I love this store! They always have cute and high-quality items and the prices are great. I have also consigned and they give generous store credit. I even find things new with tags and theyre so inexpensive.

I feel real bad about the negative reviews this store has been given. For instance I read review complaining about the prices they are getting for the items they are returning to the store. How can you expect top dollar for name brand clothing that in your own words you bought here in the first place? Also, clearly if a store was infested with bugs and not promptly taken care of they would be shut down immediately by the health department. Understand this is a used clothing store therefore there is always a chance of a situation of bugs not just in this store but ANY used clothing store. This is a wonderful store that happened to get a bad trade in but has corrected that situation. Remember the key word is used.

I’ve been trading in my baby items for years now. Have always felt it has been fair on pricing and great staff always willing to help find what you need. Quarter sales are great if you need children items .25 some with stains or faded they cannot except due to being full in items or off season clothing. But overall is the best shop to get reused baby items locally! 💕

Best place to find gently used children’s clothing. Staff are friendly and do their best to meet your needs. Store is clean and more organized than most resale stores I have been to. The owner is so nice and loves to help her community. They donate to families in need and offer perks for foster parents and grandparents!!! I am so glad I can take in my child’s out grown clothes and trade them for some in-store credit that I can then get some new clothes or toys with. I can also just donate the clothes that don’t qualify for store credit and those go into their 25 cent sale that they have twice a month! It is so helpful when your children just keep growing. I will always recommend Other Mothers to my friends and Family!

Have shopped at Other Mothers for 10 years! Every visit I’m greeted as if I was family and service is outstanding! The store itself is clean, bright and filled with amazing items! Hands down the best secondhand shop in town for families! Shopping here has been a blessing to my family and friends!

Just took 2 boxes of toddlers clothes in and dropped them off yesterday. Today I get a text saying they were only worth 7.72. Was told go by needs of the store and we are quite full right now. If I was told that when I dropped off my clothes I would have waited. Most of these clothes were hardly worn and were in excellent shape. I cant even buy a pair of jeans for $7.72. I complained and they are giving me 20$ now and said I can come go threw the donation pile for my clothes and get the clothes they kept within 24 hours. But I live to far and work to get there before they close. I will use the 20$ And never return and dont recommend anyone taking there used stuff to this store sell it yourself you will make more money!

My wife is a regular here and loves this place and its staff. I enjoy that for the last 10 years raising three kids we have saved $1,000’s of dollars on kids clothing and toys and books. On top of the savings we also feel great about recycling our gently used here as well. This store has helped my family so much we will always shop here first for our kids needs.

This is my favorite childrens consignment store. I have enjoyed visiting then for the past 8.5 years since my twins were born. I always find what Im looking for & they are fare with there consignments. I also love supporting a pro-millitary business!

All the posted one day ago or because people are putting up false reviews due to this store having an infestation of bed bugs actively!!!! The other buildings in the shopping complex are being warned today that they need to spray for bed bugs and all of that can get charged to the building for other mothers because other mothers did not treat in a timely manner nor did they treat the entire facility properly! Other mothers is about to get sued by the entire shopping complex

Other Mothers is always clean, and the staff are very helpful! I have always had a good experience with Other Mothers, and the owner Tami! The store is organized, and i’ve never had a problem with anything I bought! I always suggest Other Mothers to my friends!

The owner Tami is one of the best owners of any local business in town. I have shopped here for over 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. There is nothing bad to be said about this place. They go above and beyond constantly for their customers. Any negative comments are purely from hear-say (99% of them havent actually had a negative experience here. They are just only listening to one side of the story from a customer and running with it!) I will continue to give this place my business. If you shop here you should be taking the normal precautions (wash/dry) as soon as you get home, as this is USED clothing!

Caring and kind staff clean store!

Sold a dress INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! Then instead of making it right the owner Tammy ripped off my momma friend and only paid $250 of the $1250 cost to get the infestation treated. Not only did Tammy rip off my friend but she told her that she had the inspector only treat a small area of the store instead of the whole store as needed. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!! Tammy will not make things right and will cause you to have and infestation!Edit to add: Owner responded to my review and denied the bugs though it was proven. See photos attached.

They currently have BED BUGS and are not doing proper treatment for the infestation. They treated a small area of the store this week and have no plans to treat the whole store or repeat treatment. The owner isn’t paying for treatment for homes of customers who have gotten infested because of infested clothing bought there even when she could do so by taking out an insurance claim. Don’t shop here if you care about your home, health, and sanity.

Very friendly staff, and was able to sell them a crib bed frame from my neice. She was given either in-store credit or a check made out to her for the purchase. They..in turn resold the item for 50% minimum profit.

