I love this place! After looking all over the state for a replacement part for my 1999 Trans Am I finally called Lorraine at DVAP in N. Phx. She found the part I needed, made sure it was correct (before I drove 75 miles to pick it up) and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Yard guys are great, too. Even carried my part out to make sure it was right before I bought it. If you are looking for anything for your vehicle I encourage you to try DVAP, it could save a lot of time and frustration!

Could spend all day here! Came looking for some parts for my 73 Riviera and the guys were so helpful I came away with everything I needed. $2 cast entry, even if youre not coming to pick, at least come and look, its an amazing graveyard museum of cars and history. So glad i went!

Nice, nice folks who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful in locating parts, even if it was not from their own inventory. Kevin was simply a good guy to work with in Phoenix, as were the folks in the other 2 Desert Valley locations, Ive visited. If you get the chance, ask them about the non-human torso in the suit case.

UNBELIEVABLE PLACE .GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF.

Did order by phone on car parts. Got email confirmation that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get part. This was on a Saturday. I called Monday to cancel order. They wouldnt cancel it and claimed part was already pulled. I had to dispute with my bank. 2 months later they refunded me a partial. The rest was a so called restocking fee. Dont do business with these people.

Dishonest and rude customer service. I asked for a control arm over the phone. A guy told me it is $35 get there and they told me $75. I will takemy business elsewhere rather than let u pinching extra bucks for yourself

I wanted some super clean fenders for a 71 torino,they sent some picks now im waiting fir them to get here,parts got here and looked to be very nice,turned out the fenders were the wrong year, it took close to 4 months to get my money back and Im still out around $200 for shipping i heard alot of good things about this place but once they got your money who knows

We bought a frame to repair our 1968 T-bird from these guys. The project was important to us because my mom was the original owner of the car. These guys ROCK! We got the frame on great condition, and in a very reasonable time. They arranged the shipping to us in Cleveland and everything just went flawlessly! I highly recommend these great guys!

And that the owner would be calling me back I’ve called four times no one’s called me back as of yet much attitude when I do cough much disrespectful Talk $315 for steering column that doesn’t workI would say you have a 50-50 chance of having a good experience with this company

$2 cover to go walk around. The place is like a museum. People are allowed to lift and move things like a scavenger hunt searching for parts. Parts pullers are experienced. Bring your negotiating skills, they try to gouge outrageous prices, but will wheel and deal. Little clips, screws, light bulbs, dirty cloth can be tossed in free with parts purchase. Find the part in a catalog or on eBay so you have a reference of comparable price. Very cool place for any vintage muscle car enthusiast.

I submitted a parts request, they seemed decent enough until after I received a part that I have to repair before I can use it, I called and made a complaint, They said that the damaged ball socket came with the part because it wouldnt come off, yeah thats because it isnt designed to in the first place so that was damaged and the linkage would not adjust without me cleaning it thoroughly. I even sent pictures of this linkage to their customer service email which did not get a response. I sent a new parts request for the same car for another part I am missing and have not been contacted about it at all. I will never recommend this place or use it again, cant even remove parts without causing damage.....

Great place to find parts for older vehicles. Friendly employees. Kinda difficult to locate but other than that way better than others that Ive been to.

Super friendly people who go out of their way to help whenever possible. I happened to come on a day when it had rained heavily forcing them to send their employees home, they told me if I knew where the part I needed was and I could pull it myself free of charge. Who does that anymore? Thanks again guys!

They are strict with their rules which is a good thing when protecting your personal property. The road leading to the location is not kept up, its in terrible shape... constant washboard on a rock road.

Over priced parts, employees seem to hate their jobs, and you can’t negotiate prices. Front office people get real emotional if you ask to work on the price. Like children; they are ready to pick a fight.Childish and unprofessional. Geez man.. I’m just here to buy parts, not to get in an uncomfortable argument over a non confrontational question about the price.You may buy something but know it will probably be overpriced, and you’ll have to deal with rude people.

Complete waste of time trying to do business with these folks. Called the Casa Verde location to check on parts availability a couple of times and told they would check and call me right back. Never heard from them. Asking a few other folks it seems this is the norm....

