Super nice people and super quick service! I asked the lady numerous questions (which confirmed my lack of CB knowledge) and she could have easily upsold me pretty much anything she wanted to, but she didnt even try. She told me my radio was in good shape and she tweaked a couple of minor things that needed tightening and then the guy checked my swrs and told me they were fine and I didnt need new antennas.Integrity and honesty, very much appreciated! Thank you ❤️

Walked in. Was greeted right away, Karli got my CB on the workstation right away while I waited, retuned and fixed some old soldering. Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! She answered all the questions I had and made things easier to understand!Would recommend this shop to anyone who needs radio work! 10/10

I was traveling and needed to have some repair work done on my Cobra CB as well as standing my 4’ Wilson back up. Id had to take it down because of the Drive Thrus.The gentleman was busy with installations BUT his wife did Fantastic work. I’d give her 10 gold stars anytime.Awesome work at a reasonable price. I pre-ordered some antennas and they allowed me to schedule an appointment for later in the week. I will definitely be going back

Very good customer service

$20 to tune my cheap antenna. I left and never got anything on the radio and wasnt able to transmit either. The antenna light was on solid red. Started calling him right away and they NEVER answer the phone. I drove all the way back 25 miles and they were closed. Called and left message also, but he never called me back.

Took my cobra 29 Ltd chrome here yesterday for a much needed checkup. Had some hidden issues they brought to my attention. After some minor surgery. My radio is 100% again. I couldn’t be happier with the way took care of me and my radio. Very friendly and very fast service. Plus I took their advise and bought the mic they recommended for what I use it for. Did you get your Van radio antenna tore off in a drive through car wash ? I did and could not find anyone who could/would fix it.I called Firebird CB and shared my problem, the nice lady said bring it down, I did and Chato put a new one on no problem, the Antenna is on the passenger side fender. installed it, hooked it up and spliced it in and the radio works great, if you need your regular car/van/pick up antenna fixed they can do it, they dont only work on CB Antennas! fair pricing as well. Matt the tech went out of his way to make sure my system wasnt just good but perfect. Highly recommend this place for all your cb radio repairs.Update. My radio screen quit working after a few weeks so I brought it back in. Could have been caused by anything but they repaired it for free. Luckily I had a 20 bill on me for that tip. Great people and I wish I could double my stars.

Ive been here several times to have radios checked out and find them to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Ive also picked up parts like coax and antennae. They have a decent selection of radios and other accessories on hand. Service here is top-notch and they do stand behind their work.

Karli and Chato are very good people.I had a Galxy 94HP that decided to go kaput on me . They were very open as to how much it would cost to replace the final and also pointed out that the cooling fan was going out also.Being limited on cash at the time, I had to pass up getting the radio fixed, and somewhere down the line will end up probably end up having it repaired ( with my luck .... Will probably end up paying more too!!)Shop like this are few and far betweenAll I can say is God bless you Karli and Chato
