Awesome guys down there! I called ahead to see if they could help me with a very unique scooter tire and rim motor. They dont usually work with those but no one else in the valley will even touch it, but this guy said bring it on down and put the new tire right on the rim right in front of me and put air in it no charge! Great job man!
Small place.but employees seem like good people.i had my bike serviced thereAnd had some repairs done as well havent had any problems .work done in a timely manner and prices are fair. just had some more repairs done fuel pump on My Harley Davidson.as usual done in a timely manner and fair cost on.labor so I upped it a star.all questions I asked were answered.could of done it myself but time is an issue.so to have these guys do it is well worth the time. Great job guys .Ill be back for future service and or repairs!
I had an all around great experience with these guys. I ride an older bike and was having some performance issues and it needed new tires. They did a great job getting my bike road ready again. They did it in a timely fashion and (just as important) their prices didn’t break the bank. They also kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
Dalton and his team are great honest people to work with I always knew exactly what was going on with bike and if I ever had a question I was always able to reach them or got a speedy return call with answers would suggest this shop to anyone who needs work on their motorcycle 4wheeler or any other small engine
I brought my 2005 Honda quad to them because I had Sin Fab do a service on it and the motor had a loud tick in the head. They checked it out and found out the other company installed the oil filter in backwards and the head was getting no oil. It was a cheap fix and they corrected the problem and had me back on the trail in only 2 days time. I will send them as much business as I can and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Guys..........................Bodnar Boat Works
Good prices n good service
5/15/21Five Star ExperienceLabor cost per hour is lowerI was actually charged lower than quotedOne day turn around on my rzr when the other guys said 8 weeksFriendly PeopleSmall BusinessEasy decision to spend money hereThanks again
Dropped off a 2017 YXZ SS for a driveshaft upgrade and full service and they truly knocked it out and went above and beyond on care of the vehicle and customer service. They will be my go to from now on. Just had Rugged Radios installed as of 9/24/21 they were timely and efficient, thanks Clay!
I am new to the whole Motorsports/ATV scene and needed a a couple parts here just recently and went to this place because they were near.So after being quoted one price, then a different price by another fellow, and just before being rung up a third price, and heres the fun part after being charged product bagged and handed to me it was rudely toldand there aint no warranty on that neitherWow, brand new ATV part and after 3 quoted prices and $170 dollars later with NO WARANTY(which i now know i could have bought on Amazon for $29) I wasnt upset about that .looking back what i was upset about, was the rudeness and not have time to deal with me attitude. Now im no one special, I really am enjoying the whole out doors ATV thing and plan to spend a decent amount of money doing it with my 7 kids, my family and my buddies down at the base.i understand your a business and prices are prices but people skills are priceless.
Here’s a business to stay away from. Their pricing is outrageous and they just don’t care about what they’re doing. I brought my *running atv in for a service and a day after it was promised to be done, they hadn’t started working on it. Then I went to pick it up and bring it somewhere else since they weren’t doing the work, but the atv wouldn’t start...so they told me it would need a $250ish carb service...turns out the fuel valve was just in the off position and it started right up and I drove it away. Seriously??! Unbelievable. Go somewhere else.
Don’t be fooled by old reviews. They were good until recently they have become a Money suck. Please sort reviews by “newest first” and see all one star reviews posted recently.
We had some minor issues getting a proper diagnosis, but once that hurdle was crossed Dalton and the techs were very helpful and reasonable. We depend on this machine here at our animal rescue, and are very pleased with the outcome. Thx guys........
This was, by far, the most expensive set of tires that I’ve ever purchased for my motorcycle. The staff are friendly enough, but I should of had the work done at another shop that offered the same tires plus free installation for almost $300 less. I don’t recommend this shop to replace motorcycle tires. This mistake is on me. Live and learn.
Horrible rates they screwed over a friend too would not come here tbh waste of money, gas and time.
