These guys from lift pro are the best in the business. Had a vehicle lift malfunction in the shop and called them for repairs. Because the lift was not common, they had to take custom measurements in order to get us the parts we needed for our lift which was above and beyond!On top of that we had another component fail on another lift and they offered to take it into their shop and rebuild it due to a national back order on parts!

Lift Pros, from scheduling to communication all the way to completion was spot on. From the folks who take your call to the amazing installer Vegas they were professional and on their game. Specifically on the install, Vegas is the best!! He does it right the first time and knows exactly what he is doing. If this guy isnt making top pay he deserves it. Arrived on time with some components already assembled and they completed the installation where and as I requested. I completed the electrical soon after and it leaked about a gallon of fluid on the floor so couldnt use.They returned 2 weeks later and made some adjustments and it was usable but still had a slow leak. After almost 6 weeks they returned and finally got it stopped but wouldnt replace all the fluid it leaked. A few weeks later I received a very large part by Truck and called the Factory, they said it was a mix-up on the address that their Phoenix Distributor provided and would straighten it out. Im still waiting for someone to call and get the part out of here.

They ordered my Lyft, arrived in a timely manner and they came to the appointment as set up! The team arrived early and finish the installation in about two hours! Very good job and experience overall

I scheduled with Jennifer for Lift Pro to maintenance and adjust my lift. I have a intense work schedule but Jennifer worked around that to have Lift Pro there fast and when it was best for me. The gentleman who arrived to do the maintenance name was Brandon, and I will be requesting him the next time I need Pro Lift’s services, he was on time, very friendly, and took extra time to make sure the job was done perfectly. It was also very reasonably priced. Thank you Jennifer and Brandon, I will be a repeat customer.

I bought my lift from LiftPro a few years back and have had them out every year to perform an annual service check. They are great folks to work with and really have gone the extra mile for me. My parents had their own business when I was a kid and the folks at LiftPro remind me of that love of their business and more so the love of their customers.

Theresa and Vegas are friendly, courteous, and professional. We have gotten a total of 5 lifts installed and 2 existing lifts removed that went to another automotive shop and our installs were done in 3 separate trips. Initially only lifts #1,2 then 3 and lastly 4 & 5. Vegas (the installer) is one of the hardest working individuals we have met and he knows his field inside and out. Felt very reassuring having someone who knows what they`re doing installing our lifts. We could not be happier with the quality of workmanship.We should also mention that Vegas ended up staying past 8 pm to finish the install of the final 2 lifts so our shop could be operating the next day without any hiccups.One of our lifts ended up being too close to a wall and Theresa arranged to have the lift moved further away from the wall and only charged a service call fee to do so. Lift Pro is fantastic! I used to be an automotive technician for many years, have since changed industries but always have tons of personal home projects on my Porsche’s and BMW’s. I always wanted a home 4-Post Lift and was astonished at how hard it was to find a company that sells and installs them at a responsible price, I called several competitors before discovering Lift Pro and had nothing but headaches, no one ever responded to my emails, some only did commercial jobs and nothing residential, some were out of their minds with costs. I contacted Lift Pro, I had 2-3 models in mind, they helped me decide what would be best for my home garage which was a 3-car garage with 11’ ceilings and installed it for a very responsible price. I’m very happy and will continue to use them for years to come with my automotive lift needs. Being a home mechanic it’s speaks volumes that they provided me the same very of service as a dealership. While my experience with Lift Pro was beyond frustrating & the only consistency was the unavailability ever trying to get ahold of them,The nail in the coffin was after moving and installing a few lifts, there were adjustment issues and noise we were told were normal. But we knew better. Called Doehrman, they performed adjustments fixed all the issues, the noise was not normal.LiftPro did not offer to cover the $350+ I had to pay to fix their mistakes.Shortly after alignment rack install, we noticed the alignments are consistently out on the right rear. Hunter calibration says the rack is uneven. Doehrman confirms the rack was never even leveled when installed and the frame is actually bent from a stop screw not being installed correctly.An additional $750 out of pocket after paying Lift Pro $1000 to install. I made Lift Pro aware and they would get back to me weeks ago.Go to Doehrman.

We had a 15k four post lift installed. Vegas the tech who installed the equipment was, polite and knowledgeable. When they were finished, they took extra care to clean up their mess and the area around them. Great experience!