Everytime I call for parts for various cars they try to convince me to come down, even after I tell them Im in Northern California. I ask about various of different car parts and in less then 2 seconds theyre rude and tell me no. Dont you guys want to sell car parts??? This last time I told them that Im looking for hubcaps for a 1961-1966 F250. They told me they have a bunch, but theyre dented. I said no problem, Ill take them all. 3 seconds later they come back and say they dont have any! WTF?! If I could have given no stars I wouldve. Last time Im trying here, go to Turners wrecking in Fresno California if you actually want help. Theyre pricey, but at least they help you and arent rude.

Funny when your on hold the message says a helpful representative will be with you shortly, all I got was a guy who said he might have the part, Id have to come look. Not much help at all.

Tigh was very friendly, answered our questions with extensive knowledge! We needed a fender for our 67 buick that we are currently restoring. There are no reproductions available. We were told this fender was perfect. We took a gamble on a 10 hour road trip. They did NOT lie, its even better than reproduction.

Called for 1972 GTO core support said they had it drove over hundred miles round trip to show up to no other options for a core support. Justin is an idiot and so is the owner. No respect for your time or money. Owner just ditched me and my son in the yard once he realized he didnt have one. They might have the part but search else where cause they dont value your time or money. I called ahead to make sure they had it. Justin said he had the part and it was $350 so I drove 2 hours and wasted $40 in fuel and time. So screw your water and entry fee. Your lucky I didnt charge for my time and fuel.

Super lazy and not helpful at all. I live very far from the junk yard and I asked if they could check to see if they had a part, nothing crazy. The rude man I talked to refused several times and kept saying to come down rather than taking twenty minutes out of his day to help a customer. Pathetic service, unwillingness to help. I have bought a lot of parts here in the past and referred people, I will do neither going forward, after the conversation I had today.

I live in PA and was looking for a 78 Mustang from a desert state. I contacted DVAP and spoke with Tigh. I could not be more pleased. DVAP was very patient, kept great communication, and got the car to me from Arizona in record time.Tighs customer service was excellent. He helped me track down parts and found a way to fit them in the car to save on shipping. I unfortunately do not remember her name but the lady who assists with payments was helpful as well.Great experience! Will definitely use again!

Just plain ridiculous pricing......Lots of awesome cars but they want crazy money for any part. If you go here plan on spending 100 minimum for any part it seems. No wonder their show got canceled, money hungry and cut way to many corners

Horrible customer service, they act like your inconveniencing them. Among the pile of stuff I wanted to buy, they tried to charge 125 for a balanacer covered in rust from an extremely common motor. I ended up buying it on EBay for 30$. Safe to say I will never step foot in that place again. The casa grande location is 100% different, you’ll get the best customer service the crew there actually want your business. If you can’t find it there just go to hvap up the street.

Called got a price quote 3 times was told 300 dollas for a fender was told that fender was clean rust free and collision free called to order fender finally again was told 300 dollars once again was told same exact thing that fender was rust and collision free needed a little work and price was 300 dollars my auto body man goes to order fender and the price went up to 750 dollars for the fender was told that all of sudden they didnt have 300 dollar fender only the 750 dollar fender when I talk to someone 5 min before and was quoted 300 for fender really really dis honest if u ask me Id rather spend more money elsewhere then to deal with a dishonest greedy business they truly taking advantage of there hard to find parts was told my fender was a hott item they had just sold two few days ago but when I called a month ago they guy I talked to said I never had anyone order for that make and model before ...truly dishonest and greed to hike the prices if u gonna hike prices not a honest business they lost my business

Bought a frame from them and had it shipped. WAs specific that it had to be exceptionally nice for a 1969 YENKO chevelle. What i got was a total piece of crap. They did credit the frame, but now Im out a $30,000 job, and $600 in shipping. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EVER AGAIN.

Couldnt find a good price for parts for my 69 polara anywhere else but here...Even pulled a fender off a car and saw it had rust and bondo and The manager called me to tell me what was wrong so these guys care about the customers and quality! Will be doing buisness again if i need parts!
