Im sorry, but I no longer love this place...yet sadly they always do something wrong just because I dont speak spanish. Last night I went and asked for 4 pounds of Carne Asada and then I asked if it was still good and then they said it was good, it was dry and old meat when I got home and brought it to my family.I paid their new price $40!!For disgusting old meat....and I dont think I will come here anymore.And they could have discounted it for being almost time to close... But nope.... sorry, I cant stand this type of business.They also weighed my one pound of meat... and it was .92 lbs when I saw the scale...DONT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF PLEASE

As a local its easy for me to say that this place is Grade - A without a doubt. The food, people, and service is great and the atmosphere is genuine. Not only am I a local, Im also a regular 10/10.

Had it once had It twice and Im gonna be back! I live in cave creek! Like the town not the road and I will be making this drive to pick up some more food! I had the chicken and it was on point! I ordered two chicken combos. Its came with 2 whole chickens chopped up and ready to serve. Salsa that is incredible. The rice and beans is amongst the best Ive had. Yummy corn tortillas are included also. All this food and it was only about $20! Went to work fed the homie. When I came home fed the family and Im still eating lol. The people are super friendly here. I recommend to anyone who is interested in the food of my people! Check it out. You wont be disappoint. My next visit Im gonna pick up some ribs.

Great food and they are not stingy with the meat. My carne asada buritto was delicious and stuffed with meat. The salsas are great as well. They have an extra spicy salsa that is really good and not for the faint of heart. Im stopping here whenever Im in the area from now on.

After driving by Carneceria Castillo many many times over the last 2.5 years my husband and I finally went in to order some food and it was delicious! We got the small combo plates, one chicken and one carne asada. The red salsa is good and hot! The chicken gordita that my husband had was good as well. We will definitely go back. The only thing is that we wished the food was more hot.

Ordered chicharrón it didn’t even look or taste like chicharrón, it was more like carnitas. It was also so salty we couldn’t even eat it. The guacamole tasted like it had old avacados in it. So disappointed won’t be going back to this place.

Everything is fine but sometimes they go too smart wanting to sell you meat from the day before as if it were the day before and it happened to me once so pay attention to that old meat is very easy to distinguish and of course that aldieño is worth it because he is the one cook the roast

The chicken is fine but why is it that when you ask for extra rice it is as if you pay as if you did not bring your combo? I mean, the combo is supposed to have beans and rice but they sell you the extra rice as if it didnt have the combo !! The large glass was charged at 8 but where is the rice that comes with my combo? 🤔
