Customer service is always great!! I’m not sure if the gentleman behind the counter is the manager but he is quite NICE and welcoming, so are the staff! Cucumber lime mint, banana milkshake, watermelon lime mint agua fresca...thank me later!

I like the $.15 a gallon water and you can buy some ice cream also.I dont see them disinfecting the water handles anytime I come in.im not sure if they do that off hours or never.So you have to do it your self.They have carts also that everyone use. We stop using it.Best time to come is in the morning. No one is there. Afternoon and weekends are to be avoided.Workers are helpful and nice. Wish they have a automatic door to get in and out that way its easier to carry the 5 gallon water jugs out.

Great Thrifty Ice Cream but far from thrifty while it is super expensive for one scoop and regular cone, but 2 scoops is like a Combo lunch meal!!! $5.41 for 2 scoops. I could buy 2 gallons of Milk with that price tag. What a waste of money!! I remember 2 scoops as a kid was one quarter.

This place is always a treat when we go to fill our water and get a yummy cold treat. The girls that run it are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they would have in stock the shorter 3 gallon tanks. We would buy them up.

Nice guy, great homemade truffles

I normally go to this store for water and have enjoyed the experience. However, I went into this store recently, watched a man walk in before me with no mask or gloves. This person was touching the doors & the equipment. The 2 employees were standing around looking at their phones. I self distanced myself from everyone while wearing a mask and gloves. I asked the employees if they wipe down the equipment and sanitize everything. They rudely said NO. I asked if they had any wipes that I could use to wipe it down before using. They again said no and looked at me like I was crazy. I said thank you and left without using the equipment. This is how we spread the Covid Virus. I truly am appalled at this behavior and if I could send a message to the owner, I would. Please DO NOT USE this store.

We get our water here. Its inexpensive and quick. They offer you a refillable card that is super convenient for businesses. The bonus is that its a Ice cream shop also. I recommend there chocolate shakes to anyone. Very good

Love, love, love this location of Water & Ice. Indoor and outdoor seating, and their water is the best, with the best pricing. You can buy water bottles here in various sizes or just bring your own and fill them here.They sell a lot of snack items, but frankly we just go for the yummy Thrifty ice cream.

Came in the evening to get ice cream, unfortunately 2 young ladies working were very rude and unpleasant. I changed my mind and only bought water. In this day and age friendliness is a must, if a business wants to succeed. I definitely will not but from this location if these young ladies are in board. I work to hard for my money to give it to people who do not welcome my business.The other members have been very pleasant. Must teach this young generation better.Thank You.

Most filtered water is like any other other filtered water, its filtered water. Ice on the other hand, well its the desert even in winter. its nice when you get a large bag for 2 bucks. Usually not a line, and you can get it quick.

This place is always super clean, friendly and hardworking staff. The water membership card reduces your water to only 12 cents a gallon. Go in, put 20 dollars to good use. You get water for 12 cents a gallon, discounts on water related items, and 1 dollar bags of ice. I have not even mentioned the best ice cream in Phoenix. I had the black cherry and rocky road today. Two huge scoops, waffle cone, 4 dollars. Coldstone would have charged double that, and this ice cream is hydrating and tastes great. Best ice cream ever. Take a chance with this place.

We have been going here for many years. The staff are always super friendly, helpful, and make you feel very welcomed. We would not go anywhere else simply because their customer service is top-notch here.

Great water, it doesnt taste nasty like as city water or taste like the filter. We fill up here every week. They have good ice cream and milkshakes too. They have some other stuff, but never tried it.

This is what a water store should be like. The kids who work there are super nice. The place is clean and even nice Decor which isn’t normal for a water and ice shop. Also a gallon of water is still 25 cents. I notice a lot of them charging more for water

The water at this place is of great quality. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, they have some delicious snacks for sale like ice cream, raspados, mangoniadas, and bionicos.

The staff was super sweet but beware the ice cream and shaved ice (which is actually crushed ice) melted before we could even walk out of the store. The staff was well aware of it and said nothing. It was a waste of $30. We ended up getting slurpees from 711 as an icy treat and threw milkshakes, ices, and ice cream in trash. The people in front of us threw theirs away also.

The gentleman helping my kids and I was very nice. I made a comment to him about how the Ice in their shaved Ice last a lot longer and he took the time to explain their ice making process. True statement you learn something everyday.

Went in to get some ice and a gallon of water. Super easy set up, a gallon of clean water is 10 cents and a bag of ice is 1.29, cant beat the price or how fast and simple it was. They also have Thrifty Ice Cream and made to order hot dogs cooked right when you order them. Ill be back.

I just purchased 3 ice cream cones with my son and husband tonight at 8:52pm and Im not sure what was wrong with the cashier but she gave us the dirtiest look ever. I dont know what her problem was but she needs to be fired. How do you hire a person so miserable and disrespectful to handle customers.
