I was able to find the most beautiful dress I have ever seen at BBAZ. The dress selection was phenomenal and the front desk staff and owner were the sweetest beings I have ever met from a sales standpoint! My reason for only leaving three stars is that the sales woman who was helping me was really pushy and I was very uncomfortable with her. I tried on 5 dresses that were too small before she decided that we needed to pull from the plus rack and kept telling me that I was going to wear that dress. I wasnt sure what it meant, but I knew that I was very uncomfortable. She squeezed me into a dress and tried to push me to buy it when I knew I wasnt in love with it and so did my bridal party. When I asked to try on more dresses she asked me why I needed to try on more dresses when she knew what dress type my body needed and that was it because she has twenty years of experience and worked at Sandals in the bahamas. My 14 year old sister in law pulled a dress from the plus section and asked me to try it on and she said I could try it on but that it wouldnt flatter my body type. I knew that was the dress before I had even had it all the way on. By this time I was already overwhelmed and I knew it was my dress, but I needed a few mins to mull it over price wise as it was a couple hundred dollars over what I wanted to spend. I told her we would be going to lunch to think about things and would be back. I put down a deposit on the dress to hold it until the end of the day which she said was 6 PM. We went and got lunch, and even to another dress appointment but I knew that my dress was there. When we returned before 5 oclock, they were closing down and thankfully the sweet girl working the front desk helped us check out and even took some pictures of us with a cute little sign saying I said yes to the dress. At this point the sales woman who had helped us pick the dress was frantic about losing her keys and was extremely rude to us for the remainder of our time there. This place is awesome and has a great selection and mostly phenomenal staff. Thank you to BBAZ for having the perfect dress for me! Heres to hoping it was just an off day for my sales woman.

The selection of dresses and accessories was top notch, and my stylist Gabby was Outstanding! She was so friendly and helpful to me and my guests, and all of her recommendations were spot on! Brook was absolutely AMAZING the entire time!!!! She welcomed me, and made me feel so comfortable right away. She truly listened to what I wanted and was looking for. She was super respectful to my budget, and went above and beyond to get me everything I wanted. Similar to other stories, after waiting for months only to hear nothing back, my friend had to call them, and a sketchy game of wheres the dress ensued, only to be told the dress was there! And yet, nobody told us? Went to pick it up, and it was even tighter than the sample, though the tag had the correct size... Heres the real kicker...took it to a professional seamstress, and she pointed out that the tag had been switched! They had actually tried to pass the sample dress off as the size larger that had been ordered! Do not go here...

Customers are told they receive a gift card to Starbucks if they write a good review. They bribe customers for good reviews- don’t believe all the 5 star reviews you read! (They Didn’t even keep their promise.)The bridal party and bride were treated professionally until the dress was purchased. When we had an issue and called to explain, Angel screamed at us on the phone. Extremely unprofessional- horrible front desk secretary.The wedding gown and dress were purchased, and when they were taken home on the day of pickup, a huge hole was found in the $600 veil. We tried to discuss it with the bridal store, but were treated very rudely, were told the contract was signed and excuse after excuse were given. We tried to reason with them, saying we trusted their professionalism and that they would take care of our purchased dress and veil until pick up. The dress wasn’t even clean- like all other bridal shops do with a dress that has been previously tried on by others.There was a huge cut in the middle of the veil, that wasn’t there when it was purchased.Jasmine was the only sweet worker at Bridal Boutique. She was the one who helped the bridal party out and after we tried to reason with the others working there, Jasmine was the only one that offered to help and fix their mistake and had the veil sewn. Sadly, there is NO WAY you can sew ripped tule, which Angel rudely corrected me on with a tone as if we were stupid. We ended up having to repurchase a veil. No bride deserves to be put through extra stress before her big day, or be treated so rudely. Our bride had the worst experience with this bridal shop than any other place.Every bride I’ve worked with after that experience I’ve advised not to go to the Bridal Boutique when they deserve only the best for their wedding day. It’s very simple, treat your customers with respect, and they will love you!

