Decent place, its definitely a warehouse type vibe. No pricing listed, they were helpful but had to stand in line just to get questions answered. Then had to go take pics of the items I wanted pricing on.

If more businesses understood this is is what customer service should be, the consumer world would be a much happier place. These guys were completely understanding and helpful when an installer completely screwed my brand new Jeep. It was no fault of theirs but they still took the time to talk to me and help me through it with patience and complete understanding. I’m not talking about one employee but all of them took the time to help me. I will never buy stereo equipment anywhere else.

I just got a pair of 2 ohm subs 6months ag one had a bad coil I went to exchange it and the told me it was an old model and that I was lying about them being only 6 months old even with receipt I was told I was lying they swapped them with some 4 ohm subs I took them with discus I will never go there again so disappointed I’ve been going for years now I will take my business elsewhere

Seems to be more like a flea market of car audio...lots of product, seemed to cover way more vehicles than most places would, even a lot of uncommon vehicles, but VERY little of which actually had prices listed, and customer service was definitely lacking.They were helpful in getting the double din dash kit bezel I needed for my truck when I was in there a while ago after being referred there by a buddy, and price matched Amazon as well..actually ended up being a few dollars cheaper than had I ordered it online, even after accounting for shipping through Amazon or sales taxes buying it there.This last time though, I was searching for a specific type of speaker terminal connector, and basically just got pointed to a corner full of boxes of various terminals with zero organization, along with a feeling like I was just seen as someone wasting their time. I was also planning on buying a new subwoofer, amp, and enclosure there as well, but combined with that lousy service and absolutely none of the subs, amps, or boxes that I was interested in priced out (there were a few combo packages with prices, but none that would work for me), I left without buying anything at all despite driving over an hour to get there.I may stop in again in the future if Im already in the area, but I doubt that Ill make that trip again just to come here.

Well first time walking in ask questions theyre very knowledgeable but I was hoping to find more of what I needed but I was still happy Im finding what I found I just hope they have extra more options of connectors I guess they must have change price I just hope they have more options next time my suggestion is $5 and up depending the size of the bag of connectors you purchase well make it easy but either way I was still happy to get what I needed Im going to come back and get more later on and a few other stuff overall love the place

Awesome place. I went there on a recommendation from another auto shop. The guys that work there are fantastic. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. My car died in their parking lot and they were gracious enough to jump it. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have been to this place several times and they where pretty good, but this last time I had to return 3 times. I informed the guy of what I needed and he gave me the wrong stuff. He gave me a double deck kit when I only needed a single in which was $60 when I returned the double deck for the single he stated that it was the same price. That is a lie because the single kit sales for the most at $20 many other places, therefore he beat me out of $40. I will not be returning

Their prices are great, especially since theyre a local shop. Unlike online shopping, when you need equipment or supplies, you can get it that day from only a few miles away. The owners & staff are amazing! Whenever my husband & I walk in or call, they know us by name & treat us like friends rather than just random customers like most places do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great deals & awesome customer care.

Ive been going there since 05. The products have changed and its not as cheap as it used to be. But online you can get the same thing and wait, hope for the best and get a 30 day warranty. Or get top brands and quality in hand with a one year store warranty for $20 more. I still like this place and Ill continue to return and recommend.

Prices are mediocre at best and the staff is rude!! USE AMAZON!First off...I walked around for 20 minutes and no one said anything to me. If you know what you want, thats good because you will not get any customer service.Second...I purchased an amp for $169 and 30 minutes later I found the amp on amazon for $128. No big deal I said to myself, Ill just return it. I called the store and they said they would only give me a store credit. Naturally I raised hell a bit and and told them that I just bought it within the hour. Sooo...here is the only reason I gave 2 stars, they did give my money back, but it took some time to convince them.When I went back to the store, they did honor the arrangement and gave me my money back. However, the whole time during the transaction they assured me that I was going to get a used item from amazon (even though amazon said NEW).Bottom line...amazon has a better price and its easy to return if there are any issues.Needless to say...I will not be returning.

The audio equipment they have is the same as the one sold by best buy and frys, but sometimes for the half the price. Picked up my Deck for 100 cash, still got a receipt and found it at best buy for 80 dollars more... So very good deal. I got the install kit and wiring harness for free!! Its true they dont particularly have the best customer service but if you talk to them they are really friendly.

Disrespectful customer service.I called to ask about some cable kits I needed for my installation and the person that answers the phone was very rude and hung up on me.If this is how they treat new customers over the phone I cant even imagine how they would treat me in person.At least Im glad I didnt do business at this arrogant shop.The worst part is that I was referred by another audio shop because they were out of stock.

This place sell more junk audio equipment than a flea market. I went there to buy a amp and they kept trying to push this knock of Majestic brand on me. Which majestic is a cheap non CEA certified product. You guys need to step up your sells and start selling quality product over cheap ass equipment

I own Audio 2000 in Tucson, a single store. These guys treat me as though I own a 50 store chain, excellent service and they go out of their way to make sure I have what I need, when I need it. My rep always calls to see if I need anything when he comes to town. He even stops in if I dont order anything. Dont listen to anyone with a bad review, Ive dealt with them for years, not one bad experience. Update as of 04/08/2015. I know Kenny & hes a good guy. He doesnt ever call me to see how Im doing, never asked to meet up at CES and basically ignores me now that hes gone. Customer service at RAS is superb, I go there & everyone is glad to see me & excellent to deal with. Far better service than any other distributor Ive dealt with in the 32 years Ive been in car audio. I cant imagine anyone being treated any differently. I believe that when other people were there being friendly & concerned for your needs, it was because its their policy to treat everyone with kindness & respect and is expected from everyone. Once theyre gone theres no one to keep them in check and you never hear from them. These guys are first class in my book.

Growing up in this area these guys own a staple audio store for west phx, best prices, and best customer service. I own a landscape company and recently found out they opened an artificial turf company. I purchased their 85oz Sedona blend and it looks great installed and is really a plush soft turf. It seems well and doesnt require alot of infill. Great prices on turf. Az Lawn Squad gives them 2 thumbs up. Hit us up if you need a display area built to showcase your turf!!

This place has gone downhill fast. Kenny is no longer there and customer service has completely disappeared. These guys have no concept of American customer service. No refunds on anything. Dont fall for the good reviews on here that were from long ago. This review reflects what they are today. They used to sell Kicker and got their dealership revoked....not good!
