As I continue to use this service, I realize I am not getting service alt all. They expect their bill to be paid on time but when it comes to them delivering the product as agreed upon, they might deliver properly one out of every three deliveries. The newest excuse its that the Spring that they get the water from is not accessible. Last time it was they ran out of product. I went to their website and it said preparing your drlivery. Waited two weeks before it arrived. Im passed off and looking for a new servicr.

We have been using Sparkletts for well over 6 months now. As of tomorrow, were moving on to someone that cares. We have had spotless deliveries on Fridays. The delivery was ALWAYS punctual and nearly the same time each delivery. Friday before the last holiday, nobody showed up. When I called, I was told we had to wait until Tuesday. Then, we only got half of the normal water amount delivered, so we ran out days before the next delivery date. Next delivery date was a couple of days ago, we put out 2 bottles with a note asking for 4. Nobody came. I called and was told they were behind again.I asked them to credit me the current and previous delivery charge, and the 2 bottles they brought last time. They would not do this. They seemed to have a limit of around 10.00 that they could work with. So weve basically gone 6 days with no water this month. If youve ever had the water near Buckeye, its not drinkable.They dont care if you are unhappy, they dont tell you if they arent coming (even after they remind you multiple times that delivery day is coming). They certainly dont care enough to credit you under 20.00 to keep your business after they screw up.

I skipped my water delivery by calling customer support 2 weeks before my delivery date and they skipped the delivery for June and I got bottles delivered and same thing happens in July as well skipped delivery for July and water bottles delivered again. In august I scheduled 5 times to pickup those empty bottles because I have no clue they will deliver those bottles in June and July because I skipped the delivery at least the driver should have knock the door to get the empty bottles. My point of view I skipped the delivery on June and July so I have no clue they will deliver the bottles. I would like to leave 0 star. They don’t care about customers. I called and scheduled pickup for water bottles pickup for 5 times it never happened. I have call back from branch manager promising to pickup empty bottles last week and he left a voice message and it never happened. When I spoke to the supervisor at customer support they suggested me to throw those empty bottles instead of sorting out the issue. Seriously is this the way you guys solve the issue. To pickup those empty bottles a customer needs to schedule or reschedule 5 times? What kind of service you are providing? Which clearly shows they didn’t care about their customers. Primo water you ask we didn’t listen. that’s your better caption. Shame on you guys and shame on your service. Worst customer service.

Very disappointed with their customer service... Everything was going great, until they run out of the water for over a month! No notifications, no communication, nothing! We had to call and ask about it. Then we went on vacation and put our delivery on hold for a week, and they still delivered and left the water by the door. We decided to cancel our account, and get water from another company. We spend hours on hold waiting for them. They cancelled our account, but never showed up to pick up bottles as it was scheduled. We waited about a month, and had to call them again- another 1 hour on hold- they finally picked up the bottles, but now instead of refunding the money, they just put money as a credit on their account... The website is down, and guess what- I have to call them again and waist more time on hold, to get my money back. Horrible experience!!!! Would not recommend this company to anybody.

I have been trying to access my online account with them for over a month. I’m a new customer and haven’t been able to pay my bill. I’ve never had this hard of a time trying to pay a bill it blows my mind. Every time I get an error saying their system is down and when it’s finally working it says I need to verify my email and makes me start an account all over. I’ve even tried calling and their auto mated system said my balance is “no” and my last payment was “no” then proceeds to ask for my CC #. What am I going to pay when I submit it your system says my balance is “no” the literal worst online and phone service. Everyone please don’t waste your money here. You’re better off just going to refill gallons on your own. Stay away from this company

Everything was going well for a few months. Then as I pulled into my apartment complex (delivery day) I saw a Sparklers truck leaving the apartment complex. I have this video from my dashcam. Go to my apartment and the water wasnt delivered. Now its been going like this for 3 weeks. My delivery was supposed to be this last Monday (9/13) and it is now the following Sunday with no water. I called them on Thursday, they said guarantee delivery by Friday....and here we are...no water.

