Best water in the valley! Holistically minded owner and staff.Additionally, disregard the negative reviews. This has been a 5 star business for years. I feel sorry for anyone continually living in fear. Fear is a powerful emotion that causes a human being to be more irrational than we inherently are.

I parked in front of the water connection. My wife walked in cvs while I walked in into water connection to see what was inside besides water.The lady inside started with you cant park in our spot do you know how hard it is to run a small business while im standing in the store. the spot next to me was empty the whole time. Total karen. Horrible customer service no wonder, it sounds like they are going under. Do not recommend.

I LOVE their water and ice!!!! 🤩Actually, our whole family does!!!!We have been getting both from them for over 8 years now.It is always a pleasure to go there as they always provide very friendly service. 🙂Even though we will be moving out of the area soon, we still plan on continuing to get our water there.

Really love the water at this place, but the people are sometimes unprofessional. not only do they disregard any covid safety, crazy at a place that delivers water, but ive listened to them telling teenage girls about how cell phones will roast their ovaries. completely unprofessional, and frankly innappropriate. i like the taste of the water, but will no longer be going to a place where people are a little....off

I’ve been going to this store for well over a year, but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the blatant disregard for safety in the middle of a global pandemic. The employees do no (and will not) wear any protective gear, not even gloves when making shaved ice. They’ve now put a sign on the door stating that they won’t ask you about not wearing a mask because it’s personal and they assume you have a “reasonable excuse.” The sign literally says, “No mask, we won’t ask.”How in the world can any decent business owner have zero respect for the health of their employees and their customers? I’ll be looking for a new place to fill my water ASAP.

Ive been a frequent guest of this place for over 10 years and was shocked/disappointed by their handling of the current pandemic. No mask is required (theres a sign on the door that says No mask? We wont ask!) and no employees wear masks/gloves or are taking any safety precautions. Since the pandemic has started, this is the only business Ive gone into that has completely disregarded the health and safety of its patrons. This isnt a political difference, this is about caring for others which they seem not to.

The best water in town. Love all the people who work there. Always help me. When I have problems with my hip they will not let me carry any bottles. The owner Denise has become my friend. I trust their filtration system. Only the best products &water. Great Snow Cones too.

I asked the worker to wear a mask and they refused, all 3 employees were not wearing masks and present in the store. I am never going back and telling my family not to go. They are serving drinks/snow cones with no mask or gloves and are in violation of the governors order.

The purest and best tasting water Ive found in the valley. Its also more affordable and uses less plastic bottles than going to the grocery store. The staff is great.

I drive from East Mesa to get my water here. I have tried other water stores, but the water here tastes so pure and crisp. Also, when I drink water I dont get heartburn with the other places. I suspect it is how the water is purified. Thanks Denise! Love your store!!!

I have read all the reviews, and all these customers are absolutely correct. The water is the best, ever. But the very best asset of this store is Denise and her wonderful team (Crystal, Sam and Daisy) who are always friendly, helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.

My husband and I recently purchased a stand up water dispenser to save money on buying the individual gallons of water at the grocery store. Within the short time of having the dispenser, we have found that the typical price of filling our 5-gallon jugs is $1.50, or, 30 cents a gallon. When the Primo water refill station I usually go to was out of order, I did a quick yelp search of where to find the best refill stations, and Water Connection pulled up as #1 with many 5 star reviews so I decided to give it a try to see if all the rave was warranted. The woman who greeted me and offered to help me was very kind, but when I went to pay for the water, it rang up as 75 cents PER GALLON meaning the 10 gallons I filled up was going to cost me almost 8 bucks. The lady assured me that it was going to be worth it after showing me the arduous process they put the water through but when I brought it home, we could tell absolutely no difference between the bottled gallons from Frys (that cost 89 cents each) or even the water from Water and Ice which goes through the exact same process and costs the typical $1.50 for 5 gallons. I love the idea of supporting a local, family owned business, but Im not a fan of paying 2 and an half times more to support it.

This place is the only water place I get my water from. Even if I had to drive hours to get there - it is worth it. The place is impeccably clean, the water tastes amazing and the people who work there and the owner are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.

Very disappointing that they are not wearing masks during this time, especially as there is a city wide mandate. As a nurse it feels ungrateful and disrespectful to the medical community. As a human it feels uncaring and unkind to those that are at risk.
