I just got introduced to Mike and his shop recently and he is great. He really took some time to diagnose the complex issue I had going on with my car before he just started replacing parts like most shops do. This saved me time and money and I really appreciate him taking the time and explaining everything with me to figure out the best option. Mike went above and beyond what I expected. Mike is honest, dependable, and full of insight. He will not only take care of your vehicle needs, but also take the time to explain and show you what must be done verses what can be done later down the road. Ive been going to him for a few years now, and I will not only continue to go back to him, but send others his way to have their vehicles worked on as well.

I was looking for an alternative to using the dealer for all my service. I didnt mind using the dealer, but it seems like their prices have started to get ridiculously expensive. Id been to several places around town and after doing some online searches I came across Good Brakes Automotive. I decided to call and compare prices to those I had already gathered. I found Mike to be helpful, informative and he seemed straight up and honest. I decided to have Good Brakes do one of my major recommended services and could not have been happier. Their prices were better than all my other quotes and they were using more expensive parts to boot! Mike Im very pleased you sanded up and spoke in my behalf at the Emission Test on Deer Valley. Probably with more people like you they wont reject the car so absurdly. I went to the Scottsdale location and they passed me instantly

Mike is a life saver for me today! On Christmas Eve, my radiator blew. Im a medium-time rideshare driver which means, no driving equals no money! I found this shop on Groupon and visited the website. I texted Mike on Christmas day (early evening) and he texted me back asking to give him a call in the morning for an estimate. I did and his estimate was right in line with another I had received and requested the repair that morning. Mike recommended that I arrive as early as I could to his shop! I am certain I have found my new GO-TO repair shop! Fair price, remarkable customer service and quality work! You should make Good Brakes your repair shop as well!
