This has been family owned and run for almost 30+ years and still going. They do amazing work!! I have taken shoes for repair, belts for adjustment, every day clothes to prom gowns and bridesmaid dresses. They do such an amazing job!! I am so incredibly grateful for them!!! I brought in my 20 year old leather jacket that was too tight. They did a amazing job. All the details were covered. Material was added to lining, elastic was added to sides. Even if you saw it before you wouldnt know its been altered. It was completed on day promised... Just awesome.

I bought a very expensive red leather jacket from Schott Bros NYC online for a smokin price. When I got it, it was much bulkier than advertised.I was unable to return it due to final sale so decided to try to take it to an alterations shop.I searched high and low for a tailor to work on a cow hide leather jacket and you wouldnt believe how hard this was. I was referred from one shop to another and even called Harley Davidson and then Schott Nyc (who does alterations but not during covid)...no one could help UNTIL I called Quality Alterations. The gentleman who answered the phone said bring it down. I was greeted by the nicest couple who worked at a team to discuss options with me. We came up with a plan and a couple of weeks later, I have a perfectly fitting jacket. I couldnt be more thrilled with the work and my experience. Thank you oh so much 💓

Excellent alteration assistance for my blind pugs harness that needed replacement velcro.

Brought in a $300 pair of oxblood shoes for some minor spot touchup. I get them back; theyre completely spray painted, destroying the original coloration (visible near the laces in the photo) and making them look like cheap rubber. Owner didnt even offer a refund, told me I should be glad he didnt charge me for the extra work.

They are nice and did a fantastic job sewing patches to a jacket for me. I will definitely be returning for more similar work.HIGHLY recommended as these are true professionals that know how to do GREAT work!

Had exactly what I needed for repair in stock instead of ordering it in which would have been another week. Very knowledgeable, great customer service, decent pricing. Alteration for heavy winter coat done In a couple days. Definitely recommend them to anyone else, will be using their services from now on.

I found this place on google maps and went there. The owners were great and very helpful. they didnt try to upsell me to hem my new jeans and provided prompt service. I would recommend this place to anyone needing any alterations.

Brought in a canvas fabric bag with the inner lining torn and in need of valcro replacement. Two weeks to repair and 30 dollars.The valcro isnt platinum and the thredding used isnt the heavy duty thread. I got charged too much.Two stars for showing up to a bag with out the valcro repairThey got it fixed in 20 minutesTook too long and the material used is basic.

If you got shoes to repair dont come here.....the man is way to old and is super lazy and doesnt want to do anything when it comes to reparing shoes....he should just retire