She will be boarding a plane on August 25 to come home to Boston for the wedding !!! Alterations still need to be done ... Their story it’s coming from Spain and its expensive to ship so we wait until we have a large order !!! We all know if there is shipping it’s usually added into the cost of the dress ... Liz was amazing . Im a busty/curvy girl and Liz was able to help me find dresses in my size and made me feel beautiful. I did say yes to the dress! And all the ladies were so friendly and also alterations Lady has 38 years experience..amazing also the shop is so beautiful and peaceful. This place deserves 0 stars! I ordered my dress the beginning of April 2017 for a June 2018 wedding. After waiting 9 months, I did not hear anything on my dress so I started calling for updates. I called once and left a message and no one called back. I called the next day and was told they would do some research and call me back within 2 hours tops - no call back. Called again the next day and was told they were looking into it and would call me back by Monday. When they finally called back I was told there is new management and there was a shipping issue but my dress would be there by the end of the following week. Well that was Friday and I never hear back. When I called them yesterday I was told that the shop was no longer working with my designer and I would not have a dress! To “mediate” the issue they told me I would need to come in and pick a dress off the rack. Uh no! I have been planning everything around the dress I already purchased and have been planning on wearing for 10 months now! Terrible terrible place. When I asked why I was told my dress would be there they said they are finding things out day by day and they had just found out there was no dress a few days ago. I asked why no one called to tell me a few days ago they said they are working with brides with Feb and Mar weddings right now. Seriously people!!!! Do not go here it will ruin your wedding and cause you so much stress! —— UPDATE - I went to Bella Lily Bridal in Glendale and not only did they find me the perfect dress, they were able to get it to me in TWO WEEKS! Highly recommend Bella Lily Bridal!

I would love to speak with everyone who gave five stars about their shopping experience at this boutique; because, that was definitely nowhere close to the service I received. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. Being unsure when of your dress is going to be delivered is very frustrating and downright daunting! I ordered two dresses in Jun 2017 and was told I would be getting them by the end of Oct 2017. I started calling the bridal shop beginning of November. I have called, emailed and even went to the bridal shop till I got my dress in January 2018 (my wedding was in February 2018). I barely had time to do alterations. I kept getting lied everyday and never got a call back after they said they would return my calls. They refused a refund and kept telling me if someone promised me something, I should have it in writing. Really?? This is by no means a way to handle business and customers. Brides BE AWARE! You’ll regret it! I know I did.

The girls that helped me try on dress were nice but outside of that, I had a poor experience. I was double booked for an appointment and then had trouble rescheduling. I called several times then decided to just stop by. Turns out they were appointment only according to a sign on the door even though their phone message said they were open. I told them about the phone message but it was never changed. Then I got my dress and had an appointment for alterations and the lady started off trying to talk me out of alterations. Then she went on and on about how she didn’t think she could do it in time. When I left I found holes in my dress I hadn’t noticed right away. Not sure how I missed them. Found someone at perfect bridal alterations who was wonderful and got it done fast and inexpensive. She fixed the holes. However, i have not received an email back or call about the holes. Guess they don’t care now that they have the money. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I left that place in tears! Don’t want that to happen to someone else. :(

I originally got a dress from pearl bridal, but as some may already know that place and designer were a total scam. Luckily this place stepped up and got me a dress altered and ready within a week! I went in Monday and got my dress on friday because my wedding was that Saturday. They were friendly and amazing to work with. Love my new dress.

Purchased my wedding gown at BBAZ and the experience was great! Dress came on time even though i ordered it to close to the wedding but the team worked great to have it here on time. The size that they’ve ordered for me was perfectly fitting me, no need for alterations. Overall i loved it! Thank you! Helen was absolutely amazing! I had less than three months to get my dress and she calmly walked me through everything she could and would do for me, to make sure I had the perfect dress. The dresses were all so beautiful and she has a lot of different styles. The dress prices were so reasonable and she offered a discount on top of that for the grand opening. If you are a stressed bride, GO HERE! The shop is adorable and chic and the service was indescribable. This is one very impressed and happy bride.

