I have moved several times over the years and have always needed some repair work on furniture. My recent move to Arizona was done in two installments and both times Customer Claim Service provided the repair service. One piece was severely damaged and I could not imagine how it would be fixed but their repair was indistinguishable fro the original wood work. I only wish I had before and after pictures to attest to this. All their work was exceptional and I found them extremely knowledgeable in their supplying we with information to get out of date hinges for one of my older pieces. I have also used this fine company to fix other items beyond those from th emove
This company gets a one star from my experience with them and that would be for basically showing up for the APPOINTMENT.My basis for this is that I was sent this company by United Movers who moved us from Orlando to Scottsdale. Our furniture that was very new no children was recieved with pretty much everything scratched or dented. A Antique chair that is at least 150 years old due to it was my fathers who is currently 86 has been moved 6 times until United in Orlando broke the leg off. Driver brought it in through our door said he loaded it on his truck in Orlando that way. It was not broken when they picked it up. This furniture company came did a report sent it to United and in their report said the leg was broken before. This could not be more incorrect. This chair was passed down from my father and we know the history of it. It was always in our family. As a result of this assessment which was very poorly done my compensation was gravely affected. If you use common sense it is not possible the leg was broken because there was no glue more than 86 years ago that would have glued a leg and withstood the chair being used for 86 years. It was my chair I had by my front door for people to sit on to put on take off shoes. This company maybe fine for repair but the fact that they accessed what was damaged and did it so poorly I have zero confidence in them to repair even a broken tooth pick. They clearly had the best interests of United who hired them not me the customer with the beaten up furniture.
