Easy access, of course it was noon on a thursday. Lots of 2 wheeled toys, wasnt descended on like fresh meat at a piranha tank. After I looked, a kind salesman helped, asked and answered questions. He had a delivery, so I was passed to another very helpful parts guy; answered a bunch more questions.. even had a customer offer some input. Even if I dont buy here, I think Ill be back for service. Owner John Godsey is an absolute scumbag.My triumph thunderbird was at his shop during the flood. He now refuses to pay. Im not alone. Hes burning everyone whos bike was in for service. I never even heard from the shop after the flood occurred and Im a paying customer. Hes probably going out of business so if youre bike is in his shop when he closes the doors. Kiss it goodbye. I have no idea where my motorcycle is and I did not authorize anyone to remove it. Do not trust this owner to do the right thing. Where is my bike JOHN!!!

First Service on an active bike, and I couldnt be happier. I have a 2015 Tiger 800xrx with 18k on it. I use this bike off road a lot. Last time I thought the lake I drove into was a puddle and my bike took water to the headlights. I got it out and all was good, but I needed a close look. My air filter was caked with Mud, lol. The took it apart cleaned everything and got me back up for my next BDR trip! The dealership is clean, no pressure and everyone was absolutely awesome! Even though I am 35 Miles away, this is my shop of choice for maintenance I cant handle!

Not a huge fan of the service department. Missing bits and simple over sights arent very professional imho. Definitely not charging neglectful prices. But, when your the only game in town it is what it is, I guess. I do recommend going over your bike before ya ride off. Now, they did offer to go over the bike again and fix or replace anything that they may have missed, which is nice...but...those sorta prices Id expect a job to be done proper the first time?

I don’t recommend this place for anything. I went in there today looking to purchase a bike and that staff member was rude the entire time. He didn’t seem like he wanted to help me out at all and made smart comments the entire time. He literally seemed like he didn’t want me to be in there and purposefully tried to make me feel uncomfortable being in there. Again I don’t recommend them at all if I could give a lower score I would!

Quaker City Triumph is simply great. I’m very interested in the new Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC. But, there are no Triumph dealers near where I live. Before a recent trip to Philly, I spoke with Vince (sales manager) on the phone. Vince hooked me up with a test ride and I wasn’t disappointed. I loved the bike! And, what a great place on the inside, too. They have so many great bikes, including Triumphs, BMWs, and Royal Enfields. I highly recommend stopping buy and ogling the bikes, if nothing else. Im a new rider, just took my first motorcycle class, and was excited to start shopping for a new bike. I went to a Harley dealership first, and they made feel like an outsider. When I told them I was a first time rider, they kind of scoffed at me. And most of the bikes were bulky and cheesy, honestly. So I started looking around some more and stumbled on Triumph. Walked into the store in Manayunk to check out the bikes. Howard and Vince were incredible. Howard must have sat me on 10 bikes, so I could get a feel for the difference. Not once did I feel pressure to buy, nor did I feel like a second class citizen for never having ridden before. I was there for 3.5 hours, and they took time to answer all my questions. By the end I had fallen for the 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120. What a bike! Im embarrassed I even considered buying a Harley. This bike is perfect. Everything I was looking for and more. Perfect size, great power, and looks sexy as all hell. And the owner John had it dropped off at my house in Lancaster, PA which is an hour and a half away, since I wasnt comfortable riding yet. All in all great service here. Normally I would shop around and haggle between dealerships, but because the customer service was so good here, I wanted to buy the bike from these guys. An amazing experience working with Howard and John in regards to purchasing my first motorcycle. Howard was patient with me and shared a ton of knowledge when showing me different styles that he felt would be best for my experience. He answered all my questions and gave me some food for thought. There was absolutely zero sales pressure and he kept cost in mind. When it came to signing the paperwork and negotiating the price John (the owner) was great and it was painless. The whole time it was like hanging out with friends. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This place is top notch when it comes to the technicians know how of everything motorcycle. They worked on my buddies bike and they said it would take and hour and it took an hour. You have to appreciate the quality of their work and the way they handle their clientele.

