Vacuum battery was used up at precious appt. Seems like a problem that should have a solution. T shirt guy wore very dirty for second appt of the day. He said window wouldnt go up unless he put his finger on ŵindow applying pressure. He said something must have bent. Weed eater threw a small rock. I doubt the regulated bent as whole was in center of window.
