It’s my pleasure to work with ADIs all over the country, For some reason this is the only one I have bad experiences with every time I go in. If I go in they are either yelling at each other, or arguing with customers. The disorganization is unreal, hopefully they can get it solved.

I should have trusted all the bad reviews, this people hate their job. They ought to hire people who can actually provide customers with at the very least, mediocre customer service, you explain the item you are searching for and the guy just walks away towards the shelves and says this is all we got and walks away, so I asked if he knew of a different way to achieve what I was trying to do and without even turning his head to talk to me, just says nope, we are not technicians, we are sells people, if your goal is to anger customers away, congratulations, youve achieved your goal

ADI is awesome!!! They have a wait sometimes, but they usually have what you need in stock. They also provide an online portal that allows you to place orders easily as well as an 800 number where you can call and have a professional help you assemble an equipment list with all the parts you need in order to make a job happen. ADI is not my sole provide of equipment, but they do provide much of what I need. I would highly recommend them.
I have a customer that is ordering 400,000.000 worth of parts. We used ADI in the past and left due to their horrible customer service. Decided to give them a second chance. The first order we placed went without a hitch. The second order the had issues with the billing waited 2 days to call when we explained the importance of the order. They ended up tacking on over 350.00 in shipping when normally is 79.00. They would place me on hold not realizing that they had left me to hear everything they were discussing and proceeded to talk so much crap about me as a customer. ADI in Phoenix is a joke I will not order one more item from these people.

Never have been good at any location i go to i travel all over the us Worst customer service at the counter the 3 people i asked had no clue what i was asking i asked if they could order me some different mounts for a wifi hub. Steve told me to just go on the internet and order then said they couldnt help me even though i bought the wifi hub from them! Several people behind the counters didnt ask a single person if they knew of anything why would i order them if i have an account with them
They wont take debit or credit cards as payment on an open account....UN-BLEEPING-BELIEVABLE

I wish there was another option. Stops that should take 5 mins take 20. Customer service is awful here. 6 people sitting on computers behind the front desks, while 5 customers wait for help.
