This by far was one of the best experiences in a body shop! Not only did they keep me informed of when the vehicle will be ready but as a convinience to me they put a new battery in my vehicle. When it was in their shop my car wasnt starting and they had to jump it to start it so they replaced with a new one! But the main reason for this review is the quality of their work on the body of my car! I was very impressed! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
While the ladies at the front counter were extremely helpful; when I came time for my adjuster meeting I found the whole process extremely disheartening. The man who I met with would not answer any of my questions and was extremely vague and short when I asked exactly how the process would go. It felt very fake and there was absolutely no concerns over my concernsI would also like to point out that there is a $250 Admin fee and $100 fee per day the center charged BEFORE REPAIRS as a holding fee. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment only to find out I wouldnt even be hearing from my insurance until a week later, which would of meant a fee over $1000 before my car was fixed if I decided I went elsewhere. It screams scam.I overall do not feel that my experience was satisfactory nor was it one of the best in the valley; in fact the whole experience made me incredibly uncomfortable.Id recommend going somewhere else, you can easily find better help for far less money and way better customer service.
They had a sheet with work that was done to my car and it included prices for work they didn’t even perform. So they didn’t complete my car properly, and the icing on the cake: someone in there swapped my charger in my car and thought I wouldn’t notice a brand new charger v. the dirty and ripped one they left.
They did body work on the front of my car which was great. Unfortunately, I found car parts in my front seat which I believed to be from another car. A few weeks later I noticed a part missing from my back seat. Today I called to see if they had my part and was told it was tossed out. Now I will have to go to Toyota and order the part, and pay for it myself. I have no idea why they would be taking my back seat apart when the work was outside of my car. I am very disappointed and upset that I will have to go buy a car part that was broken by the workers. They did not even offer to replace the part that they removed from my car. :/

They worked on both of my GMC YUKON’S. Z.F was the estimator I worked with and he was professional and kept me up to date with everything. The front desk was always so respectful when I called. They even cleaned my car after all the work and did a better job than most detail shops. Thank you for the front plates.
Yashira was a total sweet heart. Very helpful and always kept me updated with the process. I went to pick up my truck and it was a total disaster. The main part was not touch or replace, the front bumper didn’t even had the screws put on. Very sad job. I called and spoke to the manager himself and asked to bring back the truck and they finally fixed the part and did a better job. But I will NEVER recommend this place ever or come back.

The intentions of this place is to fix the car and move-it along....neXt!! Customer service is very weak. I called weekly to try to get updates. No one would return phone calls to voice messages left. I learned to ask the front desk girls to look at a list provided to them daily. Lots of passing the buck..oh they do that...we do this...waiting on them now, etc.
So my experience with this place is super hit and miss and im not entirely sure id recommend them, but if not for 1 person there, this would be a whole different type of review. As a customer who had to return the finished product of my car several times, and left me with the feeling that they had done shotty work, probably noticed and just hoped i would be one of those people to just come in and sign off and leave . I drove from east mesa, 45 min, two different times just to have to refuse my car and come back a few days later. as a customer, i feel i was told things over the phone just to sound good just to have the opposite done when i actually show up. Im sure David is a very busy person, but from someone whos been in a customer service roll for the past 15 years, the production manager Ferman (forgive me if i spelled his name wrong) is the person who should be in contact with customers. Never once did he discredit the issues i noticed, he always took full responsibility and went out of his way to assure me the way it would be fixed . When i brought up how i was told they were going to give me a gift card to cover the gas and as an apology for the several issues of me coming down for nothing, Ferman tried to give me money out of his own pocket. I didnt accept of course, but what an outstanding employee. Both him and Yojaira were both very good people to interact with. Although i will probably never bring any of our vehicles here again, they do have some good employees who have the company and customers best interest at heart

My insurance company sent me here after I was involved in a hit and run. At the time I dropped off the car, just the back end had been damaged. I understand they are busy but it took over a month for me to hear about any type of update on my car and that was only after repeatedly calling. When I went go take a look at my car, the trunk had a hole drilled into it and the lock had been removed, rendering it completely useless. The driver seat, which was functioning at the time I dropped the car off a month prior, was set in the furthest position back and would not move forward. It isnt manual and Im very short, meaning I couldnt drive the car without being on the edge of the seat. I spent four hours trying to get anyone working there to fix the seat they had broken or at the very least admit they had broken the seat. They kept suggesting it might have been me, despite the fact that I had not seen the car in over a month because they were working on it. I begged them to at least tell me where I could take it to get it fixed, even though they should have fixed it or sent it somewhere to address the problem. They then tried to get me to sign a some paperwork stating my car no longer had a clean title as it was unusable after they made it unusable. I HIGHLY suggest taking your vehicle anywhere else, whatever damage they do will be your responsibility.
This place is the bomb! My brand new Toyota Tacoma was backed in to. 3 weeks after I bought it. I brought it in Monday and it was ready to go Friday! Thank you Yahayra Palacio for your professional and to all who worked on my truck!

