I love the transparency and efficiency of this location! This location is a bit farther than others from my house but I make the drive because the service they offer is worth it. My experience was A+. Specifically Summer, my service advisor was amazing. She walked me through every step. I was stressed about not having a car- she gave me a loaner. She sent pictures of the issues my car was having and explained everything thoroughly. She’s a definite asset. Also kudos to I believe the head mechanic, who had the patience and also took the time to find the problem. Right Honda did not find the problem and I won’t be going there anymore. He was very friendly, patient, and answered all questions I had without pressuring me at all. And - I didn’t pay above MSRP for my car. Josiah in financing was great too - he took the time to answer any and all questions I had about the options. Again, I felt zero pressure in my decisions there as well. Brandon Lee was amazing in explaining details about the RDX. Unfortunately I didnt buy the car due to personal reason however I really liked the professionalism of Brandon. He was very courteous, explained in detail about the vehicle and more than anything he was very professional. When I said I will get back tomorrow, he said sure take your time and think about it. Great experience. Don Fisher our salesmen was great and friendly. Overall stress free purchase for my 21 RDX. Everyone was so nice and didnt give attitude or push on add ons or insurance.I did have an issue that the vehicle was scratched in a couple spots when I purchased it but Don said that I can have service take care of it. Service did what they could to fix the scratches and I was greeted by Matthew a manager and he was so friendly and said that if I wasnt happy with the results they would buff it up again. This is how I like to be treated at a dealer. Thanks guys, Ill definitely get my next Acura with you!
I had a 2018 Acura ILX lease expiring in September. I’ve been watching Honda and Acura inventory like a hawk for the past 6 months. There is not only a huge microchip shortage, there are also a TON of cars on a boat in the pacific that can’t be offloaded.This left me with an expiring lease that I had an option to extend, but not such favorable terms. No new ILXs at Tempe, but Scottsdale got ahold of one 2022 ILX, put the numbers together for me online instead of making me come in, which made driving 35 miles to pick it up a no brainier.Shannon is the best.So is Bailey.Everyone at this location deserves and award.

The folks in service are quite nice, however when I tried to call for an update I was redirected multiple times and hung up on repeatedly. Now I understand that phone trees can have issues, so I called and told them that this was my 5th call getting redirected and hung up on. They didnt seem to care, and I had to drive in personally to the service department for an answer.

Quick and easy process. My main concern going into buy a vehicle is how tasking on your time it can be; however, with Acura North Scottsdale it was timely and efficient. I was also pleased with the fact that their prices were true to what they had posted online. There were no games. I had been shopping around for a vehicle for a few weeks prior to visiting Acura North Scottsdale. The other dealerships I visited had tainted my experience because those dealerships were making online claims, they were not upholding in person. I have never been to a more unprofessional dealership. Acura of North Scottsdale and the Manager Matthew win that title! I have never felt so disrespected in my life!I was shopping for an Acura RDX and found a perfect RDX. I went to your dealership and worked with Paul (who was amazing). Well, things went South after trying to trade my car in. I respect that they could not offer me much on it at 10k, which I told them I would go sell it to Toyota, as they offered 14k. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected and I called to see if the vehicle was there. The salesman Chris would not even tell me if it was there and said I had to talk to Paul... I asked for a manager who confirmed it was there and said he would put it on the side until I get there.The dealership I sold my car to took longer than expected and I could not make it to North Scottsdale in time. So, I reached out and expressed this. I specifically stated I would be in at 11am Sunday to get the RDX I loved and it was acknowledged. I woke up the next morning and bought an Uber all the way from Deer Valley to North Scottsdale. I even sent an email, which was acknowledged before the dealership opened. No one said the car was gone. I only received a, “Sounds good, see you soon.” response...I was super excited and ready to buy this car. I was even given a credit application (wasting more time). About 30 minutes later I was told the vehicle had been sold and I refused it. I was livid and asked to speak with a manager. Matt walks over and seemingly didn’t care based upon his tone. He was very dismissive that I was upset and concerned about the communication issues. He didn’t even offer to look at other cars, he just said, “I’ll for your Lyft back home.” The salesman Paul is the only reason I looked at a more expensive car if the same model, but with a tech package. Matthew again, only communicated through Paul and refused to acknowledge us to explain his rationale for not working a deal.This is unacceptable, as I wasted my time the day before and the current day in your dealership. I sold my car, because I had faith I could get the other vehicle. No one told me the day prior when I could not get there that the vehicle would be only on hold until the end of the shift. I thought because I reached out before they closed and said I would be there first thing the next day, they would wait and allow me to buy it.I am disgusted by Matthew’s behavior and lack of empathy. It’s like he does not care about anything besides making a sale. I am not ok with this treatment and feedback needs to be provided to the owner of the location. Even another couple there expressed concerns because no one acknowledged them or offered to help. They said it use to be better, but the new managers are not the best. They left as I should of at that point as well.I contacted another Acura and they were super attentive on the phone. No attitude and no rudeness. If this is how Penske Automall does business, I will NEVER shop at any of your stores and I will share this negative experience wherever I go. Everyone needs to know and I know a lot of people around the valley.I am without a vehicle at this point and very frustrated with your dealership. I spent 8 days in the hospital recently. After being a bit down for a few weeks, I was actually excited and felt better because I was joining the Acura family. Little did I know I would be stressed out from this situation and disrespected.I doubt anyone acknowledges this or provides feedback to Matthew. Acura of North Scottsdale took care of me when my battery was dead. My agent Steffen S was able to look up that the battery was under warranty, and told me to have it brought in and they would take care of it. The facility took great care around COVID measures. Limiting people, wrapping my steering wheel with plastic, plastic guards between service agent and customer. Thanks again Steffen and North Scottsdale Acura.

I trust his judgement when it comes to service recommendations as he has told me what is important to address now as well as what is very low priority. As someone who knows nothing about cars it makes me feel much more at ease knowing he will shoot me straight.
They really took care of us! We purchased a vehicle from another dealership and they were able to fix the problem that was coming on in my car. While it was at the shop they lent me a loner vehicle which we very much appreciated as we are way out of town. The employees were kind and greeted us as we arrived and very polite and professional when exposing things to us. We are very impressed and satisfied.