Outstanding customer service and best price by far out of the 5 different shops i called for work on my Polaris. Dalton was very professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for an honest shop with great customer service. A++
Had them do a complete motor swap on my gsxr 750. They did a great job and kept me informed the few days it took them to complete it. If your looking for a trustworthy shop look no further. Ill definitely be back for parts or service if needed and highly recommend this shop. Thx Clayton it runs great.
Scammers and fraud. Stay awayAfter being called out about their previous repair was faulty. They took my motorcycle in, fixed what they forgot the first time (but charged me) AND broke a few other things intentionally.Crooks even pointed the damage when i picked my motorcycle up. When asked why did they check other parts (which they broke) when they usually charge a “diagnostic fee” for everything, they didn’t have an answer. They will ensure to suck all possible money after you drop your vehicle off. Scammers.
Clayton at Pro Motorsports has been nothing short of courteous, professional and accommodating in the repair of my 2005 kawasaki ninja. Although my travel to their shop is nearly 45 minutes to an hour, I will gladly bring my bike back to their shop for maintenance and/or repairs. Thank you Clayton, for your communicating with me through the process of repair, trouble shooting, and updates. By all means, qualities that are missing from other shops.
They did a great job repairing my jet skis. They promised me a pickup date, and they came through with no problem.I will return for future services.Thank you!
They work on all of my Big Boy toys. Great place to go.
Called for a price to have shocks rebuilt and was given a price. Took the shocks in because the price given was a good price. Once in the shop the price changed by $30 per shock adding $120 to the price given. Took my business elsewhere.
Brought my clean 2012 Polaris in for service. I told them the engine was not producing power above 15mph, and I had a bad vibration.I thought it was tires, as they were about half worn out. They told me they could service and inspect my Polaris for what seemed reasonable, and would check on tire prices, and call me back. They called me back and said the engine was running great, and could not reproduce the lose of power and a vibration when it hit 15 miles an hour. Gave me a price for all new tires. I told them to go ahead with the routine service and inspection, and tires. All was well until I asked for my half worn tires, which I had ask them to save for me ( save old parts box checked), I had to make a special trip to pick them up, because an employee took them home. When I got to my cabin ( 150 miles away), and got it off the trailer, I took it for a test drive around the neighborhood, and immediately noticed it pulled hard to the right and the steering is not centered. Standing in front of the Polaris it is easy to see the front end needed adjust to fit the new tires that the sales man suggest would fit my application of use. I would have assumed a visual alignment check would be part of the safety inspection. According to u tube videos, a front end adjustment is it’s all labor of about .5-1hr depending on equipment used and no parts. The wheel alignment didn’t seem significant enough to account for the vibration I was feeling. When I got back to the cabin, I begin looking at the CVC boots, and one on the rear is split, and the bearing is making noise. The other 3 look bad, but not split.I can not recommend this place for any type of annual maintenance and safety inspection. Too many things were over looked.I now have to load my Polaris and travel 150 miles back into town, and get it fixed. Two thumbs downCR
They worked around my schedule and did a great job, quickly on my Suzuki GSXR600. Told me about future repairs and fixed an existing problem for a reasonable price. I felt comfortable there on my first visit, like I had been going there for years. Excellent attitude by all the staff, it was like dealing with a good distant relative. I felt welcomed. I will recommend them and definitely return for future repairs. Thanks guys!
Huge selection of parts. Great customer service.
Very pleased. I cold called them ( googled / great reviews ) when looking for a set of tires. After getting a quote from Harley and others as the requirements for Harley tires are higher ( heavier weight rated ) than most bikes. The staff at Pro Motorsports was polite and ready to help the moment they answered the phone. They offered not to have me hold and to call me back later that day so they could research the differences in price and needs. When they got back to me the same day, Based on the info I gave them on my driving habits, they offered different brands but recommended there preference at a much cheaper price than other shops. And also the tire they choose meet the standards for Harley and the web reviews were as well. They invoiced me to pay for the tires, thru my email ( very easy ) as to get the most recent manufacturing date as I will not wear them out before they expire with the amount of driving I do. Once the tires arrived, they called, set up an appointment for the install at a very fair price to include disposal. They were very polite and very professional, and efficient. Although they were very busy with the phone and myself and 4 others that were the first appointment of the day. I was in and out in just over an hour. 2 heavy duty rated tires installed and out the door $300.00, no one else came close and Im certain no one else would have come close to there number 1 service I experienced so far. Will use them again for all my tires needs on my quads and motorcycles. Feel good that I may have found someone to fulfill my needs for repair jobs bigger than I can handle too. Thank you Pro Motorsports staff.