I brought my car here to get my drivers side mirror replaced. The replacement did not cost too much and they were able to get me in and out quickly. The employee who did it also washed my car for free! All of the employees were very professional and courteous. I left pleased and satisfied.
My name is Rey Andres Vega, i took my vehicle due to it being hit from the back. They took three weeks to fix my car in which i had no issue with just wanted my vehicle fixed. In the three weeks, I only had One(1) follow up call and all other calls were me calling to check in. Brian was the one with my case and his communication was horrible. FINALLY, I went to pick up my car and the back looked great but then I walked to the front and Camelback Collision had damaged my vehicle, after review of the pictures they had on file, the determined that when I dropped off my car that damage was NOT there. They wanted me to take my car with that damage and even worse a final inspection was not done, OBVIOUSLY.
If I could give additional stars in this review I would. I wont ever take my vehicle anywhere else for repairs. They were communicative, responsive, and very informative. They bent over backwards to help me through the process and to push my insurance company to get everything approved so they could get to work.

The technicians and customer service representatives were friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of the accident damage on my 2015 Honda CRV and it looks brand new! Hopefully I wont need to but I would go to them again if the need arises.Addendum - rechecked my CRV and found two areas that need paint touch up - a paint chip and a metallic area where it needs paint. Brought my CRV back into Camelback Collision on Sat, March 6th to have it repainted. Giving this work a 4 because the rest of the repair was excellent.
They did a really great job fixing my brand new 2020 Toyota Camry after getting shot up. The only issue Is that they dont communicate with you at all. They promised you the car will be ready and it wasnt ready. I had to call them literally every single day, 4 to 5 times a day to get an update. The lady that works on my car was just never there when I call. They would call my insurance to let them know whats going on but not me which was kind of annoying. My car was there for over a month. I finally have the car now and everything looks great. The mirror on the driver side kind of shakes a little when youre driving and it was that side where they replaced the door and everything. Also noticed a little bit of wind noises when youre driving on the freeway. Its not a major problem so I decided not to take it back to the shop just in case they might take another month to fix it.

Do not have your car towed here. They couldnt make the time for an estimate, and said that if we left the car there until the time they could give an estimate, and we chose not to move forward with them, they would charge us $100 a day.

They went over on the time and I wish they had included painting another part of the car now there are parts that dont match and I have one new and one foggy headlight lens too. They blamed the insurance company and the insurance company is blaming them. They also took down my phone mount and pulled apart my power cords and monkeyed with my seat and other settings to replace the bumper for... reasons?I booked my rental car next door at the Enterprise location but when I went to return my rental car I was told I couldnt have my refund back until they reach out to my insurance company in extended the rental by a day because the insurance company expected me to return it yesterday because apparently they also told the insurance company it would be done on Wednesday when they were actually going to finish it on Thursday lastly in this is a very minor concern but my car smells like paint inside I dont know why because all the painting was done to the exterior still better than the experience I had at Lehmans Garage when I lived in Minnesota

I thought the body work on my Jeep was done well .But who puts a new part in and its missing 2 out of 3 bulbs??!! I had to buy a bulb for right sided brake light and a bulb for same side reverse light. Not a very professional job at all especially after charging top dollar for a new part!

Brought my RAV4 hybrid in for repair to the front bumper. Everything about the experience was fine except that I had to bring it back because one of the fog lights was not properly attached to the replaced bumper. This reflects as poor quality control, thus prompting the four start rating instead of a perfect five.
They do incredible work on Toyotas. I had a high speed freeway rear end collision about 2-3 years ago and they fixed my car perfectly. No irregular gaps along the trunk, or rear bumper, the frame rails were not damaged but it did need new rebar. They checked the cars sensor systems and then submitted the repair quote. They will usually price match after market part prices if your insurance company will not pay for OEM. I had new Toyota/Lexus parts and none of the issues that I see on other peoples cars who have had a bumper replacement or more. My smashed rear end was as good as new, the trunk was good as new the bumper fit and paint work was flawless. The underside was flawless as well. It took maybe a week at most to fix. I was very happy with the repair.

