Today I went to Yummys for a BLT. Its been several years since I was there and the breakfast items were usually good. However, it appears that theyre under new management and the BLT was absolutely horrible! It was a lettuce and tomato sandwich since it only had 3 pieces of poor quality pork bacon. And it cost $5.40. Dont waste your money or time! I should have went down further to McDonalds for a better breakfast sandwich. I will never go there again!

French toast is really yummy! Reliable - seemed like the only diner open on 52nd during the Labor Day holiday.

Great diner to get a delicious quick breakfast 🥞🍳. The guys from work stop 🛑in every morning before work and buy breakfast which consist of beef 🥓 bacon, scrambled eggs with french toast,.grits and fried fish🐟 and french fries🍟.This is daily every morning we patronize this business and WE really enjoy the fast Service and the Fresh HOT coffee ☕. Stop.in and try them out You wont be Disappointed..

I can say one word about Yummy Diner Excellent

Visited this place before covid and they were under new management. It pales in comparison, but shows potential to be satisfactory.However, i use to visit from outside of this area to dine here, under the old management. Now i wouldnt even consider going out my way to visit here.

Hands down the best breakfast in West Philly. The staff Greets me by my name. The Chef can make 10 platters at one time with precision. He deserves a medal. The food is great every single time. I would recommend the French toast if you have a sweet tooth, and the homefries with the works if you like savory. They also have a famous homemade ice tea that I love.Enjoy!

I will give them 5 Stars because if you like Soul Food this Breakfast Spot comes the closest to it in Taste and Taste alone. They live up to their name, BUT! Not the cleanest, not the best crowd of customers. They are almost always packed only stools if you want to sit in so you will be rubbing knees and elbows with the next person. If you want to take out you have to make sure someone sees that you are next in line because you will be assed out an get skipped. I must say if you are gun ho about cleanliness and no pork grease this is NOT the place for you.😒 You may want to go to 52 St Dinner or Goldenbox, but Yummys has taste locked down👍

Been eating here since the early 90s and havent had a complaint yet. The food is delicious and cheap and service is fast even when crowded the wait is quick.
