A very beautiful place in Philly. I didnt end up buying a hat maybe because I dont wear hats but I was curious to check this place because it looked great from outside. First of all a great welcome with a big smile, very friendly staff, you can take your time trying and searching for the hat you want. You can order online if you dont find the model or the size that you want. It is highly recommended when you visit Philadelphia!!!

I did not end up buying a hat but that doesnt mean the experience was bad. The excellent and nice employees helped me find a hat that fit my head and gave great suggestions on hats that would fit my style.If they dont have the hat you like in your size they can order one for you which is great service. A hat for any occasion even the cold of winter.

Nice shop but small and selection is small. You would do better just to shop their online store. If you want the experience you have to park in a garage..extra cost and beware: the tag on my hat said $45 they charged me $50... But no tax?? Didnt notice till I got home so buyer beware!

I walked in and was greated with a friendly smile! Jason the manager was very helpful in choosing a hat. Even though their system went down out in San Fran they were able to help me out with my purchase. Thank you Jason and your other co-worker who was there! Very professional polite and courteous.

I visit Goorin Brothers Hat Shop whenever I visit Philadelphia and I usually treat myself to a beautiful hat. I could buy on line, but I wait for the in person hat shopping experience in this shop. It’s fun and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. It’s everything that hat shopping should be!

My husband bought a hat from Goorin Bros when we visited Philadelphia. The staff was so helpful and the prices were reasonable.

I found that the quality and sizing if the hats were better when their caps were still sourced from the UK. Unfortunately, they dont own the previous diagrams from their older hats now that theyve moved production stateside. The hats run a bit smaller, yet cost more than they had when they were paying tarrifs on imports.
