This is a very friendly store. It goes much better to make an appointment online first. They are pretty close to keeping their word on how long things get done. I had a nail in my tire and they had it fixed and rotated and balanced in less than an hour at the end of the day where it is busiest! Good job! No charge either. Definitely recommend this location but it can be tricky to get in and out so pull in slowly around the air filling station. You will see cones to not go through. Will definitely give them more business when needed!

These guys always come through. I have used them over 20 years exclusively, multiple states and these guys pretty much invented consistency.Great service and always impress with the results. Highly recommend getting the warranty. I abuse that thing, especially in Phoenix where the roads are junk. No matter what location they will take care of you.Dont change a thing!

Octavian is the best! I had to have my car towed there after a blowout on the 17. I explained my situation and in about an hour he called me back and told me what he thought I needed and gave me the price which was doable for me. I will buy all my tires at this location. What makes it great is the assistant manager Drew. He is friendly and has a great memory. He remembered everything we had discussed about my car and tires with months in between visits. They are busy and have a cramped lot, but it is worth the wait.

This is the first time I have ever been to Discount Tire and it was an awesome experience! I had a slow overnight leak in my front tire and after 3 days of hassle and stress of using a pump, “slime”sealant, and jacks, we finally had the problem solved at this location. They were the only location to have the tire fit for my jeep. A front desk employee named Robert did an incredible job of looking at the situation and recommended that all of my tires be replaced as they had long lived their life. He gave my the total breakdown of the price and size of tire I needed and even set me up on my own payment plan (which is huge). Within the hour my jeep was being worked on by 4 different employees at ONCE. Now that is customer service! 15 minutes tops and my jeep was at the front door with a man named Kelby who was equally attentive! Thank you guys so much for the incredible experience my wife and I had when we thought we were done for! Definite recommend!

Even though I was late for my appointment, and I was told I would be pushed back before being seen, this location was extremely friendly upon my arrival. Multiple staff members informed me of the issue with my vehicle in a manner I would understand, PLUS I was out withinn30 minutes after arriving and being told it would be an hour wait. Always receive great service at Discount Tire. They are really popular; definitely avoid on Monday morning and Friday afternoon. The U.S. Department of Transportation publishes “Consumer Guide to Uniform Tire Quality Grading”, so you can decide ahead of time what kind of tires you want.

I generally dont give out rating if service is mediocre to none. But this story deserves to be told. On 3/2021, I took a vehicle (VW Tiguan) to Discount Tire Store in 1824 E. Camelback Rd. for service. There was a slow leak on the rear tire at passenger side. They assured me there was no problem and that my car was safe to drive. I told them that I was planning to drive it to California for a summer trip. The problem persisted. Today 7/27/2021, I happen to have time to bring it back to Discount Tire store; but this time I took it to another store located in 2240 W. Camelback Rd. I spoke to Randy at the front desk and told my story. I told him I would have taken it back to the previous store, but I had my suspicion. I told Randy that Im very aware that NOT all franchise stores are managed the same, so I wanted to take it to another Discount Tire Stores and see what tech will find. I sat and observed through the customer viewing window while my tire was being serviced. Sure enough he found a nail on the specific tire with the problem before. The tech removed it, fixed the leak and installed the tire. So with my experience, W. Camelback Discount Tire Store earned a 5 star from me. Another store at 3234 E. Thomas Road get a 5 star from me for taking care of my previous sets of tires under warranty--as their service was the reason I bought my 4 sets of tires in American Tire in Campbell, California that was serviced today and in 3/2021.

I got to this store just before they open at 8:00 am. One other person was waiting. Just as as they open their doors, they took my car in and replaced the bad tire, about 15 min. Now this tire was under warranted and over two years old. They no longer carry this brand of tire, but did come up with a good replacement. Very nice and smart guys work there, I did have to phone around to find a store that had a tire in stock.

Hands down, some of the best staff Ive ever worked with. Sergio and Drew helped with my tire and wheel setup on my truck and I couldnt be more happy with it. I also ran into a small issue with one rim being scratched due to shipping (not their fault) and they were quick to replace it and get me an appointment. I wont go anywhere else.

Ive been to the location at Shannon and Ina twice in the last couple of weeks for new tires for different vehicles and each time was very smooth. I was in-and-out in less than 40 minutes. I highly recommend this location.

I had called the day before and was told they opened at 8:30am. Because I work nights, I wanted to get in and get out. When I got there at 8:15am, they were already crowded. When I went to add my name, I was told they actually open at 8am and that I had an hour wait. Luckily they did get to me sooner. I did wait 35 to 45 minutes for them to put on one new tire though

One of the best tire purchasing experiences Ive had. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. Replaced all four tires on a travel trailer which is usually a bit of a painful experience. At this store, it was easy and fast and believe me there were a couple of times they could have rolled their eyes but they didnt. Great staff! They had all four tires replaced and ready to go in 45 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Pre ordered tires, paid and set up an appointment online. Received a call shortly after to confirm. Great! Arrived a few days later for my appointment and my tires had not arrived yet with no call to let me know in advance. Was told tires should arrive in a few hours and they called me to come back. It wouldve been nice to get a call before I drove there for my scheduled appointment to let me know of the delay but otherwise all went well.

Drew took care our issue without hesitation! Tires we got a year back (less than 3000 miles on them) were the wrong size and were rubbing pretty bad. They are replacing all 4 tires with the correct size at no charge! Customer service doesnt get better than this!

My experience was fine even though I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours with an appointment. This is a very busy store so I understand it. But while I was there there was a very irate customer who was getting a little loud with Sergio. As a business owner I was very impressed with the way your worker,Sergio, handle the situation. Took a friend here after his tire blew and I saved the day. They were quick and friendly. They provided above and beyond service unloading and loading the tire from my truck.They do have some weird one way around the building thing going on with a cone system. Enter from the side street.

Waited in air check line about 15 minutes. The techs were setting up the outside seating area, walking around putting cones up, all the while ignoring people in line. Watched (what looked like) 2 managers get in a yellow VW bus, drive it out of parking lot & into a bay, load up the 5 or 6 techs that were walking around & reverse into the parking space next to where it was. After that they all walked back into the main lobby and sat down like they were gonna have a meeting. There were a couple other cars behind me, hope they left soon after I did. That was a really weird experience...this location is usually alright, but today was unacceptable.

So they just lose car keys like I dont need them.
