After buying the machine they don’t provide any technical support. I was never told that the machine loses its programming after about a year. Very complicated long process to reprogram the machine. When you call and ask for assistance they always tell you the same thing. “We are too busy to help you now.” The owner acts like you are bothering him if you call with a question. They have good products but be prepared to have no support after they have your money.

STAY AWAY FROM AZ SLOTS!!!!!!!!!! If I could rate zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of buying 2 Blazing 7 s6000 machines from them. Years later, neither one works properly and didnt work correctly when I purchased them. I called them several times for support and they give me impression that its a bother and Im interrupting their day. June of 2020 I sent them a circuit board from one of the machines for repair. 7 months later, still not done, one weak excuse after another. Upon my request, he sent it back to me unrepaired. I did fix it myself finally. They say they proudly service what they sell. REALLY????? Thats a joke. Randy lied to me....saying he didnt have time to repair it....yet hes out making deliveries....verified by my friends in Phoenix. In checking with their competitors, Randy has a long history with no service after sale.....keeping customers boards that were supposed to be repaired......switching game proms on MPU boards, etc. etc. etc. Folks.....buy from a reputable dealer and save yourself problems with them down the road. ZERO STARS.

Stephanie at Leisure Time Slots was awesome. I called with an issue on a S-2000 machine. After explaining the issue, Stephanie walked me thru the solution within minutes. There was no charge and they did not try and sell me on more components. Very honest company and very friendly. Highly recommend Leisure Time Slots.

Randy and Stephanie are just the best! We were given a slot machine that was operational but in need of repairs, and AZSlot came to the rescue. I have purchased many things from Randy over the past 3-4 years. He is always very helpful and able to help me trouble shoot any problems with my slot machines. I have purchased used machines that were not working from other people and have called Randy to have him help me fix the machine(s). I have also shipped him slot machine CPU boards which he has repaired and shipped back to me. I have never been to his store but next time Im in that area I will make sure I go there and to meet Randy. I am now using my Triple Lucky 7s 5 reel slot machine thanks to Leisure Time Slots LLC. I called to get some assistance with troubleshooting an issue with my IGT S-2000 Double Diamond machine and Randy was quick to identify and help me fix my issue over the phone. It turned out that I hit cash out on a large balance and just needed to refill the hopper to pay out the rest of the credits. The whole situation took five minutes to fix and I appreciate the quick assistance.

Ive dealt with Randy for about 10 years now on a couple of machines I own. He has allways repaired them for me and has allways been fairly priced.

I had a Bally 6000 I was ready to take to the trash because I couldnt get it to run and Im a fairly proficient slot rebuilder. Randy at AZ Slots asked me to send him just the MPU and he would send it back ready to run. He didnt let me down. Machine is running like brand new:)

Webpage clearly states: Call or email for price but they will only provide pricing over the phone. Thats not quality customer service. I went with The Slot Machine Store because their prices are listed on their website and they didnt give me the run around.