We recently had our three quads serviced at Pro Motorsports AZ. Dennyn Was great to work with and was great about giving us a quote that included a military discount. He scheduled a free pick up and delivery as advertised and the driver made pick up and drop off a breeze. These guys took on two of our older quads that a local competitor would not. We will definitely use these guys again for all our future needs. Great job Pro Sports AZ!!!
Great shop. Did good work on my at last year. Offered free pick up and delivery. Nothing more I could ask for. Awesome people to deal with
Though I have yet to go here for services, I have called to inquire about some things and spoke to a young man named Jeremy. He was extremely helpful and genuinely cared enough to take the time to answer my questions even though I wasnt actually intending to give them any business at this point in time yet. He was kind and his customer service was stellar. I will say that whenever we do have the need for services, we will definitely be giving this place our business. Way to employ great people! First impression: Amazing
Ive taken my Vulcan 800 to Pro Motorsports 3 times so far and Ive had nothing but good service. Their pick-up service is awesome, they always answer any questions I have, and they keep me informed as my bike is being worked on. After getting my carb rebuilt I wasnt satisfied with how the bike was running and they took it right back and tuned it again, no questions asked. Great shop, definitely recommend them.
Awesome service and great turn around time. I dropped off my Ktm 990 wheels for some new rubber and hoping they could balance them due to the rims being pretty beaten up from riding off-road. Bike is running smoother then ever on the street now!! Great price and friendly service. Highly recommended.
Ive been here many times for many different services on my bikes. Their prices are hard to beat and their work is outstanding. Additionally their prices on parts are usually better than most other places. Clayton and Jeremy have always taken care of their customers and Im happy to give them my business.
All the crew working under Claytons direction were no less than stellar inrepairing my motorcycles and quad. Clayton will always keep you up todate on any new developments. This group will strive to use original partsif able (they even ordered a part from Sweden upon learning that HarleyDavidson no longer supports some 2001 Road Glide pieces.). The repairswere finished in a timely manor right in the middle of my recent move toShow Low and Clayton suggested a transport company which saved memultiple trips up and down the mountain at a exceptionally reasonableprice. I always live by the motto of you get what you pay for andPro Motorsports AZ. will always treat you right.
Clayton is great! Pro Motorsports is changing the game. Forever it seems like bikers have been gouged every time you need some work done. These guys do a great job for a great price. They have earned a customer in me for life.Thank you guys!!
These guys are fantastic. Fair, and honest, pricing with quality work. They may have saved my engine (exhaust valves were far too tight) after a DEALERSHIP appears (my opinion) to have checked my valves incorrectly only 7000 miles ago (15k intervals). They did an amazing job with my new drive chain and sprockets two weeks ago, so when I heard some really bad ticking in the top end of the motor I decided these are the guys for the job.Bike: 2006 SV650
Never had that problem. They will not touch my bike because it has to much custom items on it.
You guys are friendly and helpful. Even if I wasnt buying anything from you,you would still help me. Have had bikes worked on there. Great and helpful staff.
Staff was quick to assist and helpful with answers. I had no idea that Pro Motorsports Az had the variety of parts that they did. They kept me updated on progress and were friendly about it as well. I had many quotes before I landed on them and they won me over on their professionalism and accurate pricing. Thanks again guys. Especially Clayton!
Best service Ive ever had. They gave me the option to bring my bike in the same day I called. The work was done in the time they quoted and there were no hidden fees in the already very reasonable price. Id recommend this shop to anyone, Im glad its the closest one to my house.
