Had an issue with a new TV not linking up to my existing Control4 home automation system. The technician called me back the same day and was able to explain exactly what I needed. I was back in action and very thankful for the speedy service.

Company wasted my time came out gave me a quote and when ready to proceed, Clay sales rep and owner decided not to assist. Loser company not shocked at their rating. Makes sense now

Please disregard the other negative reviews! PAV are professionals with a wonderful work ethic. I even had a technician come to my house on a Sunday for a non urgent matter. Marty the owner of PAV is outstanding. He is not only very knowledgeable, but dedicated. Truly a great human being too! Feel rest assured that you will receive excellent quality work and not feel like you’re getting ripped off!

They came and installed my home theater system. The tech was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable and was in and out in a flash. I will definitely be using them again. :)

Performance Audio Video did a great job helping me design my home theatres sound system! They were very professional too. Now when I watch a movie at home, it feels like Im at the movies! I love it!

Where do I start....Everything was great at first.....I didnt even question the quote! Then when work was complete Marty decided he didnt quote it with the right number of thermostats and tried to upcharge for his mistake! Uh no.....here is the almost 60K you quoted me! He was upset about it and the problems have just been compounded from there! Constantly have had problems with WiFi and setting in the control4 system! Martys team seem to do a nice job of trying to clean up issues and Jessie and Shelby have been great!So 3 weeks ago I contacted Marty about adding a TV on Patio that I had wired during the original install....I was on a tight time schedule and Marty quoted me 3K just to add a single TV that had already been Wired...I said fine as I felt I had no other choice and he says if I pay in advance that he would have installed by the next week! Ok then on the next week I finally call him and ask why his guys arent here installing TV and he gets mad at me and says his people were supposed to contact me about the delay! When I remind him of what he communicated to me about timing things went south in a hurry! Then he brings up how I shorted him on initial install and he cant even tell me when to expect job to be done and I asked for my money back! So he basically fires me as a customer and only returns a portion of my cc payment.... it was short 480.00 ...... that was 2 weeks ago and when I contact him about it all he has to say is he will handle it and that I need to find another vender. So he fires me as a customer due to his incompetence! And Im still short 480.00....... guess Ill have to go through hassle of contacting CC company and disputing charges!Just understand that when you install the Control4 system you are getting in a long term relationship with the company that installs it and at their mercy for service...... be very careful of the emotional stability of the person that owns the company!

These guys suck and dont stand behind what they sell you. All they care about is their markup and fees. RUN!
