One of the worst customer service experiences from an auto part dealer I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a replacement rim for a Bentley Supersports. Confirmed with sales rep via phone call as the item was listed on eBay, this was a front rim (they are different from the backs). After confirming, sent a rear wheel. Hey no problem right? I speak to the rep via phone and after determining the other correct front rims were too badly damaged, I asked to send the item back. Service rep agreed and I sent back the rim. The rim was sent on a rotted tire. After putting a new tire on the rim, and then removing that tire, the rotten tire was already disposed of by the tire shop completing the work. Made light of this on phone call about return, was told no problem. Upon returning the rim in the timeframe allotted, this shop tried to adjust the refund by $350 from the original amount because the rotted tire was not returned with the rim. Called the shop and asked why they would want a rotted tire back, even offered to pay fair market value for the rotted tire, between $25-$75 and was refused. Ultimately just a bush league small business being run by completely dishonest individuals. eBay stepped in only after I submitted a notarized affidavit from the tire shop who performed the work on this job stating the tire sent was simply rotted and put on the rim strictly for shipment padding. They knew what they were doing with the attempt on the return. Very dishonest, and very unethical. Do not trust these individuals.

Bought a low mileage Huracan differential from AZ Cycle Parts LLC which turned out to be utterly defective, and never honored return shipping refund despite being part of eBay policy causing not only $500 losses from that but also substantial financial fallout from having to source a second differential and having to pay labour charges 3 times for this mistake, wont recommend

I purchased a key fob that they guaranteed worked. Tried to return it when I couldn’t get it to pair with the car, they said I had to take it to the dealership to get it connected to the car. Paid the dealership over $200 just for them to tell me that the key fob is bad. Now they say I can return the key fob but don’t want to cover the dealership fees.

I went down for a brake pressure switch unfortunately they don’t sell just the switch but for 34 bucks I was able to get a low mileage switch and and brake master cylinder which I thought was more then fair since a brand new switch alone would have cost me 75 bucks from the dealer. I got the new one installed yesterday and works great the car now starts with a light amount of pressure on the brake like it’s so posed to hopefully I don’t need parts in the future but if I do I’ll be heading back Mark and his crew took car of me !!

These guys have some good parts at good prices but man are they a pain in the rear end sometimes. I’ve been a customer for years and I’m over it! I bought a frame that could be shipped for around $150-200 max and they refuse to let me pay shipping and charged me $400. I paid and instantly had buyers remorse because I felt horrible getting bent over like that. Never again.

As a salvage company you would expect to be able to buy specific parts. I simply needed an oil breather line and this place wanted me to buy an entire oil can with all conponents for 100 bucks. I was willing to pay the same price as the OEM part I needed which was 35 bucks, but they still refused to sell me the piece of rubber. Separating these items does not change the value of the item listed for sale, especially since they are selling the same oil can for the same price that doesn’t include the simple hose I need. I am extremely disappointed that a salvage company won’t sell salvage parts and work with a customer especially when it makes them money. Poor customer service in my book. To the dude who answered my call and called me back after inquiring about my request, thank you for your kindness and timely response. However, whoever you had to answer to has completely turned me off from ever recommending or using this company. I don’t need a discount, I just need the right part in a timely manner. Didn’t want to wait 6-8 weeks to get this part from japan, but now I will. No help from AZ cycle parts.

Bought motor from AZ few years back for chopper build, best buy ever, motor looked clean and ran strong. Just purchased another TC88-06 motor from them have no doubt this motor will be just as good. Only fault I found is shipping motor inlets and exhaust outlets not sealed up and motor not wrapped in plastic for overseas shipping hope they do it this time to motor. Mags RMC Australia

Order from ebay because they charge more if you call direct even though ebay is expensive and very time consuming to sell on and I was buying a few items so they wouldnt have to ship separably. I cant wrap my head abound how there thought process works.5/25/18 They wont price match a late model good condition part 2 moths ago when the part was newer??? Dont listen to what he is saying! just dont order from them.

Ordered parts online. I ordered the wrong parts and immediately tried to cancel my order and it wouldnt allow me to do so. I messaged them regarding the error. No response. Called them first thing during their business hours and they claimed to have already shipped the parts out. When I received the items I sent them back paying the shipping on it. At first they refunded me only for one part. I called them about not receiving only one refund and they claimed a restocking fee of 20%. Needless to say I got some money back but I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are in absolute pinch.

AZ Cycle Parts = horrible! purchased item and was lied to, now stuck with a useless part. They refused a return at first, then when I mentioned how I was lied to, they then offered a return for a 25% restock fee on a used item that was not sealed and just sitting on a shelf?!?