I brought my 2006 crf450r here on 4/20 was told I would receive it back in 10 days They lack Communication they called 4/23 with the diagnosis and asking for a deposit for some parts so I give them a deposit right away so the parts could be ordered. So no update on 4/30 when I thought I would have it back so I have to call them and see what’s going on they said we just received the last of the parts and are going to get started on it my first thought is Jesus nothing is done great 5 more days till I get my bike also the guy was clearly annoyed I was calling for an update on the bike so anyways it was exactly that I receive my bike back may 5 and take it out for the first time may 9 and we’ll everything was going great till my radiator hose on my left side popped off and sprayed fluid all over my left leg. I was not going to write a review and just never come back here but now that this has happened with my hose coming off so I feel the public needs to know. I came here based off the google reviews. I suppose they pick and chose which projects they really care about because that’s just negligence and poor workmanship to not tighten a clamp tight enough. I wasn’t rippin through nothing either maybe half rpms the only reason they have two stars from me is because the left side crack case gasket they did is not leaking. But be weary if you have them change your radiators check your clamps because they don’t. I have seen another review on here about radiator hose coming off so check check check and check againGo to justiss family Motorsports that old man is a wizard and will always always always give you a fair price. He’s the kind of guy who will start your bike when you drop it off and do a rough diagnostic with you right there so everybody is on the same page. He does Not just write down on a piece of paper what you tell him you think might be wrong and then charge you $110 to look for the problem. These guys are crooks but it’s easy for that right now in this market to many people moving here buying toys not enough shops now.
Very pleased with my recent sport-touring tire purchase from Pro Motorsports. I decided last minute to replace tires prior to a +2000 mile ride and Clayton was very helpful in getting the tires ordered in and installed on a tight timeline. Great value, communication and professionalism throughout the process. It doesnt get better than this.
Y do you guys come up as a dealer if you only do service and repair talk to your web manger need to fix your key words. super frustating
Jim the owner and team went the whole nine yards with their job and service. From a smiling face at the front, to a personal ride back to my house while my car was being worked on, you cant really be it. Now the car is looking oh so fine with its new wrap and tint. Highly recommend the best in town!
Wonderful service from a wonderful staff. I was in a bind and had a flat tire on my motorcycle. They jumped on it immediately and had it ordered and put on my new tire by the next day. I felt like i was in good hands throughout the process. Will definitely be back for future repairs.
Amazing
They are very honest and gave me a great price. Work was done completely and without a problem. I would go back again without hesitation
Ive been to Pro Motorsports twice so far and both times have been great!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are very reasonable. The work performed is fast and top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Clayton and his staff at Pro Motorsports. Two thumbs up and five stars....thanks guys and keep up the good work!!!
A very good group of people. My bike isnt exactly a show bike and I was expecting the service folks to beat me up about it, but they didnt. Very low pressure and I was extremely pleased with the interaction. I had even referred a buddy to get some work done with them. Dont hesitate to have these folks do work on youre machines.
They disconnected my radiator hose from the engine then forgot to retighten it when finished. The result was it popped off the first time it was hot and scalded a large area of my sons leg. Big urgent care and follow up doctor bill. The hose did not break - it popped off because the clamp was completely loose. Not cool.Update for owner / Clayton: Prefer keeping my real name off the net. Picked up my Banshee last Friday. It was there for 3 weeks.
Quick, easy, and clean. I dropped off a tire to be mounted and balanced today at 12:30, and it was ready in 20 minutes, even on a Saturday. I run an auto shop here in the valley and know how hectic a Saturday can be, I really appreciate the effort. Will recommend.
How is it a starter for a RZR 900 is specialty item?... I paid 20% restocking fee witch I thought was fair... The balance remaining should have been refunded. Not store credit. You want to make this customer happy? Ill take your offer but I want it in cash... not wait till its back on my card. Deal?
I had work done on my Rzr and Clayton and his team were awesome. They were fast, efficient, and honest. I will definitely be back!
