Very bad behavior of check in Squirty man he didn’t rply the good morning only entertaining his friend which was sitting in his black cooper car I reached on time but he said ur appointment is late but i show him load board timings i stay there for more than 6 hrs I never go again this place

If your a driver, got unloaded fast, and there wasnt much of a wait.

The pick up time was on Wednesday, 08/18/2021 from 10:00 - 23:59 from Columbus But they loaded on Thursday 08/19/2021 at 09:30pm and the deliver day and time was Saturday, 08/21/2021 at 06:00 we still make it on time. Guard say delivery time is on Monday and need reschedule. I tell him to double check again said his system says same thing. I called the dispatch about this issues and reschedule for Monday but on Monday he said we wasn’t here on Saturday for delivery on time! Again telling me to reschedule For next day.. I will never haul their load again…

This is a well run business that takes care of and respects there employees and there customers. GREAT place to work and they offer excellent opportunities and benefits to there employees!!!

They would not unload you if you don’t have an appointment. the receiver would not tell you that when you check in. the receiver will give you a false hope that they will work you in. it did not happen to me. good luck in your delivery.

Bware!0 guys got loaded late at the shipper in Colorado after was told I m good to go had apt for Thursday showed up on Friday due to delay on loading at shipper not my fault couldnt make it its 1000 mile run got out of Colorado at 3 30 am Thursday morning the Reciver will only give you false hope they expect you to fly the load to Phoenix waste of time they try and use your trailer as storage guy said sorry comeback Monday if you have family time kiss that goodbye at this place wont ever do this load again

Hit the dock 10 minutes before appt time,unloaded within 30 mins.Fast unload. Can park on street until appt time.Very friendly guard shack lady very helpful as well.

From a truckers perspective. Easy to find, docks arent tight and they get you rolling quickly. Look out for other drivers, my passenger side mirror hit while backing by another driver.

My experience. I was an hour late got checked in got a door right away. In and out hour and half. Ebony who checked me in was super sweet and helpful. Drivers go in with a good attitude and and be nice. They get busy too and reallyto want help everyone. Thanks Ebony hope to see you soon.

Horrible Customer Service at the gate and bad management. If you are not on the list and it was their mistake, they will make you wait or turn you away. They wont even try to help figure out what went wrong. There should be a better line of communication between the planners and the shipping and receiving staff. I have to sit here for three days (until Monday) while missing out on other loads, just to see if they can unload me. Now Im losing money. But who cares about me, Im just one person. Me waiting and losing money is not affecting them and their bottom line. I can see if I was late to my appointment and them making me wait. I was here on time. Thanks for caring! NOT!!!

Organized place! Parking available on the streets close by,receiving only by appointment or sometimes if they have time they will call you and unload the truck. Very quick and efficient warehouse staff,taking 2 pallets on a time. In and out one hour! Thank you!

They had me unloaded in 20 minutes, and the personnel were very friendly

I had appointment at 4a.m. and tried to go in earlier. Dont waste your time trying to get in earlier. They wont let you.

We understand that you are trying a new system out to better run Hensley. But just because your system as bugs in it doesnt mean you let your customers suffer. Not letting a Business get their order of Draft Beer is the stupidest thing we ever heard of. Who ever made that decision in behave of your company is a moron. You need to seriously reevaluate who makes the decision for your company future. I hope you get everything worked out and you dont loose to may accounts over this. I can tell you that we are not happy, and we are looking long and hard at the future relationship.

Been waiting almost two days for a door now that Im in a door Ive been sitting here for 4 hours

My delivery appointment Was at 9 am, i came at 8 am!!! and wad waiting 6 fu king hours ! I lost my second pickup too.... :x

Had a 6am appointment checked in at 5:30am at the guard shack was assigned a dock and was out the gate by 7am very friendly staff. There is over night parking on the street.

Appointment is always needed.

Very bad experience.......They don’t have enough doors for deliveries....You have to wait on street until they have door available door for you ... and also you can’t even park inside .....you have to park outside on the street even if you have to check in

Driver if you have a chance to refuse load for this place do it. There is no enough doors to accommodate the delivery trucks, you gonna be on the street for several hours waiting for enter the facility.