After being a part of the Pearl Bridal fiasco this past week I was left without a gown only 3 days from my wedding ceremony! I wandered into BBAZ with hopes to find something even remotely similar and was greeted by Jasmine who informed me they were closed but she would absolutely help me!The place is huge! Quite deceiving from the front and right away she got down to finding me what I needed.I tried on about 5 gowns and fell in love with 2! Yes 2!!! I didnt think Id even find one. But I was incredibly lucky.The gown is even more stunning then my original choice at Pearl, it needs very minor alterations and I paid and walked away with it same day with an 80% discount!The whole experience was fantastic and I cant thank Jasmine and the team enough for saving the day!I highly recommend them, and what theyre doing to help Pearl Bridal victims is really admiral, thank you!

While visiting family (Im from out of state), we decided last minute to walk in to BBAZ since I hadnt had luck finding a dress yet. Although I highly recommend making an appointment, they were extremely accommodating!!! We had a wonderful experience with our consultant, Julie; she was professional, knowledgeable, patient and FUN! They have beautiful dresses in a wide variety of price points with an open, chic atmosphere and wonderful staff. I would recommend this boutique to anyone!

They were upfront about which shops they received their dresses from - and I found out they received some from a nearby place in Alameda. Instead of going to their semi-annual sale in July, I decided to buy it after work that same day! I also found the price to be discounted well from the original price. When you know, you know!

I want to Warn All Brides to stay clear of this place!!! The customer service is awful!! My daughter bought a 2,000 dollar dress was told alterations were included, she ordered her dress 6 months in advance it didnt arrive until 3 weeks before the wedding, my daughter was so stressed out than when it did arrive they wanted to charge her 600.00 for alterations that she was told were Free and said we should have gotten it in writing. My daughter went for her second fitting 1 week before the wedding and no alterations had been done yet. They were horrible to her, my daughter was in tears, she had to take her dress and leave and find somewhere else to get it altered. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner, or to have the owner call me back as did my daughter but NO CALL back from the OWNER. VERY POOR customer service!!!! Leslie is absolutely awful!! We were told many other brides have gone through this same experience at this place. Your dress and dress experience is one of if not the most important part of your wedding!

I had to get my bridesmaid dress severely altered. It was 4 times too big. The seamstress did an absolutely phenomenal job. (No I was not bribed to write this review) . I went in for a fitting and I had gained a few lbs and to fit more comfortably she took it back out 1/4 in. She insisted it was no trouble and it made all the difference in the comfort. I hadn’t tried it on again until the day of wedding and it fit so perfect it almost felt custom made. Other bridesmaid had issues with zipper and bad straps and poor alteration jobs and mine was flawless. They were super sweet and professional (with out being over the top kissing your ass which is annoying to me ) . They finished the alteration quickly and I looked and felt amazing. Good job guys!!! Loved it ❤️

After coming here it was the first time I had trouble deciding what dress I wanted because they had so many amazing choices. My dress made me cry!!2. The staff was amazing and so helpful. They helped me with any questions I had, and made me feel just absolutely beautiful. They were running around the store getting any dress I wanted to try on, or any veils I wanted. This place looks cool - its in an old bank, but dont be fooled. The staff was incredibly rude and at sneered in my face about my reasonable but not over-the-top budget. When I had talked budget on the phone with them when I set up my appointment, they said they had a lot in that price range. Additionally, they didnt have any of the dress styles I was looking for and kept trying to tell me that Id like a different look better and that the style I wanted (literally just a fit and flare) was no good. They were INCREDIBLY rude, wouldnt let me just leave when it was obvious there were no dresses here for me. Unless youre a huge snob who wants a 3k dress, dont go here.

