The customer service on the phone was not the best

👍👍👍👍👍 great people, just absolutely no parts. Ive stopped by around 8-10 over the last 5 years and not once did they have the part i needed. For them to say they have used Mercedes Benz parts is a myth, Ive needed parts for A 2007 E63 AMG, 2010 ML63 AMG and a cl65 AMG.

Horrible customer service on the phone called two days in a row multiple times with no answer finally got someone to find out they don’t have what I need thanks .... maybe there better in person
