If you are still considering this company (despite all of the previous poor reviews) to support you in a very difficult time, read my message and then decide on your next step.In the beginning, the experience was nothing but good. Nancy, the owner, sounded very knowledgeable, and provided great input as we designed the monument for my deceased father. I paid the deposit and… that was it. I do realize that the pandemic worsened the situation, but I thought a quick phone call would suffice to provide a status update. Instead, Nancy went MIA and numerous calls went unanswered for months. Finally, when I got in touch with Nancy, I was told the work would be done very soon, and I would be updated very soon. Days became weeks, weeks became months, but I’m still being fed the promise that the monument will be made and installed soon (I haven’t even seen the sketch yet).I’m planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and ultimately contact an attorney to evaluate my options. The most frustrating part is that I may not have the monument installed in time for my father’s first anniversary since he passed away.

Do not do business with them. Gave them a deposit for my dad tombstone and it’s almost been a year and still no answers to when it’s going to be finish. All they’re doing is lowering the prices of everything making it seem like it’s affordable and then just taking people‘s money for the deposit and lying to them saying that they’re going to make it. Stay away from them they’re just going to steal your money

Where is my dads headstone . ???? It is going to be his 2nd year death anniversary .

I can truly say that the care, personal touch, help and guidance that I received while going through the horrible ordeal of losing my father, was beyond my expectations. Nelly at All American has been extremely helpful and very sincere, starting from designing the tombstone to enhancing the portrait so it looked as realistic as it ever possibly could and final cemetery installation . To add, this was executed in a very limited amount of time with amazing results. I am great full for all the help and highly recommend her.

The worst place ever. Horrible horrible costumer service. They took deposit and disappeared. No one picks up the phone or call back. Left many voice messages. It been almost a year that i gave deposit they are no where to be found. If they dont call back or contact me back Im going to contact a lawyer.

I was a little leery at first after seeing some reviews on google.. but since they are under new management I decided to go ahead with my order. Let me say, I am so incredibly glad I did. Nancy and her team were amazing! She made this experience very easy, guiding me through the process, showing complete respect and professionalism the entire time. I was an emotional wreck when I walked in the first time.. she was so kind and understanding, I will never forget it. My grandmothers headstone came out beautifully, I am absolutely thrilled. I will definitely be recommending All American Monuments to all of my friends and family.Thank you, Nancy.. from the bottom of my heart, you made a hard situation so much less stressful. I appreciate it more than you will ever know.

I would highly recommend All American Monuments. Nancy, the owner, was the most helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. She guided us through every step, responded to every call and email. The beautiful monument has been delivered and installed in a timely manner.

Monument took over a year to be made and delivered OK I can deal with that, but what is upsetting when you pay for a monument with vases and you get one without, spoke to Nancy she said she would be sending a guy that will attach the vases to the monument somehow in the front as it wouldnt fit on the side due to another grave, this was over 7 months ago! still nothing done, she did not return my phone call...

Read This Review!It was the most awful service I have experience in my entire life.The owner is utterly unprofessional, rude and brainless, and a liar.I spent an entire year to get the monument installed. In the end it was not even installed.Please do not order monuments from All American Monuments, if you do not wish to experience the most terrible service and deal with fraudulent, dishonest and apathetic people in the most vulnerable and difficult moment in ones life.In the end, I had no other choice than to take my money back and find other company to get the monument done.

When shopping for a monument I visited numerous places based on their reviews. What I discovered was that the reviews were very misleading and the actual people working in the establishments were very rude and unwilling to compromise. About a month into my search for a decent place I was referred to All American Monuments by a family friend. I was very hesitant as I did not know the friend that well but figured why not give them a try.Not only did they blow every other price estimate out of the water, but they were also willing to do things others would not even consider. The experience was nice and orderly throughout the whole period of time the monument was being made. The staff was nice and made sure the monument was complete and installed way before the due date set by us. Another very nice touch was periodic updates via email or call regarding the progress of the monument.Overall we had a wonderful experience and everything was far beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend this place!

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. At the time when you are most vulnerable, you are greeted by this seemingly understanding and sleek owner- Martin.He turned out to be a pathological liar who runs something similar to a Ponzi scheme where he owes his suppliers money that he can only get from new clients.A simple Google search will reveal that this guy had three different spellings of his name, all kinds of different businesses and ventures under different names, none of which had anything to do with what he does now. He is essentially a one man show where he takes your order and sends it to India and...hopes for the best. He is rarely in the office and you can never call him directly. He handles you, as he is very sleek and manipulative.He broke every deadline and every promise he made to us and brought us to the brink of emotional distress.As my family and I was going through this ordeal with him, I met other people who had the same experience as we had. Everyone though wished and prayed that he ultimately deliver on his promises and so they did not make a big fuss. I wish I had known all that earlier.

Horrible!!!!!! Over a year and still no monument. Nancy never calls, does not answer your phone calls or texts. If you order special order monument, be prepared for it to be made in India by computer, no handmade. She is very rude and unprofessional. She will come up with a new lie every time you talk to her and her new lies do not agree what she previously told you. Save yourself from stress and aggravation and go somewhere else.

They were responsive and patient via email, hunted down the correct font to match an existing engraving, and produced a wonderful final product. Recommended!

Hard to find the place where dishonesty, outright lie, disrespect to customers, the worst possible spoof on human feelings who just lost loved ones - all that and more could be met under the same roof. If you like to be in such shoes, be aggrieved and feel extremely miserable, you came to the right place. Congratulations. And you will pay for it with your feeling, frustration and money also

My dad ordered and gave deposit for a monument a year ago (August 2015). Still no monument and dont know when it will arrive. Horrible customer service, the owner is never there. The sales person doesnt know anything. USELESS. Save your frustration, money and go somewhere else. Avoid this place like a plague.