Good selection, not impeccably organized clothing racks. Prices are more reasonable now than in the last few years. Loved their quarter sales the last time I went.

Bad business practices - they offer next to nothing when they buy your clothes but then sell them for 10x as much. They sell clothes infested with bedbugs and then refuse to treat the whole store for bedbugs (and used a lawn care company to treat one small section of the store). I will never be going back.

I’ll be honest I’ve never been here but I just read a very lengthy Facebook post about this store having bedbugs, photos attached, and it’s owner Tammy not doing her part in accepting the responsibility.I would not wish this issue on any expecting or new mothers so I wanted to post this wanting.

The prices for used infant clothes are unreasonable; $4 for a single pair of 0-3 month pants. Youre honestly better off buying clothes new when theyre on sale.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!! Ive heard from several ppl that I personally know they have had them. Also, over priced used clothes. Might as well watch for store sales and get new clothes with no risk of bugs.

The people here are so friendly and theyre always getting new things in. Its an excellent spot to buy or donate baby clothes. Everything is sorted well. If you prefer getting things secondhand like me, this place is a dream.

Got my baby a haul of next seasons clothes at a great deal, and the ladies who work there are always super nice. I love feeling like the clothes I bought today will still have some value when baby grows out of them because Ill take them back and get a little credit towards the next batch. And theyve got some maternity stuff and toys and gear etc.

Other mothers has fair prices on most of the things they sell. I personally work 5 nights a week weekends off and they are open on Saturdays which is nice!

I really enjoy the Other Mothers shopping experience and buy back process. We have a couple of kids and buy nice clothes cheaply here. The best part they buy clothes back if they are in good shape and needed for their store. The sale money goes in to credit there for more purchases. I have built such a credit with them that things seem to always be free now. 😁

I love coming here to shop for my daughters clothes. For the most part, clothes are clean and organized good! I love that they also have maternity clothes. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes youll find clothes that are marked at cost (same as in store.) even if its brand new, they shouldnt charge full price. Also sometimes the employees arent very friendly. But Ill keep coming back as long as theyre in business because its close and hard to beat!

Great place to buy lightly used childrens clothing, and toys. You can basically get 2-3 items for the price of one new item. They have a great selection most of the time.Now as far as bringing clothes in for cash. You wont get much. In store credit is a little better. It takes 4-8 items to equal one to purchase. But thats still incredibly helpful when you need to increase sizes for the kiddos on a regular basis.The staff is great. The store is well organized.Other Mothers is a wonderful way to shop for kids on a budget.

Ive read the reviews below and can only hypothesize whats going on - my experiences have been great with them. The clothes are all reasonably priced for used clothes and a good deal compared to new, PLUS twice a month they have .25 sales - AND other sales in-between where different colors of tags go on sale so your opportunities for great deals are abundant. The girls that work there are nice - although they do occasionally get busy.I can only imagine that there are some overly sensitive people out there who have hit the store on a busy day and taken it the wrong way. My trades have always gone well - NO they arent going to give you top dollar on your trades -- DUH -- they have to make money on them too. Any time you trade something in anywhere youre going to get less than if you were to sell it yourself because they have to turn around make some money on selling it too - IF THEY GIVE YOU TOP DOLLAR then they have to mark it up even more for resale it wouldnt be that great of a used clothing store to shop at now would it?? The nice thing is - you dont have to sell it yourself if you drop it off there. You can drop it off there theyll sell it for you, you get an in-store credit and then you can buy clothes for your baby in the new size. You dont have to put them on the classifieds and then meet some stranger somewhere who is just as likely to turn around and bad mouth your clothes on fb as soon as they get home.Moving on, Other Mothers takes clothes according to the season and according to what they need in the store, if they have a ton of newborn clothes theyre not gonna take a bunch of your newborn clothes EVEN if they are really nice name brand clothes, however if they need newborn clothes youre in luck so yes it is a little random and yes they can only take nice nearly new clothes that havent been stained. I think a little bit of understanding and commonsense is needed to shop and use stores like this, but its not that difficult.Overall Other Mothers does a great job at what they do, Im happy to shop there and Im happy to trade there.

Tammi the owner use to hire great knowledgeable, friendly gals, however her staff is very rude now, including herself. Her store has very affordable prices. If you are bringing in items, she does not give her clients anything for nice quality name brand trade. Is such a shame her customer service has gone way down hill.

I shop at Other Mothers quite often and I find the staff to be very nice and helpful. I know it can get crazy at the .25 sales but thats expected. The facility is always clean, organized, and everything is fairly easy to find. The employees are also working hard to maintain the .25 sale customers by trying to keep them to a friendly standard. I personally have never had any issues.

