Never got the time to review but by far the shadiest business EVER! I bought a used ford f550 06 about 2 years back. After the test drive they kept me in the office for two (2) hours (there’s a reason why!) stating that my insurance company “ didn’t send over the info yet” when I’m fact they emailed both of us at the same time.... once we took the truck over to get the temporary plates, the main guy at the office all of a sudden had to leave in a rush and left me mid paper work ( kinda weird right?). I finally get my temporary plates and as soon as I tried to turn on my truck, it wouldn’t budge! I had to get a mechanic to fix the leaking oil pressure as the truck would not run when the car was hot ( that’s why they made me wait hours for the truck to cool down so they can drive me to the temporary plate place). They even signed the contract as an “as is” so I couldn’t do anything about it. YOU GUYS KNOWINGLY SOLD A P.O.S!

My truck broke down after the first month of sale. We put a lot of money to have our truck repaired and we only had the trucks for a little over 90 days. I have to say this has been a horrible experience when purchasing our first truck from the great reviews we seen that was one of the reasons we decided to go purchase our truck from AM fleet!

Drove from Northern Virginia to buy a truck. Everyone was super helpful. The truck was a 2002 Isuzu and it runs like a champ. Highly Recommend.

I cant say enough great things about AM Fleet Service and their staff. We are contractors based in Massachusetts and we contacted AM to thoroughly inspect a truck we purchased from a seller outside of Philly. You can imagine being in our position, purchasing a truck sight unseen and relying on a business to essentially be the buying agent. Took truck to get inspected gave us report and found several things they stated were wrong that wasnt true. Ask them to test truck for white smoke charged us $115.00 above the $85.00 inspection fee for the tech to say need injectors! Ask for test report and couldnt provide one. Can not reason with these people and if you take truck there for service and they say there are issues do like we did get 2nd opinion we save money on false claims of problems. This company is dishonest and that is why they send a rep around to to try to drum up business if the stop at your shop send them on there way will be better off!

The worst customer service ever. Dont ever go there for truck service. I have a couple of trucks and these people are the worst. I took my truck there for service and they made it worst and never took any responsibility about it.
