Remy the owner went so far out of his way for us tonight and we saved hundreds on our washer and dryer with no wait. Home Depot was having problems even getting the washer and dryer order with the stacking kit in the same color with a week delay, we didn’t want black and either the washer or dryer in champagne or white was back ordered except for the model that doesn’t have the steam/sanitize/self cleaning features. Remy’s personal guarantee on our machines functionality make me feel safer than we would with the protection plan at Home Depot for $125 per machine.

Appliance World Outlet (Remy specifically) will be the only company I ever buy large appliances from again. I had an issue with my purchase that I was upset about that ended up being an honest mistake by a less involved and less technically knowledgeable owner of the company (and no offense intended to him by that statement), but Remy the owner that knows washers and dryers inside and out who was not in the day I put down my deposit went so above and beyond to make it right I count that as a positive, not a negative, on this company. We all make mistakes all the time, its rare a business is so willing to admit mistakes especially by an owner and make you an even better deal and fix the issues with a damaged machine to your satisfaction right before your eyes. He was even getting yelled at by his fiancee for staying so late to make us happy and we barely noticed he was so focused on us. Our new washer and dryer are a wedding present for us and Im more confident in these scratchndent machines than I am in Home Depots ability to get me the same 2 machines brand new for several hundred dollars more without one being backordered in the color we want or the stacking kit being missing.

This is a dent and scratch place, so I bought this Samsung refrigerator, it was delivered by Luis he connected the water hose and the power and the thing turned on, but the water filter light was on, (main function for your drinking water and ice) he said hed get me one(filter) but didnt return, I texted the lady, and I guess it was a bit of miscommunication, she said shell tell him, and now were working on fixing the problem.Update: a technician was sent and he made the filter light go away, Luis made good on his promise to get it fixed, good job. I came upon this store because of my uncle who I called when my fridge gave out on me. My husband was not home and I was on my own. Thankfully my uncle made it on time to catch the store open and send me pictures of the fridges they had.I made my purchase right away being that I’m a mother with 4 kids and a fridge is a must in this household.I coordinated with remy for delivery for that evening.They delivered the fridge into my house and took out the old unit and helped set it up the new one for me which I can’t begin to thank them enough for because being 35 weeks pregnant leaves me with no heavy lifting whatsoever....They went above and beyond to help me and I’m forever grateful as well as getting a fridge for the price I did, you’d never find it anywhere for that price and better than paying retail price. They worked around our schedule to meet with us and provided all the necessary warranty paperwork. No sales tax if you pay cash, no serial numbers in fridges, no history of repairs.The salesman didn’t have a card reader and asked if he could take a picture of my card, no way! He then said he will drive me to the other warehouse 30 min away to use the card, nope. So he tells me there is a discount on using cash since no sales tax will he added. So he rode with the the bank... as the fridge was already loaded in my truck.when we got back I started looking at reviews here and BBB, asked about serial numbers, he seems all shady when I went to look. Saw they weren’t there so I told him no deal, take it off my truck.Very shady business practice that isn’t legal. Too good to be true, means it is!

After 2 months still trying to get an ice maker fixed in a Brand New Samsung refrigerator !!! UPDATED REVIEW- it took 3 months but owner finally fixed the ice maker. Thank you. Increasing from 1 Star to 3 Stars for getting it fixed. Your customers should never have to beg and plead to get a warrantied item fixed and should never take 3 months. Your company should always put their products and customer service ahead of profits and take great pride in your business. Happy customers refer lots of people!