So glad I found these guys. Im tired of being ripped off by RideNow. Brought my quad in for two issues and they repaired it with one hour of labor. I know RideNow would have added another few hours of labor. Great crew, fair prices, high quality repairs. Youre nuts not to make the drive to trust these guys!
Professional and polite service, transparent pricing. Will definitely come back. One of the best in the area.
These guys are great! Never been treated better by the staff. They are knowledgeable and easy going. They always are able to fit work around my schedule and their pricing is the best. Great group of guys that work here. I will continue to service my bike here and use them for all my motorsports needs.
Great Place! Had a secondary issue and Clayton and his guys fixed it within 24 hours and saved me well over 500.00 bucks! They are a no BS shop and tell you the strait story right upfront! Cant recall a honest UTV shop anymore!!! Will for sure be doing my Business in the future!
I’ve known and dealt with Clayton for years, long before he started up Pro Motorsports. I can honestly say for anything I can’t handle myself, he’s the only person I trust. Even if they can’t get me right in, I won’t bother calling around. I’ll just wait because I know it will get done right and not get price gouged. I’ll be a customer for life, whether it be street, dirt, SxS or just parts.
Clay and the rest of the guys at Pro Motorsports know how to run a shop. Top notch customer service and attention to detail. Im very particular about maintenance on my machines and have no hesitation taking them here knowing itll be done right and in a timely manner. They even dropped the machine off when its finished. Thanks guys.
Great prices! Fantastic service!Thank you Clayton and Colby for your help.
Excellent place to do business with. I called them up and they had the best price on my rear tire for my GSXR in town and they were able to install within a few hours. I was back on the road faster than any other shop in town. When they balanced the tire they also used the trick colored wheel weights to blend in with the wheel. Only shop in town I have seen do that. These guys are awesome and i highly recommend checking them out.
Pro Motorsports by far one of the best shops in town. Always have great prices, fast turn around time on services work. Great group of guys there very passionate about there work and customers. I always recommend them to friends 5 stars in my book.
The guys there are chill and know their stuff, can get you any part you need. Got some great tires at a great price Plus install. Plan on going back when it comes time to install longer cables.
Pro Motor Sports always takes great care of our RZR QUAD AND DIRT BIKES.They always get us going even when I procrastinate they get my bikes done fast and well.Prices are fair and never try to sell me on something I dont need.
I had a great experience with Pro Motorsports AZ. Excellent customer service and communication. They got my bike repaired quickly and at a fair price. This is my go-to shop for now on.
Clayton and his crew are top notch. I have bought parts, bought tires and had an engine rebuilt. They are always willing to answer questions and are a great resource to have.
Called in to get motorcycle tires installed and brought them by. To my surprise, they got the tires swapped while I was there! Saved a bunch of driving to drop and pick up. Good price too! Thanks! :)
Theyre calling themselves pro motorsports now. Great shop, okay selection for on/off-road parts and chemicals/accessories. But these guys have awesome customer service and are more then happy to order stuff in for you, got most things in for me in a day or two, awesome prices. And its awesome not having to deal with the pretentious counter staff at the local big dealerships who generally know nothing but act like theyre king, these guys know their stuff and dont give you B.S. attitude. Some other cool little shops in the area too, but this is definitely my first choice. Be interested to see how their service department is, never had an experience with the back of the shop.
Special order tire, Shinko on/off trail, at a great price --- on the bike within 24 hrs. Cant beat that. And wow, it is possible to take a 1.0L Suzi Vstrom off pavement, even on rocks (carefully) and stay upright.Glides on pavement too, leading to a minor difference of opinion with Clayton...youll have some trade-offs with a hybrid street-trail tire. I certainly havent found any yet.
My bike doesnt go anywhere else. These guys go above and beyond to make everything as convenient as possible. They do good work, and they do it quickly.
I used to shop with Clayton at another shop and was happy to run into him at promotorsports. He gave me good deals back then and still does today. Great shop with great prices.