So, I picked Camelback because I wanted to test a theory. I saw a few horrible reviews for them. Logic told me, that a few terrible reviews could not possibly define a business over 10, 20, 30 years in business. Plus, few satisfied customers take the time to review a business. Its typically the few unhappy customers. Some cant be pleased and no business perfect.Anyway, I was right, they were simply put, top notch *****. I picked up my vehicle exactly 2-weeks after drop off. They replaced a front fender, hood, bumper, the entire front end plastic, lights, and ac condenser. My car looks better that it did when I bought it slightly used. They began texting me on day one and I received a text daily for 5 days, then a call, the next five days provided me with updates. I highly recommend Camelback Collision.

So yea this is my second time coming to this location and always leaving with something new damaged. First time my front bumper wasn’t clipped in all the way second time they damaged a inside plastic panel and for some reason they don’t like taking responsibility even though they have had the car the whole time and take pictures of any prior damage. The ending inspection really has to step it up and actually care what they look at as if it’s their own vehicle. They get paid well after all.

My daughters car was rear ended and she was due to move out of state and start a new job in the next few weeks so was on a tight timeline to get her car repaired. David Walter was the best. He communicated with us daily and always informed us of the next steps that needed to be done. I know we drove him crazy everyday with emails and voicemails and he always replied in a prompt courteous manner everyday. I know him and his team went above and beyond to get this done on time. I would recommend them to everyone. The repairs are great (this was a brand new car with only a few miles on it at the time of accident) The car looks wonderful, you wouldnt even know it was in an accident. Fraudulent and Incompetent would be the simplest way to sum up the entire experience.From the start it was plagued with issues that, looking back now, were red flags. The estimator I met with provided an initial estimate to straighten the rear bumper of my truck, she then followed up with a revised estimate before my truck was even in the shop that was considerably higher. They tried to get the truck in the shop before the parts were in. So I waited a week for the parts to get it. Which is excessive, its a GM truck, parts are readily available. When I dropped the truck off it only took them a day or two to send a third and higher estimate for the repair. I called regularly to get an update on the repair. Each time I was sent to voicemail and never received a call back. I had to visit the shop personally to get an answer. Even then they couldn’t tell me how long it would take, because they were waiting on parts. Parts that they said they had received a week ago. Four full weeks went by before they called and told me the truck was ready to be picked up. Upon my arrival the newly painted bumper was installed at such a bad angle that it was in contact with the bed on both sides and dramatically sloped back. After I pointed it out they agreed to get it corrected. The misaligned bumper that was the repair job was still miss alighted after nearly 5 weeks. The next day I returned to pick up the truck. I took it as it was, because it was clear at this point that they were entirely incapable of doing anything correctly. The bumper covers were poorly cut (for no reason) and installed that way. The class 4 tow hitch was no longer bolted to the bumper - limiting the tow and tongue weights to dangerous levels. One of the rear lights was installed upside-down. And the overall fit and finish was embarrassing. There are parts on the invoice that were not touched in the accident or touched during the repair. The definition of fraud. Knowing it was absurdly poor craftsmanship, I was bribed with a free oil change in exchange for a good online review. Why on earth would I trust them to do any mechanic service work when they can’t even manage cosmetic repair?They dont deserve even one star but you cant post a review without a single star.
On 1/28, I was rear ended by another vehicle while sitting at a light. His insurance was Allstate. Within days I had an estimate and the money was deposited directly to my checking account. I brought my car into Camelback Collision on 2/4. I just got my car back today, on 3/16.Let me start off by saying that the damage was not that extensive. Just a new bumper and trunk lid was all I needed. From day one I did NOT get a good vibe from this place. First of all I ended up here by accident. I used Allstates good-hands repair network to find a shop near me that worked directly with Allstate. Well the shop I chose was Courtesy Collision which is also on Camelback and both shops are within minutes of each other. So I made an appointment at Courtesy Collision, but when I showed up at Camelback Collision, one of the front desk girls looked at me confused, like she clearly didnt have an appointment for me. She didnt correct me though, and went ahead and took my estimate and information and let me drop off my car. Camelback Collision is NOT in Allstates repair network and only after days of not hearing from anyone after dropping my car off did I finally find out I had gone to the wrong place, when I called Courtesy Collision to check on my car and they didnt have it. By then it was too late. They had already started tearing down my car and if you try and remove the car before the repairs are complete, they charge you a fee for everyday that is was there. Things only got worse from there. For a month straight these people gave me the run around, the girls at the front desk could not tell me ANYTHING about my car when I would call them, and I HAD to call them because they were not reaching out to me with updates. So whenever I called, I was transferred to customer service or the head estimators office where I constantly left messages, and didnt get replies. Only in the last week when I was transferred to his cell did the estimator tell me that the front desk girls had been told to transfer customers directly to his cell phone and not his office. This was the first time I had been transferred to him directly. Anyway, the whole time my car is in the shop they dragged on and on needing a second AND third estimate from Allstate, all the while claiming they were waiting to hear back from them yet every time I spoke to Allstate they were on top of everything and couldnt figure out what the hold up was. FINALLY, in probably the last week of Feb or early March, they started repairs. The guy in charge made it seem like at this point things should be finishing up quickly, that the repairs would be simple, and my car would be done in no time. However, the parts trickled in piece by piece for about a week and a half. At this point they kept telling me It will be ready by tomorrow and tomorrow, and tomorrow. I told them that if they told me tomorrow one more time I would be getting a lawyer. OH, and did I mention that I got an automated text message from them that read PTL- TOTAL LOSS and I started crying my eyes out thinking I was not getting my car back, and all they had to say about it was that it was a mistake and the text was not supposed to go out to me. The whole ordeal was incredibly stressful for me, they did not make anything easy and communication was almost none. They have left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not being going back there ever again, and neither will any of my friends or family. They made me feel like my car was a waste of time and they didnt take me seriously, as though they had much more important, more expensive cars to work on. What I will say, is that once I got my car, the work that was done looked nice, everything worked properly, and the inside and outside of my car was well cleaned and vacuumed. Unfortunately though it doesnt make up for the shotty customer service all around. I know this is a long review but I just think it needed to be out there for my own peace of mind and sanity. Dont use Camelback Collision.
David took care of my case throughout my my time dealing with camelback collision. I could not have asked for a better, more outstanding, professional, courteous, and prompt individual. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of our business together, and I would recommend him and camelback collision over any other place in the valley. If you dont go through these guys you have made a huge mistake!