My business has water delivery with Sparkletts set every 4 weeks. This rotation of bottles was fine until recently. My regular driver was replaced and the office started receiving extra orders in between the scheduled delivery, resulting in too many bottles in my space limited break room. In addition, the new drive came earlier before we arrived at the office and set the order outside of the building (for sticky fingers to swipe). I was charged for these extras orders as well. I immediately called and waited for approx 8-10 minutes before I was connected to customer service rep. The rep created a ticket / request for the driver to retrieve these extra bottles immediately so we can remove the charges. No one came and the charge is still on my account. Since then, I have been trying to get through to customer service (4 days straight now), waiting on hold for 25-45 minutes each morning but no one is answering. I hear from a competitor (whom Im switching my services) that Sparkletts recently fires 100+ employees in Phoenix. Maybe its the reason for this debacle? I dont know but for the time being....Im stuck, unable to get through to anyone to cancel my account.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Not only are the prices astronomical, customer service reps are rude, I was on hold for over an hour! Told them I wanted to cancel and they transferred me and I was put on hold again. Then I was refused a refund. Do not use this service!

I want to say that the person who delivers to us every week is always timely, respectful, efficient, honest, he is always asking me what I need, and making sure that I have it or get it!! As far as the product goes, I love it! But the price could be a little lower. Because you can get the exact same water at the store for a 32 pack for $3.99. Which is a $2 difference. And as far as the 5 gallons go I could fill mine up at a water machine for ¢30. Which would save me $5.70 per bottle. And I get 3 every 2 weeks, so 6 a month. That would save me $35 a month. My point is I understand we pay more because its being delivered to our home etc. I just feel it could be a little bit lower.

I’ve had Sparkletts water delivery for 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ve had to call 2 times so far and had zero issues with their customer service folks. I like the online feature to add more or less bottles or to skip a delivery, extremely convenient.

Literally left all my deliveries out in the 110+ heat for HOURS when I explicitly told them to text me because my doorbell doesnt work & I work in my back office with with a headset on 80% of the time during when they deliver. I will not drink water out in the heat and they refuse to pick up the water, its been a week and Ive been told by multiple people theyd come by.I owe them $150 for water I never drank and have proof I told them text me which is an option they sold me at sign up. I cant go out either because of my high risk of covid (damaged lungs from fire) so my water delivery is basically life threatening when I need to rush to the store to get water.I dont know what the law is but it doesnt hurt passing all this over to my lawyer.

Had this service for quite a few years. Now we are trying to cancel the account because we closed our business, but you cant! We called all their support numbers and the wait times were at least an hour. Tried for several days. You can login to your account, but you CAN NOT cancel it via email or online form. YOU MUST CALL, BUT YOU STAY ON HOLD FOR HOURS!!!Extremely frustrating.If i could give it 0 stars, I would.

The water and service is excellent. I live 60 miles away from the central delivery area, so they deliver every other Tuesday. It gets hot very quickly here in Arizona and the water heats up if left outside 4 hours in the plastic container. Offering the glass containers at a more reasonable price for summer months would be a plus.

Worst experience ever with this company… I have it for approximate 10 month…. 6-7 bottles every 4 weeks…Since the beginning they to took 7 empty from front door and refunded only for 3… and this happened every single invoice.. every single invoice I paid for 7 bottles they left full and for extra 4 (they picked up and I paid for it)… they steal money with no shame… now I am on the phone for 1 and a half hour and nobody answeres… don’t go with them please…

I definitely appreciate the sparklers deliver the size of water bottles that I am looking for. I am able to communicate through texting to the driver to make sure they have what I need for my delivery. Ron is always helpful sometimes the water is heavy for me and if my husband is not home Ron will put water inside my door and I understand safety for the employees but it’s nice to know that men will help women lift heavy water inside the door or the garage especially in the summertime when he gets hot so I definitely appreciate your customer service and drivers that care thanks

Set up delivery for my daughter in Phoenix. Tey brought the mater dispenser and bottles on June 12th. The dispenser leaked water all over a the floor during the night. So after 3 days of my daughter sening several emails to customer service and placing phone calls (being on hold for an hour with no one picking up) I decises to try reaching Sparkletts. I tried several different phone numbees they have listed. I was in hold for over an hour on one number, over 38 minutes on another and never reached a person. A couple of other numbers they have listed were just immediated disconnects. I ser up the online account thinking I would use it to cancel the service. There is no way to temove the automatic payment plan, the payment info or cancel the program. Do not use this service.

