Very cute yarn shop with a wide selection of yarn and LOTS of yarn tools and accessories. They also have addi knitting needles which I was looking for in store instead of online! They also carry fringe supply and co knitting bags. Its very nice to be able to walk into a store and purchase things that you would otherwise not find in store and would have no choice than to buy it online. Very friendly staff, Kathy and Barb were helpful and kind. Will definitely return back for more.

Not very many knit shops in Philly which worried me, but Loop definitely does a great job at being solo in the field!!They are very friendly and helpful when it comes to getting to know the store, helping with a project, or general knitting questions!Yarn is fairly priced and they have a fairly large selection of really great quality stuff!!Excited to visit again :)

Lovely shop with a great selection of beautiful wool yarn, pattern books & mags and great staff. A friendly place to stop in and ask a question about a difficult stitch or talk knitting. Theyll even wind your wool for you so you can cast on as soon as you get home, or at their lovely long table in store.

Lots of great yarn the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I love when small yarn shops give to free gifts for large purchases this place doesn’t but they have a rewards program for $5 off for every $100 spent. They also gave me some patterns with the purchase of the yarn.

Cute, nicely laid out space with incredibly helpful staff. Im a newbie knitter and came in to see if they could help me salvage a project I thought I was going to have to start over. They were able to help, and they were a joy to chat with. Highly recommended.

Ive only bought online but all my experiences have been fantastic! Great customer service and shipped so fast I couldnt believe it. The rewards program is a nice gift as well. This is my one-stop shop for online knitting purchases!

I wish their selection was more extensive (more colors, more brands) but what they have is great, they just didnt have certain colors I really wanted, and only one brand I follow. I dont mind getting to know local bands, so, still five stars, but I walked out this time empty-handed.

This is a lovely little shop. Great selection of beautiful yarn, fun project bags and accessories. Good needle selection: Addi, Lykke and a couple others. Staff is very friendly and helpful but will also let you browse in peace.

Great yarn selection. I havent been here in a long time, but it was a great as I remember. The people helping me out were friendly and welcoming. They were amazing in helping me select yarn and answering questions. It made me want to return more often and make Loop my go-to LYS again.

Great yarns and wonderful service from experienced knitters. They wound my yarn into split balls for a double project I was making (their suggestion to make my life easier!). They have great patterns and its a really nice place inside. Just what you want from you LYS!

I did a beginners knitting class there and fell In love with the place, which became my absolute favorite shop in philly. Has the best and most helpful staff, the most beautiful yarn and the most patient courteous service. Highly recommend it!

This is my guilty pleasure.....so many colors and styles of yarn. I always get overwhelmed when I first go in. But the staff is great and very knowledgeable,the staff always bring me back to my senses. You know what they say(well it what I usually say) No such thing as buying the wrong yarn. I love this place its bright,beautiful and the staff is great. You dont believe me go and ask them a question about knitting or crocheting. They know.... you know why.... theyre the best.

One of greatest places on Earth is a yarn store. A little dissapointing was that they didnt need help at the time. I would work there for cents. I love knitting and yarn. Im making a nice scarf now. Maybe there will be a change of 💓 heart one day. LaVonne Wells.

What I want in a yarn shop is first of all to be friendly, helpful when asked and have great product. This has all three. We went there on Saturday and the employees were lovely and incredibly helpful. I LOVE teh way the store is organized. Very neat, yarn according to weight adn the colors were fabulous. Also, a real pet peeve of mine is yarn that is not marked with the price and they even do that right. I am so lucky my daughter moved to Philadelphia, because now I can go to Loop!

This shop was like a breath of fresh air in the middle of a rather frustrating day today.After a negative experience at a nearby big-box craft store, I sought this store out, hoping it would be a treat. It did not disappoint.I walked in, and was immediately offered help. One of the ladies led me to the crochet hook display, helped to help me find the size I was looking for, and offered to check their stock in a second, less expensive, brand without my even having to ask.Another lady at the register was having an animated conversation with a customer about the customers latest project. Overall, the little shop seemed to be bustling with happy people.I chose to buy some yarn as well, and the selection was very nice. I once again had help finding what I was looking for, and had many wonderful options to choose from.
