Got a washer today from these guys, good deal on it $250 nothing fancy cleans cloths all I need. Got it hooked up had some issues. They did us right had the problem fixed within an hour or so. Kept everyone happy. First day with it Ill report back on its performance at a later time.

We got our appliances from this place for a really great deal and they were really nice people, however, theyre not very reliable when it comes to fixing your appliances that come come with a warranty after your purchase from them. Theyll give you a time frame of when theyll come by, but will not bother to communicate with you if they get held up with something else. Its honestly very unprofessional... I was going to recommend them to friends and family because like I said, they offer great deals on their appliances, but with the unreliability I dont believe it is worth it. Perhaps dont offer a warranty on your products if you cant even show up for the time frame you give your customers.

Buyers beware!!!! Bought 3 appliances from herr. They offer a 30 day warranty by day 38 all three appliances had stopped working. They offered to send someone out to fix them at my exspense.....total rip off!!!

Run away as fast as you can! Purchased multiple appliances including a refrigerator that broke down less than 30 days after purchase. They offer 60 day warranty but give you the run around when trying to get issue resolved. Wont return phone calls. Better off paying full price from a retail place than these guys. Big thumbs down, negative stars if that were possible.

I do not want to give this location a review, I bought an appliance at the end of May took it back the very next day, if stopped working, only to be given the run around, they keep telling me to come back, the 30 day guarantee, is a load of s#@!. I am not going to recommend that you DO NOT go to this place. They will scam you.

BEWARE!!!! These men take advantage of women. Horrible experience. Sold me washer that stopped agitating with in a month and refused to issue a refund. Offered to repair the broken washer IF I brought the machine back which I can not do. They also do not write the date on the receipt so they can argue with you in the purchase date. They took pride in not only refusing to issue a refund but telling me goodbye and refusing to do the repair. The short guy also let me know they didnt not care how I felt about their service. Save the hassle and pay a few more dollars from a reputable company. Im all for shopping local but these guys are trash.

This is not a reputable business. We bought a washer and dryer under a 30 day warranty. The washer reported an error code and stopped working within 10 days. I have called and texted multiple times and no one has answered my call. If you read other reviews, this happens often and will happen to you to. Do not purchase from this company.

Doesnt work horrible expirence never go there save hour time and go somewhere else because they are a ripp offs !!!!

Worst people ever to buy from bought a washer and dryer set dryer didn’t have any problems with the dryer on the other hand had a lot of problems with the washer the first one wasn’t balanced went back and they replaced it with another one that one the agitator didn’t work either so I had to go back once again to get another washer. I live 35 min from these people and don’t take that into consideration I’m wasting my time gas putting miles on my car. Don’t go here at all your wasting your time. Spend the extra $100 and go to spencers to buy a brand new set. They also only put a no refund sign up in Spanish. How is someone who only speaks and writes English supposed to understand that also didn’t tell me when I bought it that it was no refunds either. I don’t write reviews but this one called for one. Very disappointed

Really bad experience buying from this place!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!They dont tell you about the not refund signs and they look for every excuse to not give you the money back and saying they will fix it for the 30 day warranty.I was so stupid going to this place,, butI learned my lesson👎👎

I purchased a new front loader washer and a dryer on 7/13/20. The first day I used the washer there was a problem, I called several times before they finally sent a tech out to check but he didnt call and allow us time to add clothing for him to test properly. The issue continues and Ive called the sales person and the office several times, no one cares that they sold me a washer that I financed that acts like its going to bag into the wall and walk its way out of the laundry room! Its like top loaders that are off balance big time . . . front loaders dont do that! The sales person sent me a text and said they would be here today between 11-1:00 - no calls and no show!! I will not ever buy anything from this place ever again and I recommend you think twice before buying also. Once they deliver, and you pay, youre stuck with faulty merchandise. They dont care about their customers!

I paid 550 for broken dryer then didnt answer my calls for 4days so I had to go in twice they picked it up then didnt want to bring it back. Then when they brought it back it broke again after 2 loads.DONT GO HERE THEY DO SHADY BUSINESS ! It wont let me give 0 stars or I would.
