual processing my order and each time she tells me that she has attempted to call my insurance but they put her on hold for an hour and she hangs up because she’s not allowed to wait to speak with them. I have already provided everything needed to process the claim but it’s like they don’t want to do their jobs. I will be calling another medical supply today to order my pump because my baby will be here in less than 3 weeks and I don’t have time to waste.Edited to respond: After speaking with my insurance they have stated all I needed to provide is a script for a breast pump which I have. They also stated they haven’t received any calls from Marx medical. I was able to go to another medical supply and get my pumped shipped the same day with no problem.Others have stated they had to do the leg work as well so it’s not just me having this problem.

I had a bad experience here. After dealing with 1 person here n leaving info (was told wld order my equipment...wk later i call n someone had forgotten to do anything...then someone else called n said wld help but didnt. Told them to forget it that i wld get help at other place that is responsible( not like them that keep me waiting).

I am happy with the customer service and the deal I got for my new transportable scooter. They have a nice showroom and very knowledgeable people that helped me pick the right equipment for my needs. It was a much better choice than buying something online.

We were in Philadelphia for a weekend and we asked Marx for a last minute rental. They provided us with a mobility scooter which was in great condition. Timely delivery as well. It was a big help for my mother who really got to enjoy my son’s graduation.

I needed assistance with accessibility in my aunts home and I was really lost in how to get it done. I drove past Mark Medical and decided to give them a call. They came out to my aunts home and explained everything that could be done. They were very knowledgeable and timely in their work. My mom will need some work done soon and I will be contacting them. My aunts bathroom also looks 1000x better! Thank you guys!!!

Marx built a deck and installed a wheelchair lift at my home in South Philadelphia. I received a prompt home evaluation and estimate. The crew was careful to install the equipment safely and confirm it worked perfectly with my wheelchair. I believe that a platform lift is a better solution than a wheelchair ramp.

Great company and amazing service. They really came through with helping me with my parents. They installed a stair glide for me and it is fantastic. I have also rented a scooter from them a few times for my mother. Never had any issues or complaints. I highly recommend them.

I just got my stair-glide installed and it works great i love using it and not only the equipment is good the service was great the people were very friendly. if you need service on stair-glides this is the place to go. thats why i gave them five stars

I was happy with Marx Medical for 16 months until my payment was only 1 month late. They decided to give me some bogus illegal strict policy that they were going to automatically sign me up for auto-pay because they had my debit card information! I told them, you WILL NOT because its illegal without my authorization. BEWARE, before giving them your bank account information.

Ever since they built my deck and vpl, i constantly have to call them because my power wheelchair ends up getting stuck on the vpl because of some electrical issue. I wish there was some 911 equivalent 24/7 service available to get wheelchairs off of stuck lifts since people in wheelchairs have jobs to get to.

Recently moved to the area and after getting the run around from other companies because I have a power chair purchased from a different vendor they were a sigh of relief! Customer service was outstanding. I got the needed modification to my chair and without even asking they checked my batteries and found that I needed them replaced. Thank you for getting me rolling again.

Had a last minute trip planned to visit family in Philadelphia and Marxs Medical was very helpful in providing me a scooter while my stay in Philadelphia even on such short notice. The customer service was excellent and very polite on the phone. I would strongly recommend them for your rental if you ever in Philadelphia.

Amazing team!!! My grandmother needed a wheelchair for the weekend and Marx Medical got it to her just a few hours after the reservation. I would recommend this company to anyone i know.

Took my mom here for diabetic shoes, staff was so nice and accommodating.

They fixed my fathers mobility scooter with $75 the same day, when I was getting estimates of more than $600 for other equipment supply companies. They were very friendly and their technician (Mike) is the best.

I was trying to fix up my scooter for about a month until i found these guys!!! they are amazing they came out off my house and fixed it for $75.

They rndong even deasons deserve one store do you really call that a repair when Ive been to the store five times and all you guys keep doing is changing different parts trying to find the problem
