So glad we had our replacement garage door and opener installed by All Garage Door Services because their customer service is the best! I managed to get my garage door opener out of sync so that the door wouldn’t stay closed. Called Carmen up in the evening (on Good Friday no less) for help. Rather than charging me for a call out, Carmen spent half an hour walking me through step by step to make the necessary adjustment via FaceTime - at no charge. Highest recommendation - 5 stars.