Ive been with them since 2004. Up until a few years ago the service was exemplary. I had the same driver and he was great. Then he left. Then started the problems. Skipping deliveries, no contact telling me they rescheduled. In this past year I have had to call almost every month because of a problem with my delivery. Or should I say with no delivery. They are extremely unreliable and theyre not worth even a fraction of what Im paying them anymore.Every time I call I get apologies from the customer service rep. I am tired of apologies. They go and do it again and Ill call and get another apology. They dont offer me any recompense, dont offer anything just apologize every single time and just keep doing what theyre doing. Its very much a trend. I have noticed on a lot of the reviews that the newer people have better service than the older existing customers. This is one person whos becoming very quickly fed up with this game. All I ask is for communication.There is absolutely no communication. Zip. Nothing. Nada. And please dont tell me you apologize, we are way past that.

This company is out of control! I am being billed $85.00 for 10 gallons of water. FOUR HOUR hold times, NO Response from web site customer care requests. Cannot remove credit card from web site cannot close account or stop deliveries. Get this machine out of my house and stop the bleeding!

Ive had Sparkletts Water service for a couple years now and, besides a few hiccups in the past, have been very satisfied overall. The water tastes great and we make ice with it at home so our ice is great too! TIP: if you sign up through Costco, you get a bit of a discount! :)

Moved into a townhouse with a faucet that made it impossible to install a Brita filter. With four teenage daughters who insist on carrying HydroFlasks everywhere, clean drinking water was a must. Sparkletts was quick with initial set up and delivery, and the machine and water are great. I know exactly when my order will be coming, and my bill is always correct. Its so easy and mindless, the only thing I have to think about is putting my empty bottles outside!

My delivery person is Mike, a kind, strong, well-spoken and clean-cut man. I am completely comfortable with him in my home to deliver the 5-gallon water bottles. He puts the ICE carton directly into the refrigerator. I am very happy with him as my Sparkletts delivery man.

They WERE great. But something has changed as of late and our deliveries arent happening. Im sitting on 5 empty bottles of water...after 4 emails on 4 different days stating Im going to get a delivery that day and they never come. The 800 number is useless; customer service rep claimed she would have the driver call but that never happened and you cant call the local office. Time for a different water service.Jose,I have already dealt with your customer service - 4 separate times. Your route manager was supposed to respond but obviously hasnt. Your reply is simply your standard reply. Canceled my account for a list of reasons, the biggest being that I keep getting billed for deliveries that never come. Additionally, I have gone to their app to skip deliveries a number of times and they still say your delivery is coming. This company is horrible, and Im not the type of person who normally gives poor reviews, even when deserved but I couldnt let others make the same mistake Id I could help.

I’ve had Sparkletts for nearly 3 years. Water is great, delivery service providers are friendly and I’ve been very happy about my reminder calls. The reason for the 3 is that when I moved from Ca to AZ, I called a week in advance to have them pick up my bottles and machine. They said they would be there the day before we moved and never showed up. I had to fit it in my back seat with two dogs, it was such a waste of space. I called customer service who said they would get back to me with their resolution, again no call back. I got over it. Today I called and after 20 minutes of waiting, finally hung up (it literally says “we will answer your call in less than 5 minutes”). I was calling because my bill has gone from 25 dollars for 45 dollars from March to now, same apartment, same amount of water. Whats the deal? This is horrible timing for me because I’m out of work due to Covid so I want an explanation? Why am I now paying 10 dollars per 5 gallon bottle???