I live out of town so I wanted to ask about a few dresses, before I made my appointment. When I called, Brooke was so helpful and very sweet! She answered everything and even added me on Pinterest (while I was on the phone) so I could look up the dresses and wedding tip boards they have on their page! I can’t wait to go in for my appointment & hopefully say yes!!

STORY TIME! Future brides beware!!!Like most brides, shopping for the dress is a big highlight of the wedding planning experience. Unfortunately for me, I bought my dress at Bridal Boutique of Arizona, which was without a doubt the worst experience Ive had planning my wedding. When purchasing my dress I was assured I would have my dress by a certain time, and when that time frame passed I called in to inquire and was lied to - I was told the dress had shipped. Two weeks later, I call back, and the dress is still shipping. I had other people contacting this business on my behalf and we were promised we would get calls from both the manager and assistant owner, neither of which ever happened. I wouldnt have been so upset with the dress not coming in on time had the staff not lied to me. At the very least they could have touched base with me when the shipping time was over due, but instead they let us call and call and never bothered to reach out. We ended up going in the store to talk to someone in person, who lied yet again saying the dress was shipped. We were able to do their job and contact the manufacturer, only to find out the dress wasnt paid for on their behalf and it hasnt shipped! We kept in contact with Eddy K and were able to get it shipped OVERNIGHT. I did not want to believe this business would be ran so unprofessionally. It really is a shame what a terrible experience it has been working with BBAZ, and I am so relieved I no longer have to worry about my dress in the hands of this business. Oh also - was told my dress was going to be steamed prior to pick up, and it was not. Cherry on top!

I can’t explain how amazing this place is! After The whole Pearl Bridal scandal, they offered every affcted bride to come in and find a new gown from ANY of the dresses on the rack for only $500! I got a $2,000 gown for $500! Also, after they heard that we paid Pearl $260 for alterations and never received ANY (just a half finished dress in a Home Depot box) they offered to do my alterations for only $100! For a dress and alterations I paid only $650! Really awesome people with amazing hearts! They did so much to reach out and help us brides fix our crazy situation and went above and beyond! Highly recommend! Also, their dresses are so unique, high quality, and gorgeous!! Thank you so much BBAZ!

Horrible customer service after buying the dress and a very stressful experience. My wedding is now 7 weeks away and no one can tell me where my dress is or when it is coming in, and they do not seem to care, either. I called in June and was told it would arrive shortly. Then I called in July and was told it would come by the end of July. Then I called in August and was told it would come by the end of August. Then I showed up in person at the store a few days ago, was attended to by Liz, who told me she would call me with information. She didnt. I left a message the next day asking for someone to call me. They didnt return my call. I just called again and was told that I would get information about my dress in 4 days when the manager was in, who apparently is the only person who is allowed to give out this information. The stores personnel is unapologetic and unhelpful, and now I dont know how Im going to be able to have 2 fittings before my wedding, if my dress even comes at all!

Worst service I have ever had. The manager jasmine was extremely rude to me when I expressed my concern about the “free” honey moon. The fees on the disclosure says like $500 worth of fees which is ridiculous and then when I called the owner he was also very blunt and rude. I also went to tell him about Jasmines poor behavior and he basically called me a liar because that was his daughter and she’s not usually like that when it doesn’t benefit me at all to tell him what a bad manager she is. Also the redemption wasn’t even for the place I asked for. I have told all my friends to not go to this shop and I promise to give you a bad review on every page I can possibly find you on.

I highly recommend this place. My consultants Rebecca and Kalyne were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They helped me narrow down what I liked because I had no idea. They took the time to look around and brought in dress suggestions that fit my style. One of which ended up being my second favorite. It was a special experience and I found the dress Im going to get married in.

