Universal Pharmacy has good prices, and knowledgeable staff. They deliver my Mothers medications once a month. They have been doing that for several years now. Rain or snow they always come. Prior to that, I was going to largely known pharmacy for her meds. I would have to go pick up her meds, 2-3 times a week. Universal Pharmacy fixed that. They deliver once a month. I dont have to call them or anything.

One of the best pharmacies in the area. Highly recommend it. For me, its the free delivery thats makes it great! I get my medication delivered to me every month on time without worrying about going to the pharmacy.

The customer service varies in this pharmacy, depending on who is working that day, if you lucky you might get the right combination of pharmacist and pharmacist tech in the front window and everything would go smoothly but if you are out of luck be prepared to leave without your medication 💊

Ive only been a customer under a year I dont even have to call them for my refills and the free money orders are a plus. They are always on time with my deliverys and the greetings are always pleasant. I received a wonderful king size blanket for Christmas from them it just melted my heart Im glad I changed over to universal

Great discounts

You can find just about anything you want in this store the ownership here is amazing, management extremely helpful and will go out of there way to be helpful. Periodically this store will put unsold products in front of the store for free ( first come first served) such as fruits Vegetables and even unsold clothing .... also if your into buying scratch offs or other lottery related items this is the store to be at, considered by most to be one of the luckiest stores in Philly ..... come visit you will not be disappointed

I been living in the neighborhood for 12 years I go to the store everyday I pay my bills there and also I am a pharmacy member there are very respectful and all they employees who care about their customers also wonderful location with free parking also there time I have gone to the store and they have given me free fruits and vegetables also give me a free hand sanitizer they care of all they customer that come to the store and pharmacy .

Absolutely love this place very kind and courteous staff. Been a customer of the pharmacy since it opened. The pharmacy staff are so kind and caring and very quick processing your meds.They are very quick with meds after a hospital or Drs visit and you are sick they will even send them right out to you. I highly recommend them.

They seem to be ok but when delivering Meds the person who delivering the meds will leave at Your neighbors house and the neighbor will sign for it which is fraudulent activity plus I told them not to do that because it happened before twice.