Had a great start, delivery’s on schedule but I really don’t know what is happening my delivery have been rescheduled 3 going on 4 time 6 empty bottles at home, I figured I’ll pay that almost $800 dollars a year for the service so I don’t have to worry about picking up water every week, I guess they are tired of getting payments from me. My husband wanted to get water on demand (aka Sparkletts) for years! We were at Costco and they had a killer deal so we took advantage of it. Believe me when I say that this is the best water ever. I used to be called a camel because I never drank water (our AZ tap water is yuck, j/s) but thats not a problem anymore. In fact he gave me kudos for drinking it with dinner last night. 🤣. Just do yourself a favor and get it. The service is great and to have hot and cold water that tastes this good on demand is very very nice thing indeed. 🖤. Oh, and no more wasting plastic bottles! Terrible experience. Originally signed up with a local company about 13 years ago. Eventually Sparkletts took over there accounts over 7 years ago. There deliveries were consistent so there were no true issues. Our prices seemed to consistently go up, but we never focused on it.Approximately 4 weeks ago in the middle of the covid 19 issue, the delivery driver left us a note through our door letting us know we hadnt paid last month. He took our bottles and didnt leave any. As he was driving away we saw the note and immediately called Sparkletts. They said the charge hadnt gone through, even though we have the direct withdrawal on a high available credit line. When we called, the charge went through immediately. Made no sense, had no issues before, but oh well. We asked if the driver could come back, but immediately Sparkletts informed us that we wouldnt get water again until our next delivery 2 weeks out. We pleaded letting them know we are long time customers with 2 children and 2 elderly individuals in our household.Sparkletts didnt care. They would not budge and left us without water. Trying to abide by the stay at home, we had enough food and other supplies. Water, we would have to find another water supplier. We fired Sparkletts from delivering water to us for not having consciousness of peoples needs and performing a terrible service. Later we realized we were paying about $10 per 5 gallon bottle. I did find a local water service where I started paying less than $2.00 for a 5 gallon bottle water service.Wish I had stopped Sparkletts service a long time ago. Also wish could give them a 0 star rating instead of a 1 star.

We had a different service before. They were good as long as we had the specific delivery person. Then they changed the delivery person. Turned out it was that person who was nice, not the company. Sparkletts has great delivery PEOPLE. They have all been really helpful. Plus, we have a type of cooler that we put the water on floor level, and it pumps the water UP. I can get the heavy 5 gal. water bottle moved INTO the cooler!!

Set up new service last wedanesday.. Was supposed to get delivery following monday which was yesterday. No one came, no one called or contactes us about not coming. With a window from 8am to 5pm its unacceptable that no on3 showed.Called today tuesday just for them to tell me we cant do same day deliveries and we would have to wait till tomorrow again between 8 and 5.. Shady business practices BUYER BEWARE! I became a customer a couple months ago. I was told they would replace the bottles I left of my porch.I left town and they just kept delivering more water. They dropped off three every two weeks.When I called customer service I was told I need to be on a different replenish plan for them only to replace what I leave for them. Now I have 40+ gallons of water. Im sure I will use it before I return the equipment but I am unhappy with this companys PREDATORY business practices.Two stars because the water is not awful.

We have the best driver. Our deliveries go without a hitch, unless he is on vacation, and sometimes we might get shorted a bottle. Our regular driver makes sure to check the water cooler, if the water is empty, he will change it out for us. We use Sparkletts for our business as well as our home. For the home delivery, we get a call the day before reminding us of the water delivery, which I find helpful in my busy life. Thanks everyone.

Weve used Sparkletts for almost 20 years throughout the US (weve moved several times (AZ, MA, MI, AZ, MA, NM, MA, TX, NV, TX, NY, TX, AZ) and used Sparkletts where available. Theyve made each transition seamless. Their water is the BEST. Delivery is reliable, and our friendly and professional delivery guys anticipate how much water wed need if we dont specify. Billing is seamless. Also delivery schedule is every two weeks, unlike some services who will only deliver monthly, so we dont have to anticipate how much well need for a whole month nor find a place to store an entire months worth of 5-gal bottles. We HIGHLY recommend Sparkletts!

