I spoke with Bob and he went out of his way to track down a part for me, he must’ve put in a good 45 minutes of looking around calling searching the Internet. He was awesome so thanks again Bob. I was searching for a particular bearing for a vehicle, and had just tried bearing bar and chain and had the absolute most condescending ridiculous conversation on the phone with an employee there was laughing at me the entire time and just made me feel so stupid. It was not pleasant.

Terrible customer service, zero follow through. I would never recommend these guys for any reason what so ever. Go anywhere else!
