I promised the young lady that I would give her a good review. I came in around 4 pm and the store was busy. It was messy and she let us know that she was there by herself which made the fitting rooms being closed understandable. Raven was nice and helped me find my graduation dress at another location at Fashion District.They should get some staff to help out because the line was extremely long and crowded. I waited almost 10 minutes just for them not to have my dress. Other than the long wait it would’ve been five stars.

I came to the store today with my daughter and my husband to look for a dress for graduation, As soon as I walk in the door the lady at the register yelled very loud from across the room. she was at the register with customers in front of her and everyone looked back when she rudely screamed at us to wait outside, we waited, she never walked up to us to tell us to come in, then everyone else walked in and she never said nothing to other customers her name was raven, Saying we can stand at the door.She was really rude. I don’t think is a proper way to talk to a customer. And I also noticed everyone else after us did not get screamed at, she let everyone else walk in without fussing. I work for a medical company and I would never conduct my self in that type a way, then I won’t ever be open for business.

Great place for event dresses, wife likes it a whole lot and she looks great in their dresses.

Im always walking by Windsor in one mall or another, and Im always thinking to myself, Man I really just want to shop here. I love it all, the mannequins, the dresses, I love how everything is styled. The vibe is so different. Prices may be a little much, but youre actually getting really decent material. So, before I settled on this dress, Ive already been to two malls and 14 stores altogether. I was looking for a dress for a semi-formal event and really couldnt find anything, or rather I also didnt know what to wear. I really didnt feel like going home empty-handed because I was tired of searching already. So I was going to look through a second time, but I asked for help from one of the sales reps. She was young looking and graciously helped me find two dresses to try on. I went with the latter even though the first one caught my eye more. The first one didnt look right on me, but this one I fell in love with. Its super comfy! I usually buy dresses to wear them again another day, and this is a perfect for both spring and summer. My mom isnt all too happy with the deep v, like showing some skin is a bad thing. But no worries, I placed a criss-cross lace bra underneath and it looks natural and appealing as well. I can wear it at its fullest on another day. Also, they do accept returns, but one of the sales reps here wasnt doing her job. She looked as if checking me out was a bother even, but I didnt let her ruin my mood.

My Daughter was in your store 3/16/2021 at 2:00 pm trying to return a shirt and A employee of the store accused her of wearing the shirt and putting new tags on the shirts very rude would not return the shirt will never shop there again

I went to look for dresses with my daughter. I think they have a good selection, however, many of the dresses were worn looking and had threads hanging. Some of these were on sale but not enough for the damage on them. Formal dresses seem high in price for Windsor.

I went here last week to find a dress for a wedding I will be attending soon. All I have to say is I was very pleased with all the help I received from the dressing room to the checkout the store was very clean and in order it was easy to find what I was looking for and the associates were very kind and helpful. although they didnt have the dress I wanted in the right size they ordered it for me. I will be doing lots more shopping at this location its way better then the other Windsors Ive been to.

My gf recently bought a dress online from this clothing company.She sent a photo wearing the dress and I lie to you not, she was looking like a full course meal!!! Absolutely jaw dropping.
