JC Printing did our vehicle wrap and man did it come out great! We designed the graphics and both Tom and Tim verified everything was fine before the install. Our 21 foot long box truck came out looking beautiful and ready to hit our location in Texas! Working with Tim to schedule a wrap was a very pleasant process. I felt he was very professional and accommodating to my business needs. I recommend this company most definitely!

I went there because I wanted to support a local shop, and ended up being charged $5.00 without being told the price upfront to scan 2 pages to usb (I was told $2.50 a page).In case this happens to you, I called later and was told by the general manager that they dont do scanning, and that I could have walked out without paying, which makes no sense.Ill be going somewhere else for my office scanning and printing.Edit: Answering to the reply from the owner:Yes, really. Insinuating things never happened is not the right way to solve dysfunctional customer service.

Great experience! Had 3 retractable banners made. Chad caught an error in my artwork and I was able to correct it and the banners turned out great! Super Speedy turnaround too! I was also impressed when I turned up to deliver the stands (because, yes they even loaded my stands for me with the banners), a gentleman came out to help carry them in. Very nice touch!

Had to rush a print order today and the staff at JC Printing was incredibly helpful. They were very clear about getting the details right and didnt treat my small printing job like it was less than (because they do a lot of HUGE projects). Thanks JC Printing! Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly down to earth business people. Julio accommodated my first-timer ignorance with grace and patience. The whole process was faster than I assumed it would be. So disappointing.... I am basing my review on holiday photo cards. I used to use Copy WorksPrinting around the corner and was always really happy with their work. They closed and merged with JC Printing and I had my photo cards printed there a few weeks ago.... when I got them home and took the wrap off, I realized how terrible they looked. Awful print quality. I emailed them and they said to come back in and look at another proof..... which looked just as bad. They basically told me it was the picture resolution.... which is not true. The picture and card were high resolution (300dpi). They told me “this isn’t an error on our part” and made no effort to correct it. I gave them 3 stars because the pricing is reasonable, but I won’t use them again.

Was searching for a company to do a vehicle wrap for our new company and came across JC Printing on Yelp. Chad sent over a quote very quickly and within a couple of days of receiving the quote, I went and met with Julio to discuss ideas for the wrap. Julio is a wonderful designer and created a couple different options for us.We now have not just one, but two wrapped vehicles for two separate companies! They look great and we have already started receiving calls from potential customers.When we have more vehicles ready to be wrapped, we will definitely return to JC Printing!

Chad and Julio were great to work with. We were planning on wrapping a vehicle for a new division of our company and were so thrilled with the outcome of the first vehicle we decided to do a second one as well. Since it was a similar design they were able to squeeze it in to their production schedule.Julio was a pleasure to work with and listened to our concerns as well as helped guide us as he did all the graphic design work.We now have a beautiful rolling billboard for our company!Thanks again JC Printing. I had used their services several times in the past with no issues.. then my rep leaves and the experience gets completely turned upside down?? Product quality is great but communication of cost and services was extremely lacking?? I was also informed that all the graphics and card designs would be emailed to me and I have yet to see these files... unfortunate that the cost and services were all hidden cost until pickup.. I hope this helps someone’s decision making In the future!

They don’t spellcheck before they go to print avoid this company if you need a bit of support they made me prepay for the order . Needless to say I never picked the printing up as it was printed before they would correct a spelling error. Horrible customer service

The wrap work was done appropriately, but the customer service is pretty bad. First, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment to have a wrap put on, they were not ready and had to reschedule. They claimed they just missed an email confirming the appointment from the vendor and didnt have the material ready for the install. Today I went to have the wrap removed for my 8am appointment and they said they didnt have time to do it. Why do they schedule appointments if they cant honor them? Lots of other options out there. I would recommend shopping around for better customer service.

I just dropped by to get 1 color copy abd 6 black and white. They did it for me, no charge, saying maybe I could pay it forward. I did. Great people, great business.

Horrible Customer Service, Got a Estimate for one price then received a different one for a higher amount.. When I called to clear it up the Rep, Vlad Hung up on me and refused to allow me to speak to a Supervisor. I called back to make sure the call did not just get disconnected, he affirmed that he had hung up on me. He said he was too busy to deal with me and if I wanted there service that is what I had to pay.Good grief, I see where the customer stands for this company.
