Love this place. They have so many different things you can use around the holidays, and seasonal times. For instance if its summer they will carry all kind of things to use in the summer time at a very reasonable price. During the season they will carry all of the holidays. Again, at a very reasonable price. They also carry other things such as food, linens, things for your house and for car. So many different things.

Some shelves were kind of empty but they have good prices for brand items

Pulled up to the store and found that they had a curbside service. It was a great service to use. The process was easy and quick. Will definitely use it again.

It was not a pleasant experience. They just seemed to be low on stock in almost everything and lacking. Ill try again another time maybe they were just having an off day.

Got a couch from here, love the couch but they completely forgot the $200 ottoman that went with it so I called back & the guy said the manager will get back in contact with me the next day, the manager never got in contact so I called back again & he said he was going to remind her, well it’s been 5 days & the manager still has yet to get back to me. So beyond unprofessional & rude. It was their job to make sure everything was there when I picked it up & they failed & now refuse to get back to me & apologize for their mistake. Update: we just went to pick up the ottoman because we were getting so fed up with not getting what we paid for & not receiving a call back from the manager after we were told numerous times she would call back. We spoke to the manager & she said “well the couches & the ottomans are in two different spots so that’s not our fault” & we said “well it’s your job to make sure we had everything before we left” then we said “why didn’t you ever call us back after we asked 3 times to speak to the manager” & she said “well everyone heard the message just no one decided to call back I guess” she never took accountability & said “I’m sorry about that guys” just gave us attitude the entire time saying it wasn’t their fault they forgot to give us what we paid for. NEVER coming here again for anything, I can not believe someone actually promoted this woman to manager position.

Nice but many items I picked up, didnt have a price on it. Very difficult to get assistance on the floor. Lots of cute art/yard decor and household items not found elsewhere. I usually go in for 1 thing and come out with 10 other things.

THIS PLACE HAS EXCELLENT PRICES, LARGE SELECTIONS. POST HOLIDAYS, DIDNT HAVE 1 THING I NEEFED BUT ON ORDER. WISH COULD GIVE 4.5 STARS. ONLY PROBLEM IS THE LACK OF FLOOR STAFF WHEN ONE HAS A QUESTION.

Clean and neat but understaffed on a busy Saturday morning. However, I didnt have to wait too long to have my furniture questions answered by a knowledgeable and friendly associate. Prices are higher than I expected for this type of retailer, but I will go again. Overall a good shopping experience.

The Store was great 1 cashier had a problem checking a price on items with no price on them. I ask for a price checking she had a problem with it until I spoke up about it. I didnt get her name but Im sure she talked about me.

I love this store bc they have such great bargains compared to other places! If youre into snacking this is the go-to place bc they have the best and healthiest snacks that you do not find in other stores this huge bag of popcorn is only a $1.90 and its pretty low on sodium! I like buying holiday decorations here as well good deals at Big Lots and you could earn points!😉💰

Big lots always has a lot of stuff on sale and I love this store. But some times the box food be stale so just because. But the have good deal you will love very nice staff

When there on 12/20/2019 for hoilday items and maybe look at some trees, the store usually have some great after Christmas sales, but lo and beho the store nearly had anything pertaining the the Chrìstmas hoilday. It actually look like the workers were setting the store up for spring 2020 items, boxes everywhere, spring colors. Anyway I was greatly disappointed, Spring on 12/20/19 was too much, we walked out.

This place is great...they have so much stuff and they are reasonably priced. Check it out for yourself!

Kind of messy and disorganized and never seems to have enough people at the registers. If youre willing to deal with this great deals can be found.

We are here way too much. The store is in a constant reset state, and I dont think corporate realizes how much they try to pack into one store. We love big lots. The staff here seems very overworked though on a daily basis.

I dont expect much from big lot stores, but this location seemed more densely packed and chaotic than id consider comfortable. I also found a couple items that i wanted to purchase but could not find a price either on the shelf nor the items. The sales staff seemed helpful and polite enough, no complaint there.