Currently they have had my car for 10 days and not worked on it yet. Also did not inform me of any updates and when they did, they called back to tell me they mistaked my car for a different Honda, and that it would take an extra few days then what I was told. Called and asked if I could get something out of my car and the worker would not stay an extra 5 min to allow me to do that. Very bad service would highly recommend taking care else where. They have been very frustrating.

I wrecked my car while visiting AZ from ID. My insurance company recomended Camelback. They told us the repairs would take 3 weeks. The insurance company approved the bid the same day, so they couldve ordered the parts and start right away but they didnt touch my car for the first 10 days. I didnt know this at the time and I bought a flight to AZ to pick up the car and drive it home. The flight set for after the 3 weeks they told me the car would be done. Well it wont be done.The car wont be done for at least another week, 4 weeks total they have had my car. Now I have to buy another flight and due to my work schedule, I cant make it there until 6 weeks after the incident. Myself and my wife and 3 kids will be without a car for 11 days.I am just disappointed they couldnt make my car more of a priority. I get that it takes time, but they didnt even touch the car for 10 days to begin with. It seems that they did not care about my predicament and care to work with me. If they had shown some interest in me and my familys situation, I wouldnt be giving this low review. I am from a small town in Idaho and I guess the customer service suffers at Camelback where you dont have to worry about repeat customers.
Im so frustrated with this place! I used them previously and had a great experience, so when I needed my car repaired again it was the fist place I went. The customer service has been TERRIBLE, and I was quoted for a repair that went from $165, to $500 and now Im told over $3,000! I can choose to not pay for the additional repair but then my car will not come back to me and have correct placement on the front bumper. Really!!! Its 2 weeks before Christmas and I have no idea what to do, I dont have $3,000 plus to spend, but my bumper fit on the car fine when I dropped it off and now it will have a gap. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.
I love this place when it comes to fixing my car I have been there a few times with my 2017 Honda Civic due to some people dont know how to drive and hit parked cars I always work with David, tho are first time meeting I was not the nicest lol but the second time around David really got how it was stressful having kids and no car and did a great job on helping me thank you
After getting my car fixed here after a crash. I noticed it was still driving funny. Took it to another shop and it turns out the control arm was never fixed and the car was still very dangerous to drive.

