Hands down the best place you can take your car for repair. Most places try and stick it to your insurance for every last penny. Altras owner is the most down to earth and respectable guy in this field. I will be going back from here on out.

HORRIBLE quality, do not take your car here! I have had it “fixed” THREE times and it is still not right. The first time my fender was replaced and came back with two scratches so before looking the car over, it was sent back. When I went to pick it up the second time, I got home and discovered paint was mismatched, they forgot to fix parts of the car (side mirror, windshield, undercarriage damage) and did not put all of my tire sensors back on (which caused my tire sensors to go off). Third pickup revealed windshield was not sealed (so light and water can get through and cause damage inside my car), undercarriage was still shredded on parts, passenger side door was misaligned and did not close properly, and the fender was not placed on right (leaving a significant gap under my headlight and was not even clipped in on passenger side). The owner called me personally the second time and stated everything would be made right and he would check it over, he also offered a detail which I thought was very nice. Based on the existing damage, I am going to assume he did not check it over. Car was washed and waxed (thank you) but was no means a detail (parts of interior were still in the same condition as before as there was still dirt and marks visible). I just want to caution everyone strongly before coming here. This has been almost a month ordeal and it’s still not resolved- I want to spare anyone else this headache.

I have brought a few vehicles here over the years. They do excellent work, are extremely professional and always on schedule within a day of promised date. I refer my friends here anytime they are in need of good a body shop. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Altra from my insurance company. When I went in for the estimate, not one of their employees were wearing a mask. If they dont care about my health, why should i trust them with my truck.

Excellent service and the staff is very helpful! They fixed my car back in November from a bad wreck and I have had no issues with it, except about a month ago my back up sensor popped out so I stopped by today and they fixed it for me no problem and no charge. My headlight was in need of a new bulb and they changed that for me as well even though It didn’t have to do with the previous wreck. The staff really was great and I highly recommend getting your vehicles taken care of here if you are ever in need of collision repair!

Roger the owner is awesome! Been here before back in August 2018 & these guys rocked the repair both times! Brock keeps you updated along the way! Via text message mode! They are fast do great body & paint work! I have been here 2 times in the last 4 months and the extra mile they go on their work has been prefect! They wash the car prior to return! They armor all the tires even before return! They work with insurance company with no worries to you! The vehicle looks better than new!!! I would take my collector car to them to do work, enough said!!!! Take it to them!!!!!!

Amazing!We came here from an insurance claim. Amazing body work and such great service. Been back twice for little items with loose panels and Altra has fixed them like they were nothing! Love this place, will come for any and all body work. Highly recommend!

I am a local insurance agent that refers clients to Altra as well as my family. I have never had a client unhappy. I have many options and many body shops that knock on my door daily to try and get my office to refer clients elsewhere. I will not. My relationship with Altra is going on 10 years and I will continue to send business to Altra. They do not give or offer me any incentives to refer business. They are a solid shop that does some of the best work I have ever seen.

They have the best and most dependable service. They made it so easy for me to get my car repaired, they even arranged an auto rental while the repairs are underway. Dont know what I would have done without them. Absolutely the best in communications!!!

I went to Altra recommended twice over after I was rear ended. Brock was super friendly and personable but still professional to deal with from the start all the way to the end. I had even went to 2 other places for a quote and neither of them made me feel as welcome as he did, I highly recommend them!

This is the first time Ive needed a body shop and if I need body work in the future I will definitely come back! They did great work and Barak was excellent at keeping me updated on the process. I work in insurance in claims and get complaints all the time of shops not communicating time frames with the vehicle owners. So I anticipated there being hiccups. I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was. I would highly recommend Altra Collision.

This place has great service and clear communication. Everyone was super efficient and traded fair with me. They offered me aftermarket parts when they could and saved me some dollars. Will update when I get my car back. So far I highly recommend.

Very disappointed ☹.I do not recommend it. While they were taking part inside the door they break entire door handle and never repaired it. When I came to pick up my car Roger never mention that. When I pull door to close it handle came out right away. Also door has big pop when I open now.Before door used to close by itself but now I have to do 2 to 3 times to close it. 😏.They did not do job they suppose to. Its your money so you need to take where they will do better job.

I took my 1999 Mustang GT to Altra to fix the damage from when I was rear ended. My car was returned to me in a timely manner and in better shape than when I dropped it off. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work.

We were sent to Altra Collision by Piccione Custom Paint & Body next door after a car accident. We had little to no communication from them, aside from their app which informed us when the car would be ready. On that day we went to pick it up and no work had even been started. After several weeks of our car sitting around with no work being done, we ended up towing the car home. To add insult to injury, our gps and radar detector were both stolen from the car while at Altra.