This is a no BS kind of place. Clayton doesnt try to up-sell you on things you dont need and can fix just about anything with a motor. Ive taken my street bike, UTV, quads, and generator to him and have always had a quick turn-a-round with reasonable prices. They offer a military & veteran discount which is greatly appreciated and their service is top notch.
Clayton and his crew run a great shop. Took my dirt bike in for a complete top and bottom rebuild. They did a great job and kept me updated every step of the way. After it was rebuilt and taken on a break in ride, I took it back after the first ride for some minor tweaking, typical after a motor rebuild. The team had it done in a few days, even went further to tune the carb and some other adjustments to make sure everything was taken care of. Great crew and will definitely continue doing business with them.
Honest, reliable, and they know what they’re doing. Customer service is top priority will definitely be going back.
These guys are legit! Great price and quality service! Call them you won’t regret it :)
My 96 Honda shadow had an ignition problem and wouldn’t start .i had a mobile motorcycle mechanic come and look at it but he couldn’t diagnose the problem! Then I remembered Pro Motorsports and I called them! Wow ! Free pickup and immediate scheduling and two days later my shadow was running again like a new bike! Both my Honda Shadow and my Harley Road King will not be worked on by anybody else but Pro Motorsports ! These guys are the best !
Great shop: Honest, knowledgeable and competent. Finished a bunch of work on my 2015 RZR in a few hours. Also did an awesome job on my old 1997 Kawasaki Concours - which the local dealer wouldnt touch due to its age. Pro Motorsports is now my go-to shop for all my toys. I highly recommend this shop.
Outstanding shop. Brought my jet ski in for service, Colby had it fixed same day!! Amazing!
This was my first time a Pro MotorSports. Clayton got me on the schedule on short notice to install a new chain. The team worked fast. I expressed my needs about how I wanted the chain measured and cut and they accommodated me. Great job.
I want to stress my appreciation for some great service on my Harley Davidson Lowrider. I have been searching for a motorcycle shop to take my motorcycles to, as my recent shop went under and left me hanging. ProMotorSportsAz, and Dennyn, their tech, in particular, diagnosed and serviced my bike yesterday (11-15-2019) with great results and a very reasonable cost. I had a leaking petcock and needed some carburetor adjustments to get me back on the road. A new petcock was installed and with the carburetor adjustments, the bike hasn’t ridden this good in years. Because of my bikes ages, HD would not service them, but now they have found a new home on North I -17.They have won my business, and I’ll be back.Regards,B Host
Pro Motorsports is the real deal. They do good work and will do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied. No high pressure or fear tactics to do in unnecessary repairs. They have my repeat business!
Amazing customer Service!! Very fair price. Would definitely recommend and use them again. A company built on character.
This shops has friendly and intelligent staff and fair prices. They also have a lot of racing experience so they know what truly works. Highly recommended.
They always take great care of all my bikes and quads, I highly recommend this shop! Great customer service 👍
Pro Motorsports will surprise you, and I mean that in a GOOD WAY!Normally not looked at as a HARLEY shop, but these guys do a great job on my Road King every time they work on it. Clayton Henley runs a well-oiled operation, thats for sure. Their new tech, Kent, is definitely worth asking for. Hes trained on HD and everyone is super FRIENDLY to boot! The right price, on-time, courteous, price matching vs. other shops (and usually beats everyone else on the 1st try anyway!), what more do you need!! Try em out, youll be glad you did!!
Serviced my grandsons Kawaski 85; plus a few repairs, slow leak in the back tire, new chain etc. Very reasonablly priced, excellent service! Maintained contact with me on items that needed attention. Highly recommend Pro Motorsports!Doug
Have been here multiple times and they are very reasonable on prices and friendly. And several times now theyve been the only one who have had the tire I needed in the whole valley. I would highly recommend them.
Took my CBR 600 here to have a new set of tires put on. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone ahead of time was very helpful in helping me pick out the right tire to go with. The pricing on both the tires and the labor was very reasonable compared to other shops in the area. All of the staff was very kind and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike mechanic!
