Worse store ever.... I Place a order on the 20 to pickup. They charge my debit card already. But no Email for pickup yet. No response a all. My daughter start school already with her old uniforms.

Emailed the store twice because They don’t answer the phones and have not received a response In 3 weeks. Staff did not attempt to help at all! She looked in one spot and came out and said nope I don’t see it and tried to walk away. Leaving out security guard told me he’ll look and instantly found my order. My order was incorrect and they did not know when they could fix it. Only reason the store is getting two stars is because of the security guard! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Hopefully I can find another store to purchase my daughter uniforms from

I placed an order online. Received some of my items not all of my items. I also received the wrong sizes for two of my items. I’ve been emailing and calling the store and still no response. It’s been about 4 weeks at this point. I was trying to resolve the issue without going into the store. I wish someone would respond to the emails (7 to be exact) or answer the phone so I won’t have to make an unnecessary trip. I’m very disappointed with the customer service.

The system here is outdated and doesn’t work. I waited in line in the store for almost 2 hours. This doesn’t included the additional 15 minutes I waited outside in line. When you first get in they ask you what school and send you to another line m. You stand in that line for a hour an half until someone is able to help you. Once you are finally helped after waiting so long your told they do not have anything you want in stock. At this point you wasted 2 hours out your day. I think there should be a way once you enter the store to know if what your looking for is in stock. No one should have to give up 2 hours out of a day to be told out of stock. You need to update your system cramers (frankford ave) it doesn’t work. I

Couldnt even get into the store, have yo stand in a long butt line (and today it just happened to start raining hard while in line). They dont answer the phone tell you to send them an email and theyll get back to you in a few hours. Who has time for all that???

This place was horrible! I placed an order on the 24th of August to avoid a long line. I never received any tracking, I called and sent emails all of which were ignored. I stood out in the sun to find out not only were they not going to fulfill my order but they didn’t have anything in the store for my kids. The lady was completely rude and unprofessional. She grabbed her phone and said” why did you place the online order because we’ve had an alert on the website since the 20th”. Well maybe if it showed up when I ordered then I would have known. I used google crome and maybe that had something to do with it. The lady at the store kept saying how they were busy but that’s not my problem. I feel bad that you all are understaffed but that has nothing to do with me. This time around cramers is extremely unorganized and unprepared. Unfortunately I have to go to that store because the other cramers don’t carry my kids school clothes. Cramers should have never allowed the transaction to happen if they weren’t going to fulfill the order.

I made an order online I had some items missing went back to the store I told one of the store employee and he told me they had a note on the computer about my order that they will call me to pick up the missing items and as of today I have never received no phone call. Very irresponsible!!

The best service everybody was really nice they helped me get what I needed and got me right out the door and they were really busy too. Even the security guard was able to help me find the uniforms I needed.

I would have gave this store a perfect 5 if it was not for the manager. He needs to talk to his employees with more respect. He also should be more professional. Sir, if your employee is working with a customer which you can clearly see, I suggest you leave her be and allow her to do her job. Furthermore if you have something to discuss with her, let it be with her and not the whole store. The employees are great and very attentive, the manager needs to start over from basics. It was the older gentlemen. Shame on you sir.

Great staff and they had me in and out. Put 1 hr on the parking meter and had 45 mins left. Thats how in and out I was. Excellent experience

The staff is friendly and helpful The uniforms i had to purchase were a lil pricey. But thats the only ones she could where . the uniforms stayed in good condition for the year and she Will wear them again next year . So the quality is pretty good . So all in all They were worth the money.

The line was long, however it was to be expected as it is the day before school begins. The staff was very helpful and helped to move the line along quickly. My time in the store was less than 15 minutes.

Not really a fan of the store, but its the only place we can go. The quality of the clothing is constantly changing. When I first started shopping here the material felt like good quality now some things like the sweaters and gym clothes feel cheap the colors tend to be lighter than it is suppose to be. This year a lot of the sweat pants sizes did not look like the sizes the tags said

Why are the shirts different prices for different schools for the same type of shirts?Are the schools getting a profit from this? Pretty ridiculous that out of 3 locations the one thats farthest away is the only location that carries the shirts my daughter needs however the information the school sent out states we could go to any of the 3 locations. They need a better system. Cant wait til my child is done with this crap.

They never answer the phone which is a shame because 9 times out of 10 you go to the store and they dont have what you need. Items are also not listed on line. Orders take at least 2 weeks. For what its worth staff are very kind!

Very good selection but the store is old and dirty looking.The price we pay for the uniforms and all the schools that use there services they could at least clean the windows.

GOOD QUALITY UNIFORMS, PRICES ARE FAIR AND THEYRE USUALLY STOCKED UP. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COOPERATIVE, THEYRE POLITE AND THEY ASSIST YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Why dont you ever answer the phones. Need my daughter unform. And I dont live around the corner so I was trying to see if you had the size I need. The other stores dont.