Customer Service is not this dealers strong point- I reached out in the morning about a bike for sale. The salesman was not knowledgeable in the make of the bike and being that he could not offer assistance said I would receive a call back- not receiving one hours later... I called back to inquire. FORGET IT- the tone was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL - so I could only imagine how poorly the deal would go. My money will be better spent elsewhere. Dropped my Ducati monster 1200s off for a major service ( belts, valve adjustment, all fluids). The bike is amazing and is better than the day it came out of the factory. I bought my first BMW scooter from Quaker City this weekend. Though it was a long sale process due to a BMW recall issue, Vince was always more than helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once it came time to complete the sale, Vince took care of me very well. He even went so far as to roll my bike up in the Uhaul trailer and properly tie it down for me. His extra effort was so very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend buying from Quaker City. Besides that, Main Street is a great place to walk around and get lunch to make the experience even more memorable.

Yesterday, I bought my very first motorcycle at Quaker City. Howard was the first person to approach us and help. He patiently answered all of my questions, without putting any pressure on us to make a decision. My husband and I decided to take the leap and buy a Honda Rebel 250 as a starter bike. Howard handed us off to Vince to process paperwork and payment. Vince was also fantastic, and even helped us to get insurance before we left. The guys also helped us pick out the gear we needed to get started (jackets, helmets, etc) - and absolutely everything felt like they were helping us get what we need while staying on-budget, with no pressure to buy anything we didnt want. As we left, I realized theyd even stayed after-hours to help us wrap up, but hadnt even mentioned it. As a female with no motorcycle experience, I was struck by how well they walked me through what I needed to know while also treating me with respect. I also noticed that other (repeat) customers came through and were greeted like old friends - a good sign for the long term. I left feeling confident that Ill be tearing up the road in no time, and that theyre there if I need more info or service for the bike. I cant imagine a better experience!

Best bike dealer across any brand I’ve ever encountered! 20 years of riding, lived in 5 different states and have dealt with too many brand dealers to name(Kawi, yamaha, BMW, HD...) I’ve seen my share of bad dealers, okay dealers but very few good ones that don’t rip you off and do quality work. I have to say Quaker City Motor Sport have pleasantly surprised me every time I went there for service or to fix something. What a bunch of great guys! Fair prices, no overcharging for BS and minor work and always quality work. If something ever is wrong they go out of their way to make it right. I’d ride 200 miles to get any service I need done here rather than deal with typical stealers who overcharge and take weeks to do minor work.

Purchased a new bike from Vince and his team in December. It was a smooth and fantastic experience. I bought it in the evening one day and was nervous about riding at night, in icy temps on a new bike. The team, sensing my hesitation, offered to deliver my bike right to my front door that very evening (even though it was way past their normal business hours). They stayed late to make sure I was safe. I doubt many luxury car companies would offer that type of customer care. More than that, they care about you long after youve signed the check. I still go back and ask them general questions, since Im a new rider, and I always get a response back that very day on tips and advice.These guys are the paragon of customer care, and thats a rare quality these days. Buy your bike here. I cant recommend that enough. These guys dont leave you out in the cold (pun not intended).

This is an awesome place to get a new bike. I bought Royal Enfield Classic 500. The color (stealth black) I wanted was not in the stock but Vince managed to get it for me in a short timeline. Overall it was a great buying experience. Vince is very friendly and nice. He gave me timely updates and resolved all the issues I faced very patiently. I highly recommend this place for buying a motorcycle.

Great looking bikes and a bunch of em.TL;DR Great selection for seasoned riders. Not a great experience for this newer rider.Only issue I have is, the last couple times I went in looking for a specific first motorcycle. A Royal Enfield, I explained to multiple salespeople: Im looking for an RE, something with a smaller engine etc. -- maybe stock was low after the lockdowns but I was guided away from the enfields to a 900, then a 1000, all the way up to an 1800 Harley bagger running upwards of $26k.I ended up leaving each time because I found the experience less than helpful. I really hope/wish you guys dont recommend these options (or at least the options that were offered to me) to other new riders.

Amazing experience! I just bought my first motorcycle and the staff was really helpful with all the hesitations I had with buying my first bike and made it personal when it came to my situation. Besides just being helpful with the sales part of the bike, I just had an issue with my battery couple days ago and they did not hesitate to help me neither. For me that has been the best experience on any dealer!

Ive used this Dealers Service Department for my Tiger Explorer 1200 and have always been very satisfied. Today they went over and above as they found an issue that I wasnt aware of, and even though the bike is passed its warranty period, they worked with Triumph and the issue was covered as a warranty repair. I also had them install Weiser Technik LED Conversion Kits for the Indicators and brake lights so now I have Driving Lights, Amber Turn Signals Front and Rear, plus much brighter Brake Lights. Dan and the Quaker City team are a pleasure to work with!