When you call customer service they are all extremely nice and will do anything to help you but it stops there. Every delivery the past 6 moths has been wrong in one way or another... Left it at the wrong house, delivered the wrong water, delivered it the wrong day, didnt take my empty bottles or as of lately, just dont show up. I went on to their site today to order a new dispenser and nowhere on their site is that possible. This company lacks customer service in a big way. When we signed up for services a few years ago, we were given a price and weve paid double that each and every month. When we started services, we were told that any unused and sealed bottles would be refunded. When I called to cancel services, I was told they would not refund them. That it is considered a food item and they will dump out all the water. Mind you, I currently have 25 gallons if water sitting in my garage. Not to mention, she told me I have to pay for them to come pick their equipment up. Please beware when signing up for their services. It all seems great on the surface.

Do not do the mistake and trust anything they say. The worst scammers I’ve ever dealt with! I was approached while shopping at Costco and fell for their sales pitch, I figured if it doesn’t work out I can cancel since there’s no contract. Of course it didn’t work out, and after calling on 3 separate occasions and being transferred a few times and hung up on a few more and gone through the run around for hours each time I was able to cancel. They picked up the fridge and all the bottles. A few months later I get a bill from a collection agency for $283 even though the account was paid and closed. Called the collection agency only to be told they have no info and will need the payment immediately or they will ruin my credit. I called Sparkletts again only to be told that my account is closed and there’s nothing they can do.Here’s is what they didn’t know. When I signed up I never gave them my social or any of my info. They only have my name and address. They can’t ruin my credit without having my social and other info. Be careful if you fall for their scam and end up where I did. Disaster of a company. I set up water service. The earliest appointment was in 2 weeks. I rented a water cooler. It arrived in a broken box. It was not new and it was filthy, covered in grease (from someone elses kitchen?). If this is the care they take with there service, why would I trust them with my water? I cancelled my service. They did reverse all my charges but said it would take a week for them to pick up the unused water jugs and dirty cooler. It amazes me how many big companies like Sparkletts can be run so poorly. Why do we allow poor quality products and inadequate customer service?

Quality water convenient delivery. The cooler is a bottom loader and for the many years of recieving deliveries the cooler was easily replaced when needed.

After several years of service, I give up!! Can’t say I didn’t try to give them a shot, probably too patient and wasted money!! Costco should be embarrassed to be partnered with such an inept company.Machines consistently did not work, would exchange for another machine that did not work. All refurbished machines that looked beat up, never new. That’s a sanitary issue and they would charge full monthly rent as if it’s a new machine. And to top it off water bottles sealed and delivered to our home with leaves inside, how does that happen!?!You call the company to get some sort of explanation or help and they are not interested in providing any type of customer service.Moving on... hope this company drowns in their dirty water!!

I signed up at Costco, made a plan with the representative.I got off work 3 hours early to wait for the route driver. I got no email, phone call, and the driver no showed. I did lose a lot of money for getting off early.The good news is they no showed me, therefore I’m saving money and headaches with this company!

I was a customer of Sparkletts for (2) years and all I can say is NEVER AGAIN. Really review your options before resorting to this company as your water delivery service. I made many concessions with this companies billing issues, delivery issues and pricing. For instance they charge you your bottle deposit on by per bottle unlike some companies that just charge a small flat rate fee. You have to really keep track of their billing because they like to suddenly sneak in a change of rate on bottles, they overcharged me for 3 months before I caught this and had it corrected. Then on the Holidays they did a double delivery one day after another and I was stuck with a bill over $148.00 because of their mistake. Finally more recently they announced they needed to change their delivery schedule due to COVID-19 issues and my delivery was scheduled out 2 weeks later.....I was counting on my prior delivery date and already very low on water. Why pay for services that are not reliable, overcharging you and already proven not to be worth the trouble?

After moving to Phoenix from Chicago it didn’t take long to figure out find good water on a daily basis is a big deal..... We did little bottles for awhile but that was a pain emptying out your recycling container every other day. So we called sparkletts water company and set up 5 gallon home service and need 4-6 every two weeks. They were always consistent with delivery and pickup and offer many other home options coffee etc.