I use to LOVE this store! Lately though, it hasn’t been the greatest. We buy clothes here all of the time, but whenever we bring clothes in, they take a couple items, give us a couple dollars and that’s it.Everything I bring in is still very well taken care of and they act like it isn’t good enough for them and then ask if we want to donate the whole box to the quarter sale.Just weird since we buy EVERYTHING FROM THEM.Not impressed by these guys anymore.

Great experience. Had my service dog with me and had a pleasant surprise because of the warm welcome as I came in. I have been coming to this other mothers for years to purchase many different items for my nieces and nephews. But most of all blankets for the dog. And clothes for my face up dolls. I dropped off like 8 bags of good kids clothes, ranging in sizes, DC boots, name brand, perfect condition. I got $4.00, a completely waste of my time and money, washing,drying,and folding about 8 bags of clothes. I wont waste my time next time, Goodwill is where I will be going. Which is a shame because I used to get reimbursed from this store well, now I have to drive all the way North for nothing. Thanks but no thanks.

Very large selection of childrens clothes. The 25 cent sale has been beneficial due to my fast growing child so Ive saved a lot. Only negative Ive experienced was other customers not being very friendly during the 25 cent sale. The employees there try their best to be cheerful.

While filling out their sheet for dropping off items, I specifically asked for clarification on what to check regarding store credit and donations, if items were unaccepted if they would be donated versus the items that are accepted would be traded in for store credit. One of their employees said “correct”, which I check marked. In return they call me to inform me they donated all of the clothes and toys and didn’t give me any in store credit. Unbelievable. Some of those clothes were brand new and if I would have known they wouldn’t be willing to undo their mistake I would have never supported their business. I’ve been using them over the years periodically and will be taking my business else where from now on

I would think after a week I would have heard something about clothes I dropped off. Yet no phone call or message. I tried to reach store to leave a message but there is no answering machine. Call me old fashion but I wanted to leave a voicemail.

I have a hard time finding what I need here because other moms always beat me to the punch!I wish they had more books. There are never enough.I have been thrilled with how easy and fair their trade in offers are for my old stuff. I really worried that they would be unfair if I did not pick up what they did not want to purchase, but since I have dropped off over 10 loads I have never felt cheated.

Took forever to review items 4 1/2 hours!, we also had a lot of name brand & non name brand items in near perfect condition & did not receive much in return

Would come in time to time to buy and bring in my daughters clothes. Ive always liked the store. But I brought in 2 garbage bags full of clothes a few days ago and when I came back the next day to pick up my stuff I only got one bag that was all torn at the top and only got a 10.00 credit. I took the bag home to find the second bag stuffed at the bottom of the 1st bag with only 8 pieces of clothing left. So they took a whole bag of clothes and I barely got .50 per item.I get this is a business as I also work for a very well known business but this was just a ripp off. Unfortunately I will not be bringing anything back here again and I will be shopping somewhere else! I get a better deal at once upon a child and will keep going there instead.

This place is a life saver for any mom! They price things amazingly, and are fair when purchasing items from you. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

They were very nice and i go there a lot for my kids. I was looking for a toy box for my son, but unfourtunately they did not have any.

The selection is hit and miss, and dont expect them to compute your store credit in the same visit when you drop items off. Other than that the service is always good, but I havent really needed much.The quarter sales are your best bet to really save money. You will see a sign posted on the front door when they are coming up.

Honestly they were very short very rude and didnt even say why they couldnt take the items that I brought in even though it was name brand never used boy and a girl crib sets with everything in them, but I probably wouldnt be going there any time soon

Love other mothers! Every other weekend they do 25 cent sales! Sometimes the clothes on racks are new with tags, everything on the racks are lightly used so youre never over paying for anything. I just love other mothers, they have womens and teens clothes too which is nice when you want to treat your child and yourself!

They have really good deals and the quarter sales they have twice a moth are the best! Make sure to bring your own plastic bags and cash so you dont have to pay tax!!

Other Mothers is a fabulous store. I have three girls and have been trading in my youngest daughters clothes for a few years now. I have always been able to find great clothes for all of them at great prices and I always find the staff very helpful.

They give you a great about of credit/cash for the stuff that you bring in. Ladies there are so sweeeetttt. Just love them.

Very spacious, good quality for price on most things. Thinga are easy to find. Staff is very friendly.

We walked out the door with a small garbage bag full of clothes for my granddaughter and paid $10 for it all! The end of the month they have a quarter sale and its great! If you have trouble with crowds and/or confined spaces I recommend you send someone else into the area the sale is set up in. I also scored about $50 in big Legos and a lego wagon and a few other things as well for less than $30!