I go there and they bully me out of getting my car fixed telling me I was in two separate accidents and that there is rust on my door I look at it with them and say rust is not silver that is chipped paint?! i was not at fault in this accident it was my first one and Im not clueless when it comes to cars. I can differentiate between rust and chipped paint! Very mistreated

I am here for the third time after they telling me the car is ready and still not ready.I had to review each and every part of my car, even the places where the repairs are not done to make sure its put back the way its supposed to be. I am exhausted examining my own car each time when they call me for pick up.

Three stars for the work they did. The work was done well. One thing this company lacks is communication. I get an estimate of when the work was to be completed and two weeks later I never even heard from them. The service rep who handed me his card assured me to contact via email (Because he hates calls is what he tells me), but I get no emails. I call the service desk and there is no update about my vehicle. I had to constantly call and leave voicemails. I got a new representative each time who would look into the computer and not find any notes on my car. It was very frustrating. This place seems like a reputable company, but lacks the need to communicate with its customers. There was no sense of urgency. I had minor collision damage, but it still took almost three weeks, but not ONE call to let me know anything about my vehicle. I had to even ask if my vehicle was ready. It was such a disappointing process.

I really dont know anything about this Collision Center I use the Enterprise office thats located there that does a lot of rental business. The staff is friendly at Enterprise and managers a good guy.

The express partnership with Geico is amazing. My car was in and out in a couple days instead of the couple weeks it would take elsewhere.
This is the worst customer service Ive heard of. My daughters boyfriend (here military leave) took his vehicle there on February 8th, was told it would be done on February 22nd. He made several phone calls and left numerous voicemails to get the status of his vehicle, which nobody returned his calls. He had to ask for an extra week of leave to wait for his car. Camelback Collision was advised of this. He called AGAIN on the day his car should be done and they wanted him to leave a voicemail for Mariah AGAIN. He said no, he had already left several. He ended up talking to a manager. The manager said his car was declared a total loss on February 15th, a week prior to his pickup date. Nobody informed him or even bothered to call him back. So, he wasted his money and time for a week for absolutely no reason. If I could give a negative 10 rating I would. Not only has this collision center lost business from anyone we know but the dealership list out on the purchase of a new vehicle for him. If they had let him know on the 15th, he could have bought a car from Toyota, instead, he is driving a rental back to his Air Force Base. I will be sure to let everyone I know, not to ever do business here.
This center and manager J.Pena is actively working in collusion with Commonwealth Insurance to defraud Black people, charge fees that they pocket as well. Due to my complaint to the Attorney General, theres now a full investigation occurring.I have made inquiries to Toyota Corporate as well for an internal investigation.
Great Service, Good Communication and got job done before the date promised
This place is crappy! Had my 4Runner rear ended awhile back and had to have it repainted 3-4 times. Not to mention my whole car is tinted black and they managed to re tint my rear a blue/purple color. Save yourself a the headache and go somewhere else.
Every single point of contact I had was great. I went through GEICO and even picked up my rental from the place when i dropped my car off. No surprise charges and they kept me up to date with my car the entire time. They did an amazing job with repairs and even cleaned the inside of my car a bit! Nice work guysEdit: I was going on a hike and parked my car. when I came back nothing would work...i assumed it was due to a dead battery...even though i drive a 2016. I called AAA and waited outside with my dog for about an hour. I was notified that the battery was disconnected recently and not properly put back in....my battery was not dead and I have never even looked under my hood (until now) It is very frightening that the people who worked on my car couldnt properly hook up a battery and I had to pay for this. in regards to my time. great people but theres no avoiding the fact that this was a silly and potentially dangerous mistake.

Dropped off my Infiniti G37x on Dec 23, 2016. After several delays, the estimated completion date was not met. I picked up the car on Feb 10, 2017. My car rental allowance was exceeded at $1,000 and the shop agreed to pay for the additional charges. However, my credit was charged $938.80 on Feb 11th by Enterprise without my authorization. I was informed that Camelback Collision was going to work directly with Enterprise (next door) but obviously something went wrong. I am still dealing with this situation on 2/21/2017 to get the $938.80 refunded to me. It has been a waste of time dealing with Camelback Collision and Enteprise. The quality of work appears to be good and the initial communication regarding the process was good.
Not one person knew any info about my car that has been in the shop here for almost 2 months. Horrible communication. I keep getting promised a call back with no luck and no info. Please dont ever come here