Clayton and his crew have been great to me. I have an older bike that is finicky and they have persevered in working out the problems. Many bike shops wont look at older bikes ... consider this, I have an older Honda and local Honda shops wont touch it. Hmmm. I highly recommend Clayton and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile!
These guys are always great and usually have on hand what i need. Much better the ride now or helmet center
These guys are awsome. I was having trouble with my bike and brought it into them. They kept me informed through the whole proses giving updates as soon as they knew about them. There was no thing of trying to sell parts or services not needed. They were also extremely patient with me about my questions and answering them. Anyone who comes here will leave happy and satisfied knowing what they come in with will be fixed and running in no time. Thanks guys for all the hard work.
Dont have stuff when they say they do waste of time
Doing business with Pro Motorsports is always a pleasure. Clayton and the team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my motorcycle and PWC serviced at the shop numerous times and couldn’t be happier. Finding a shop that you trust with capable staff is a big deal, I am thankful to have found that in Pro Motorsports. Due to a busy family and work schedule, I trust Pro Motorsports with all of my routine maintenance, major repairs and riding gear needs. One of the most refreshing elements of Pro Motorsports is their level of communication with their customers; you never have to wonder or worry about the status of your machine as they are in constant communication regarding the status. They also follow up after to ensure that your expectations have been met. The pickup and delivery service along with lake testing ensures that my machine will be home and ready to ride even if I can’t make it to the shop. Thank you for all that you do for me and my family.
Excellent service and communication. Took care of exactly what I needed and gave me options to get it done.
I brought two jet skis to this place for them to diagnose starting issues. They told me there was a 130$ charge per ski for them to look at them. Ok, no problem, they called me later that day and said they needed a carb rebuild and a fuel pump. For 1600$! + the diagnostic fee. I went down to pick them up (you can do that stuff yourself for about 250$). When I walked outside to get the trailer i noticed one of the tailights was missing. When I looked about a foot from where the trailer was sitting there was broken red glass from a trailer light. I understand mistakes happen, I went in there with a pretty calm attitude about it. The guy tells me thats how it came and then proceeds to try and sell me a 80$ tail light kit. Stay far away from this place incredibly over priced and liars on top of it.
These guys are great; always on the ball. Fast, straight forward service and had me running and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Clayton is always on his headset and available for customer needs and advice.
Both Clayton and Chad answered all my questions without any problem got the part in and installed quickly while I waited. Awesome job
We brought our quad to get checked here toSee what was wrong with it we left it a few weeks so they can take a look at it and it was going to be over $3,000 to fix it so we decided it was going to be too much so we went to pick it up we paid $100 for the quote as we were waiting one guy comes and asked if we wanted it back together or with the piece left out and my husband said if he can put it back together then the guy at the front desk said that we didn’t paid for them to get it back together that he didn’t want to sound like a jerk but we had to pay more if we wanted the pieces back were they belong and we don’t live in Phoenix we live in Sedona 2 hours away!!!I think that is ridiculous that they charge you for putting it back how you brought it I will absolutely not recommend them at all!!
I brought my Yamaha dirt bike and my 2011 RZR in for service. I was recommended to Pro Motorsports by a friend of a friend. I had a bad experience with one of the other large cycle shops in the valley and needed an alternative. The problem the other shop failed to fix, Pro took care of and the bike runs and starts great now.The RZR has major issues and I was aware of it. Pro tore it down, explained exactly what they found and gave me alternatives to fix it. They are super professional, and I am confident that I can trust them to do whats in my best interest. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything.
Pro Motorsports is an awesome resource if you need an older bike with carburetors serviced. I have a 1988 CBR 1000 that wasn’t running due to an issue with the fuel system. It was difficult just finding someone to work on a 30-year-old bike and harder still to get parts for it. They picked it up for free, diagnosed the problem, found an aftermarket fuel pump (Honda no longer makes parts for this bike), got it running, and then dropped it off at no charge.
Take your bike here.Ive had them work on my bike a couple times and am very satisfied. Clayton runs a nice shop and the customer service is great.
