We just had Fast-Trac Designs, design a wrap for our stores SUV, which blew away my expectations. All I had to do was provide them with my stores logo, a few pictures, and some info I would like advertised, then they did the rest. It was a great investment for my business.

They charged me 30% more than retail for the hoodies we wanted printed. Changed their tune a few times, left me on hold for 20 min trying to answer my basic questions.Was told the markup was for an art fee but they charged me for an art fee and a setup fee and an apparel fee prior to the actual hoodie itself.Im not a mathematician but a $30 hoodie shouldnt cost $50 to screenprint. Especially when your ordering 12 of them. And your art is a few one colored words.

I shopped around before I committed to anyone. I loved that everybody was friendly and aware of the business and I could ask what I wanted to know without hearing, I dont know. The front desk lady was great fromthe beginning and so helpful. The guys set up and measured from vehicle for my car wrap and then the owner himself gave me the estimate. Use of proper materials, and of course his visibility of customers I have already seen, I knew immediately this was my company. The designer was totally attwntive and made me feel so much a part of the project I was amazed. The design even went through a few changes and he never said anything but whatever you want we are here for you. A few days later they called and gave me my install date for my wrap. I was stunned at the amazing work they did! I countertop smiling! I gleefully paid the remainder of my bill and ran outside to take photos and the guy who installed it came out to give me A few tips on how to make it last longer and takecare of my new wrap. I was completely floored at how amazing they do! Every detail was e across they said! I love it! I will recommend this company many times over! Great job! Great job! Great job!

Only a 1 star because the owner seemed to rush me on a redicilous high quote for a racing stripe down my hood like he didnt want the job..500$ when signature graphics in scottsdale were willing to do for 300$ he seemed too buisy and push to even talk to me felt unworthy of his time.even though he showed me samples.seemed too stressed to deal with customer service.👎perhaps not the place to go for a small job.however.ive heard good things about the work.probably more big company instead of small time guy with a new Hemi R/T truck.

I can not say enough good things about my experiences with Fast-Trac Designs. They have gone above and beyond to make each experience perfect. They have done our plumbing utility truck wrap, t-shirts, door magnets and perforated vinyl on a back window . But the purchase that stands out above it all is our most recent bus wrap. That is right - we purchased a school bus to wrap and -oh boy- it was a fixer upper project.We first attempted to do all of the body work ourselves. We got as far as cutting off the rub rails, removing the stop sign and over-sized front mirrors, taking out the bolts and attempting to smooth out the surface. The attempt to smooth out the surface ended up causing a not-so-smooth surface and we were in a bit of a time crunch. I took it to a body shop and felt helpless among the sales man quoting me over $2500 to make the body of the bus wrap-friendly. I called Sean at Fast Trac Designs and explained my predicament. Sean told me to stay right where I was at and he was going to come to me. Sean and Jody drove all the way out to the body shop where I had the bus for pricing. After they spoke to the rep at the body shop, they did some calculating and told me the price was way off from what they figured the cost to be and the shop probably just didnt want the job. They told me they knew just the body shop to take it too.I followed them to the body shop (Yes, they drove to another body shop during their work day so that I could conveniently follow them there) and was happily greeted by the owner of the shop. He made me feel like an old friend and quoted me 1/4 of the price that I was given by the previous body shop. I was then driven by Sean & Jody to their shop so I could wait for my husband to pick me up. Judy was very nice and showed me around the shop and kept me company until my ride arrived.The body work was finished in 2 days and Fast-Trac Designs picked up the bus for me and transported it back to their shop. They had it wrapped and ready in 3 days so I could have it in time for my weekend event. They met me on a Saturday morning when they are generally closed so that I could have it for my event. The impossible was finished in 1 week and it was all thanks to Fast Trac Designs going above and beyond to make miracles happen. I can not thank them enough. Thank you Sean, Judy, Jody, Aspen and the rest of the team behind the scenes for a wonderful experience.