The product produced there is high quality. As well as some of the staff there SOME of the staff there. If some of the people there had the same high quality of character as the water made there, then I would have voted this higher. But the only thing of solid quality that comes from there is the water. Great water! Horrible interpersonal relationship skills. Please dont get me started on the intimacy I have of this knowledge. That would need to be saved for a different post lol

We have been customers for over 10 years. We like the convenience of 3 gallon bottles. We are not young anymore so they do not way as much. I enjoy the Arizona tea and it is very tasty. Like taking a supply of bottled water to my job, saves on cost of having to buy there. Ouf delivery person is always courtious and great customer service has always been provided by him and anytime I need to communicate with office.

Worst customer service. Canceled service over a year ago. They continued to deliver water. There equipment and 18 bottles of water sat in my driveway for over a year. The driver would come every once in a while and hand me a bill for services. I told him take the equipment and bottles. They recently hit my credit with a collection agency for all the water and equipment that was delivered after canceling. The bill is quite extensive. I had to load stuff and take it to them, where they would not give credit back for bottles. I still have to pay collected to remove this bad mark. Will never use this service again.Update: after a tireing time of constantly arguing on the phone with collections company, who would sell the account to someone else and it would start all over, I finally got the mark removed.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. When I told them I needed to cancel my parents service because they had passed away they put me on hold for 51 minutes before I hung up and called back and asked to speak to a manager. I was then put on hold for an additional 20 minutes. I requested a location to drop off the bottles and machine because I do not live in Phoenix and cant be there to put the bottles out when they can pick up. I was told it would take 3 days to get a location. I waited three days and called back but they still did not have a location. This happened 4 times, I never ended up getting a drop off location. Now I have to travel to Phoenix for the specific purpose of being at my parents home so that they can just pick it up. So ridiculous. I cannot express enough how unbelievably horrible this company has been, especially while going through this already difficult time of life.

I have had Sparkletts delivery for about 18 months now. Every other month I have some sort of issue.Issue #1I had to call them multiple times to add another bottle to my delivery. I would call in and ask the other person to check the notes on my account and they would see that I asked for the extra bottle months ago but account was never updated.Issue #2Every couple deliveries just get missed. I am currently going through this right now. I havent had a water delivery in over a month because their was a monsoon going on the night before my last delivery. I had brought the bottles into the house because I didnt want to chase them down the street the next morning. My next delivery was due today, I noticed early this morning that I didnt have new bottles. So I called into the number, the lady told me that my payment was missed and that they sent an email. There was no such email. I have looked through all my emails and through all the monikers that Sparkletts goes by. She told me that the only thing she could do was process the payment and then I MIGHT get a delivery today. I asked her if there was any accountability to getting my delivery today. She said there was nothing she could do to guarantee my delivery. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that there was no one who could help me. I told her that I would be contacting her by 3pm if I had not received my delivery. 3pm rolls around... and guess what? No delivery. I called into the line again and they said it was already marked as a missed delivery.I am currently cancelling my service and I will be telling anyone who will listen how atrocious Sparkletts is.

I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for Sparkletts. I almost never get the right amount of water delivered, they will forget or run out of time to stop by my home, and theyre only in my area once a week so getting the water I need for my home is next to impossible when I call. I was supposed to have a re-delivery yesterday and guess what, no show! They wont credit you for their mistakes either because eventually they bring you water. Its such a joke.

Drowning! --- Weve received an unsolicited surplus of water for 3 months. It is absolutely impossible to discontinue, or augment service. All of their customer service is national and they have zero correspondence with the local branch. We would love to cancel the service. Please help!

Refused to pick up empty bottles when service ended. Now Im in collections and have attempted almost everyday for 3 weeks to call this local office only to have the operator never return my calls. I dont even think they have an operator as this lady never answers the phone or returns calls. 0 stars.

This company has poor main office customer service, and do not have enough staff to keep call times to a minimum......as a matter of fact, I am on hold 15, SO FAR, and still waiting! As a customer of 5 years, I am very unhappy with this company and would leave in a heartbeat if there was another company delivering water! Yes, STILL ON HOLD!!!! OMG... 30 minutes and still on hold!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company!
