Poor customer service. Was told their granite company does not supply samples and that I’d have to choose by internet picture. Every main granite distributor in the area supplied samples to me and granite looks so different in person than picture. I was trying to hire for granite and backsplash installation. Never got back to me regarding a complete bid/budget. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Recently had to replace my flooring and I visited all the local flooring stores including the national chains. I did not like any of the samples they were offering in the 100% Waterproof flooring. I was about to settle on a product when a friend of mine recommended I go to B and M Flooring. First, they have the LARGEST assortment of 100% waterproof flooring that Ive seen anywhere in town! I saw more color, pattern and type variation than anywhere else. Second, we selected our floors and within the week our floors arrived. The specialist gave us an ETA and kept us posted the day of arrival. I cant say enough about his demeanor, personality and knowledge/experience of the products they offer. B and M flooring is 5 star!

Horrible experience, does not seem to care about customers at all. There are way too many reputable flooring companies available to have to deal subpar service, do your research people!

We are building a new home and ordered our cabinets and flooring from B&M. Ben is so easy to work with and his customer service is beyond compare. There were a couple hiccups along the way and he made things right, and in a timely fashion. He was very responsive and always willing to take the time to meet with us, explain products, etc. We were extremely happy throughout our entire experience working with Ben and recommend him highly!!

We bought a house and we wanted waterproof flooring. Ben has a large selection of waterproof vinyl. Great unbeatable prices as well. We went on to order our flooring and after a few days Ben called to let me know that my flooring was being held at customs and we might be looking at a few days delay. We were very understanding as we knew this situation was out of his hands. What surprised me the most is that Ben didnt stop there when others would just brush it off and just wait for customs to clear up my order. He went on and searched for my floors around the country to see if anyone else had my flooring in stock. Ben was able to locate the amount of square footage I needed and ordered it within a fee days and had it delivered ASAP!!! We were able to pick up the flooring and install it and still be done with our project by the deadline we had set for our project.Thanks Ben!! For the past four years I been buying my flooring and cabinets from B & M Floors and Cabinets for my projects. I am very please with their products and service. They have a wide selection of flooring and cabinets at compatible prices. I am in process of building another custom home and I will definitely be going back and use this Company. Ben did an amazing job with our home remodel. He made himself and his staff available for our time frame and also was very helpful with picking out high quality materials that were within our budget. We had our whole house remodeled from beautiful laminate flooring (looks like real wood), nice bright white cabinets and quartz counter tops in our bathrooms and kitchen; he even had our lights replaced to canned lighting. We wanted to make our home feel new and cozy, but also safe for our toddler. We couldnt be happier with the results. Ben followed up with us to make sure everything was up to our standards. Run. Far and fast. Not worth the time or trouble. If you have 7-9 months to wait for material, Ben’s your guy. Charges too much, does not honor warranty. Installers hit a gas line and I had to pay to get it fixed. Had to remake cabinets due to not measuring correctly.