I was also a bride that was violated by pearl bridal. I joined the Facebook group for the victims of pearl bridal. I was so not ready to start this dress shopping experience again, I was so nervous nothing would compare to the dress I had already bought. I kept seeing amazing posts about bridal boutique of az, a lot of girls found their second dress there, and how helpful they were for all of our situations. I decided to give them a try and Im sure glad I did!! Their boutique is so cute and clean! They had a nice selection, with an amazing staff!!!! Brooke was my stylist, and I cant say enough nice words about her. She made the whole experience so much fun and about me! She treated me like a friend instead of customer. I ended up finding an even better dress with Brookes help!! There were many hugs and tears exchanged! I cant thank Brooke enough or her manager, Jasmine, who has truely gone above and beyond to help all of the brides that were stuck in a horrible situation.

Went in 1 month and 20 days before my big day thinking that it was going to be impossible to find the perfect dress. These girls were absolutely amazing in helping me find theee dresss... i told them what i was looking for and they found the dress of my dreams.. SASHA AND JEWELS (JULIE) were amaaziinggg!! Very satisfied that I found my dress in a short period of time and at the first store I went to look for one! ♡

Fair warning to all brides out there, i purchased a gown from this boutique in March on the 26th, i have not received it it is currently December 13th, the boutique would not provide me any information and yet they took my moms money no problem. I had the idea to call the designer of the gown (allure bridals) and they said the dress has been ready for some time and the boutique is negotiating shipment I wasnt sure what that meant, so i asked the accounting manager Cheryl from allure, who was very kind, and she while being careful to protect the boutique as I know she has too, helped me to the conclusion that the boutique had not paid for the dress and if I wanted the dress shipped to me directly I would have to pay in full to the designer, which tells me it wasnt paid for. Needless to say, i ended up with a different dress as I can not continue to wait, and have been attempting to reach the boutique all week, with not a single answer, Ive evenn had others call on my behalf, and they have not responded to my refund request by email or any of my phone calls. Such a shame.

Like many others I had purchased in full my dress from Pearl Bridal. For a few weeks I was undecided of what to do next because I did not have extra cash for another dress. Eventually with support of my father and family I started looking for new dress. I had previously already gone to another shop but the dresses in stock where not my favorite. When I arrived at BBAZ I was scared they have only been open for 2 years I was nervous about this place because of what already happened. But as soon as we got started their selections where amazing! Brooke was AMAZING! The experience obviously didnt feel the same. My attitude for every dress was EH! I wasnt excited I felt under pressure because of the money and time not the store its self or Brooke who was helping me but just over all emotionally exhausted. But Brooke had a spunk to her my mom and sisters where excited and eventually when the right dress came on... well ladies it was an explainable feeling. And the discounted price I got OMG! My dad wont have to sell his horse after all. My exact words with tears. It was such a relief I wish I would have came here first I would pay 3x the money had I just came here first. Im never one to write reviews, but I absolutely felt the need to share my experience with Bridal Boutique of AZ.I found the perfect wedding dress from BBAZ several months ago. Very long story short, my dress was never delivered. BBAZ has bent over backwards to remedy a situation that wasnt even their fault just so I was taken care of. I went in and found another dress that I love even more than the original. BBAZ has gone above and beyond to make sure my dress is perfect for my big day.If you are thinking about shopping at BBAZ, know that the amazing owner and outstanding staff will exceed your expectations. Im so thankful for Brooke H. specifically who has truly made this a great experience.

Even though I didnt purchase my dress here, the employees were super helpfull in giving me information for other stores within my budget. They were sincerely nice. Other stores I felt judged because of my budget but they made me feel like it was ok and gave me other options. I really appreciate it!

Here I found the perfect dress in less than 30 minutes! Liz Rodriguezs treatment was incredible, she helped us a lot and made us feel like she was our friend for years, which made the process of choosing my dress easier and more fun. I definitely recommend going to this boutique, they have many very nice dresses and excellent treatment.