That store has owners with no understanding. Cant believe theyre still in business. Years back I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter. There jeans ran small. They gave me the hardest TIME and still walked out with the same jeans that I couldnt use. The parking isnt to much help for customers. On top of it theyre paying meters. If you ask me theres more stores now AND THEY also have better sales better parking and nice works and owners

Horrible. The staff gives the run around with everything. I visited the store and picked up all of my daughters attire accept her sweaters because I was told they werent available and would be available in about a week. No one told me I had to place an order for the sweaters. When I came back to the store in about a week I was now told I have to order the sweaters and Ill be called once the sweaters are available. Over 2 weeks passed and I decided to call since it shouldnt take this long for my sweaters to be available. Once I called the lady immediately told me no they arent ready w/o even checking since it takes up to 14 days. I then told her its been over 14 days. Then she finally decided to finally check and places me on hold for over 5 mins. Once back on the phone Im informed the lady who handles orders is busy and will call me back. After receiving a call back Im now told the sweaters havent come in when initially I was told the patches only had to be placed. Lady paused again and said no they have to be sent out again??? O and this will take another 2 weeks and my daughter wont have sweaters while fall is quickly approaching. Also, according to her there is no other Cramers stores which carry the sweaters for her school. Very horrible customer service and Im pissed I cant go to another location.

Youre website states that your store is open until 6:00 on Fridays. I went this past Friday, January 18, 2013. I drove an hour to your store to get one gym shirt for my son for school on Tuesday the 22nd. When I arrived at 5:23 all the lights were out and the female employee rudely refused to let me in, stating the store closed at 5:30. After being turned away, I called the stores phone number and got the answering machine, which ALSO stated the store closed at 6:00. So, Id like to thank you because my son can now not participate in gym at school on Tuesday because of your false advertising.

HORRIBLE - This store is a waste of space. The staff are very unhelpful. If the uniform store doesnt have uniforms, then who does? Why are the customer service reps not assisting customers with finding their items? If a customer needs something at a minimum they should assist the customer with finding the item needed at another store.

My daughter received a last minute spot at a charter school, so I immediately ordered uniforms online on their website. Received a call that I had to fax in a copy of my drivers license because the order was so big. I did not like that idea (credit card laws dont require it, why should they?). Also got concerned about sizing. So I went early on a Friday afternoon to purchase everything in person, August 15. 1. Store was incredibly crowded - not really an issue in itself, because there were plenty of young salespersons, it was just a little hectic. They were definitely raking it in. 2. Sizes are astonishingly inconsistent. We tried everything on from the internet order and most had to go back - but not all. She needed XS in everything, except the uniform pants (needed to size UP), and the sweatshirt and sweatpants (needed a size S - why? Size XS T shirt was oversized, size S sweatshirt a little small - T shirt is meant to be worn under sweatshirt?!?!?) 3. Once we discovered her correct size - XS - NOTHING IN STOCK. Keep in mind this is a company that knowingly and consciously enters contracts with schools that offer kindergarten. There is no way the Small would cut it - the polos looked like a dress and the gym shorts went past her knees. 4. So we special ordered the XS polos and shorts - mind you, this was August 15. 5. On Sept 2, I had not received a call back yet. I did not panic, kindergarten was still a week away. So I called them. And called them. And called them. Either I got a busy signal, or when I did get thru, I got a recorded message to press 2 for customer service, which rang and then said this mailbox is full. goodbye. This went on for two weeks (is still going on as I write this). I also sent them an email using the email address provided, and also sent an email directly from their website - no answer. 6. So I finally went to the store on Sept 8 and inquired about my order. They told me it was not in yet. Again, please note this is a company that makes school uniforms and it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE that school starts in September, if not sooner! Beside common knowledge, when you in business to offer school uniforms, you should know when school starts for the schools you service! I told them that it has been almost a month since I ordered them, school had already started and I had to buy non-logo shirts and get permission from the school, they finally seems mildly interested that the items were not in. When I told them that I had been calling, she said, oh, yeah, you cant call, we cant answer the phone, its just too busy. I understand for an hour or two at peak periods, but for two weeks? How about assign someone that job? Or maybe answer the voicemails?My advice, if your child is in a school that requires uniforms from Cramers, order them in June - for the following September. Then be sure to stop in every week to remind them to fulfill any missing items. And if your child is not in any particular school yet, grab your crystal ball so you can order the uniforms while she is still in preschool. Because we ordered them 1 week after she got into her school and here we are, the 3rd day of school, and no polo shirts or gym shorts yet. Very, very disappointed in this company, and I will do everything that the school allows to purchase every non-logo item elsewhere.
