Love this smoke shop. They always have the tobacco and tubes I use in stock. Plus they have lots of other nice stuff ex pipes, grinders, lighters etc.

Theyre always nice here plenty of everything including incense to break spells, get money and they have most the chewy candies. They text or email receipts and have rewards (I think). They do have art and Id love to see more art down on the floor or easier to notice someday. Def go to North Mountain stop by here and the Peace Ice Cream shop next door

First time going there today, and was very impressed with the selection of pieces, probably going to be my go to moving forward.Also the gentleman assisting us was very helpful during our confusion of what to purchase.Anyone that has not been to this location yet has to stop by at one point or another.

Jason is hands down the most amazing person at this store. He always remembers what I get and usually engages in some polite chatter but with his own edge to it. The rest of the team is great too but Jason deserves more recognition!

Amazing experience came in to see if they had a pack of cigarettes and not only did the man willy help me out I had only 15 bucks told him my limit. Explained I also wanted some glass gear or maybe a water pipe. Found Zeronas because my corner smoke shop closed and I needed rolling tobacco and tubes and I was happy to find out they were open until midnight! They became my go to smoke shop when I went in and found out the exact same tubes and tobacco I was getting from my corner smoke shop was over $3 cheaper at Zeronas! Ill be going here from now on!

Zeronas is great. They always have what I am looking for at a reasonable price. Theyre patient when I want to look at dozen different things. Always friendly and helpful every time Ive been there. I like that they have the mini Montana pocket cans. I go out of my way to shop there even though other places are closer to me.

Prices are on the higher side. Overall they have a large selection. Clean organized but somewhat overcrowded with merchandise.

It was the only smoke shop open past 9pm in the area when I was looking for smoking utensils. Great prices and selection. I will definitely be back next time Im in the area.

The establishment is one of the better places I have been. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable of all the products they have. Prices are about the same as anywhere you may go.I live in N. Scottsdale area and travel to Zeronas a few times a month to see all the new items they received and my normal purchases I need. So, yes, I would recommend this establishment.

Honestly never want to come back again. Between the attitude and disrespect of the Manager and the Racially inappropriate “Novelty items”. Zeronas smoke shop is a mess. The owner gives his family the employees tips and the Main Manager of the store casts so much negative energy in the store it’s no wonder they always have a Hiring sign outside. If I were you I’d stay away from Zeronas smoke shop.

The workers there are always so helpful and friendly. Its nice to go in somewhere that the people who work there have actually tried the disposable vape flavors they offer for sale. If I had rated this store 6 months ago I would have given it 5 stars. But the recent change in staff has left me wanting. I miss being greeted at the door, and staff that jumped in to help, or had decent customer service skills.

The selection they have is awsome always got new cool things and adjacent to the smokeshop is a vape shop with all the latest vape gadjetery youll ever need. And the smokeshop as well you dont have to go anywhere else Zarona had it all and the prices are very affordable. If you smoke and like smoke shops and this is the place to go! The vape shop had a wide variety of juices and mods, but unfortunately the guy behind the counter had no knowledge of flavor profiles or of their pricing structure. The smoke shop on the other hand had just about everything you could ask for. Didnt stay long but from what I saw the staff seemed friendly and quite knowledgeable about their product.
