Thank you Bell Ford Collision! My poor car was only 2 weeks old when I was attacked by a light rail crossing arm. :( Ed and his crew did an amazing job and made it look brand new again. Youd never know it was damaged! Pam in the office was friendly and helpful. I hope I never need it again but will definitely come to them if I do!

Took a company truck here to get fixed under insurance claim when someone rear ended it. The insurance estimate was just over $3,000. Didnt hear back for 2 weeks, insurance calls to tell me they are denying a portion of the claim because the cost grew to over $13,000. At at no time did Bell Ford call to inform us that it would cost more. Manager says that in Arizona it isnt required for them to call us to get the changes approved. I still believe they should have called. Manager thinks they did the right thing. Keep in mind this is an 8 year old work truck with 200,000 miles is valued at under $9,000! Now I have to pay more than it is worth to us to get it back.

Fred is a real nice guy. We took our car in for an estimate. He got it to us very quickly. We set up an appointment and will post before and after pics once it is finished.

Really slow on repairs. Didnt keep me up to date very well.