Quaker City Motor Sports is by far the best location in the Philadelphia Area for motorcycles, gear, repairs, and excellent customer service. I bought a motorcycle from them nearly 2 years ago and they still treat me to this day as if I just purchased it. John, Vince, Daniel, etc... each and every one of them has the customer as their top priority and they treat you like family. Keep up the excellent work Quaker City... Bought a BMW RNINET Scrambler here. They were so cool about test riding it. They told me to take it out for as long as I want. I fell in loveOf course. Vince is the best and no hard sell. Awesome place. Just got my first bike there. Vince and Tom were both really knowledgeable, answered everything I asked. Delivered the bike on their own time, and just super friendly. I had to get gear too. And i took forever, but the woman was super patient and helpful.I think it is awesome to know where I’ll be going back to when I want to buy my second one.

I had the pleasure to meet Vince back in June 2018, when I was shopping around for my next bike. Vince was very helpful by providing me with options to choose from regarding his motorcycles, insurance and even financing. Also Vince was never pushing his products or trying to just make a sale and get rid of me. This is the experience anyone should have when making any purchase.The shop is very clean and everyone that works there is extremely friendly and very willing to help with anything they can.Quarter city also supports Veterans and the armed forces with whatever they can discount or include as a gift. This is my favorite motorcycle dealer. Over the years I have had a few different kinds of bikes, but I have always had a friendly experience at this dealer. They service my 16 year old Triumph, and I like that when I come back, I always recognize people from my last visit. Too many dealers turn over mechanics like pancakes. They have always been fair in their pricing with me, and the work has always been excellent. Nice place to hang out while they work too either in the dealer or down the street for coffee.

I attempted to buy a bike here that I was told WAS IN STOCK! 3 times actually they said “we have it in stock I just need to put it together.” When I got my buyers order it was for the wrong bike. When I looked up the vin it wasn’t even the right color. So when I asked for my riding for my deposit because I found the Ducati from a dealer who actually had the bike and scheduled me to pick it up 4 days later vs 2 weeks like Quaker city they told me I couldn’t have my deposit back. The owner even left a review on my personal business where he said he was mad because he had to go purchase the bike because it was. It in stock. The whole entire reason I gave a deposit was because the bike was in stock.So 1. They tried to illegally keep my money with scare tactics2. The owner tried to hurt my personal business over an issue that was started by his company3. This allbstarted because their dealership lied about having a motorcycle (be careful and request pictures of the actual bike before putting a deposit)The salesman mike was super nice and helpful. He even said he understood and but couldn’t do anything.Beware!!!!!

Great dealer, staff will chew the bull with you. Lots of great used bikes and decent prices on new bikes. They now have Ducatis for sale.

Every person I had contact with at Quaker City Motor Sport were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop is such a relaxing place I feel I could sit and drink coffee while chatting about each bike on the floor. I was so impressed with Quaker City Motor Sport and its staff, I drove down from upstate New York during a snow storm to buy my Triumph Rocket III Touring. 286 miles one way and worth every minute of the trip. There is no doubt where I am going when I am ready to buy my third bike. Great people, great prices, great shop equals very happy customer.

Theyve got a great spot here. lots of bikes, new and used, and a fair amount of gear. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness of the staff. They took time to show me around the space, introduce me to other staff members, and work with me to find parts for my bike (an 89 BMW). I ended up purchasing some gloves that are really great quality, and the price is about what youd expect. Ill be going back particularly for the service and demeanor of the staff.

My experience with the guys here goes back to about May 2017, when the Triumph Street Triple RS was starting to show up in the US. Although it wasnt until about mid-July until I was able to complete my purchase. It was well worth the wait, and a great experience. I was able to get the bike and in the color I wanted; which was the cause of the delay.In the process, I was informed of the status of the bike being shipped. Another great piece of advice is to take them up on looking at using a different insurer. By going through their recommended insurance agent, I added this bike, insuring two bikes together for less than I was previously paying through a big name insurance company.Post-sale the experience continues to be great. Setting up an appointment for my 500 mile service, and to get an aftermarket exhaust installed was nothing more than hey, can you guys sneak me in for tomorrow? The other week on Saturday it snowed as my exhaust was being installed, and there wasnt hesitation to give me a ride home.TL;DR If I was in the market to buy a bike, I wouldnt hesitate to come in and take a look here, as the experience is great; sales and service.

I just bought a new Royal Enfield Pegasus edition from these guys. Let me just say that Vince and John are great. They went above and beyond to get me the bike I wanted, and worked around my schedule to get everything completed perfectly. Great guys and a great place to do business.