Its been a bad experience from the start theybcouldbt even unload my lift off a truck 1 month and a half later still cant get then to finish install electric is not correct and I just get excuses from these people stay away fromthese headaches. I could have had these headaches and done it myself. Dave your most or go elsewhere thers allot of other competition iut there that will get it done faster and right the first time. Shady Company - Sold a 4 post lift as a plug and play application in a residential location. Installed by LIFT PRO with a cord they knew was a fire hazard, the lift requires a 10ga 30amp direct plug and circuit to operate safely and properly - the lift was delivered and installed with a 14ga standard 120 outlet plug. I was insured the lift would work with no issues in my home. This was a flat out lie, 1 the lift does not work on a 120 - 20amp plug circuit (not to mention the motor requires 30amp to run) and upon talking to the manufacturer of the lift they informed me AZ LIFT PRO was told specifically to remove any of the 120 standard cords from the lifts and to replace with the correct 30AMP 10GA Circuit cord. That clearly was not done. Be prepared to pay a thousand or more extra to have an electrician replace the plug that comes with the unit as well as to install a 30amp dedicated line.

1 tiny guy employee with a pick up drags both lift supports out of the back damaging them both severely .... scratches the paint and knicks the hydraulic line connection... proceeds with installation and then tell me they will send replacement part?!?! WT.... ?? Is that a professional installation for $550 ?? I will never use them again .... beyond disappointing and then the service rep calls to blame the lift manufacturer.... her words it came like that and it’s a brand they normally don’t install! But I have security camera footage where the guy is draggin the lifts out of his truck..... so I call it BS! It this the way B2B threads each other??

So, I don’t write many critical reviews and even fewer positive ones, but I felt compelled to share my experience with LiftPro. I am a do-it yourselfer so this is for a residential purchase, and probably the only lift that I will buy in my life time. So not a particularly large dollar deal for liftPro, and because it is a residential install it is not straightforward.I actually spoke with owner Josh. How often does that happen? I knew basically what I wanted, a 2 post lift, but he took the time to educate me about some of the subtleties. Even more important to me, the owner actually came out to see the garage to make sure that the lift would fit and to insure that I purchased something that was right for my situation. Josh went the extra mile to juggle some of his other work to get my lift installed in less than a week. Because my garage was not standard the Lift had to be customized.So, I spoke with Josh on Monday. He visited me on Tuesday. Parts were ordered and the unit customized and installed on Friday. That’s quite an effort for a single unit sale.With regard to the product. The make and model is not very important as I have not had sufficient time to evaluate its performance. It happens to be a Challenger LE-10, but LiftPro sells all of the major brands. The fit and finish is very good and it looks like it is a high quality product. What I can comment on is LiftPro’s installation. A large truck would not fit in my driveway so two men showed up with a 1 ton+ pickup. The install did span two days because of my lower ceiling height, but in turns of total time it was about 4-5 hours including training. Vegas and Dane (I hope I got it right-apologize if not) were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were quick and got the job done without a lot of nonsense. Vegas trained me as I had no previous experience placing a car on a lift. He was patient and did not rush the most important part of the job – making me feel comfortable operating a serious product like this lift with a car on it.I would have to say that I am totally satisfied with LiftPro – the entire process went smoothly and I really cannot think of anything that could be improved.I am restoring a great classic and now I have a professional lift to make it easier and safer.Highly recommend this company

My experience with Josh and lift pro did not really go well. My order (5 new lifts, order of truck adapters and 2 lifts from my previous location to be moved) went in on Sep 15 2016 with a promise that the installation would start on the 25 and by Oct 3. I would be able to rock and roll. That didnt happen. Had my 2 lifts moved by the promised date. New lift installation started on the 4th. Bendpak somehow didnt ship the parts, back order etc. I personally called The factory since i have ordered 3 different times in the past and would have them delivered in less than 5 business days, if the lifts were on back order, negative. OK, something I am not happy about but can live with. On the 7th, i had 5 brand new lifts, leaking, squeaking and screeching. After sending a pic, i brought up how all the glides are bone dry, the cables too. I was told that they never lube them. I pulled out the installation manual and pointed to a very crucial note where the lubing points are. I have installed my first three lifts myself and they never made these noises. Josh sent a tech out with some silicone spray and liquid wrench. No gear oil for the cable though.I was promised a bracket for an adapter holder (to make me happy) since one of mine was damaged, and will be getting it when the truck adapters come in. Since i financed the order ($20k) thru my business, I signed off on the installation so they can get paid. With all the things that went wrong, Josh came to my shop himself to apologize and to see if he can make it right. He offered to help with a compressor purchase. I wanted to get this order finalized before going thru with another. Few months go by and I call in to see about my truck adapters (we dont get that many trucks thru here) I was told they would look into it and get back to me. Nope. Called again a few weeks later, now they were in the need of my serial numbers and as soon as they find something out I would get a call. Nope. A few weeks go by again, now I am told that it would be really hard for them to prove that i havent received them since I signed off on it so they will just goodwill me a set and I would have to pick them up. Goodwill? I paid 180 for truck adapters, that is all I wanted. 8 months later and will order them elsewhere.
