They say there is a store at dessert ridge but its been gone for months waste of gas and time wish they would update locations

Cody is Amazing! He spent days trying to attack a probleM with my wife and I that even though he wasn’t able to personally fix he was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to and work with. He pointed us in the right direction and when he couldn’t help called in higher management to help us attack the problem thank you so much Cody for your kind words your time and your positive attitude after being mistreated by so many other stores you managed to keep us smiling thank you.

Mel and Leslie are absolutely fantastic the best customer service ever. So friendly and knowledgeable you can really tell they love their job

The Manager was extremely rude to me today. I then went to another At&t store where I received polite and excellent service. Our family and very large extended family will now always use another location.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker there that ended up not working and when I returned it they were out of stock and didnt know when they were getting more in, so they ended you giving me a better speaker that cost $20.00 more then the one I originally purchased and didnt charge me. Pretty awesome.

Finally, I found an AT&T store where the employees actually care. Mel and Lelsie were superb guiding me through my setup and options. Very professional, very competent and absolutely delightful. Will return to this location as my home base from now on.

If there was a way to give a negative minus review, I would. Went to the store to add a line. Walked in and there was one person ahead of me. That person finished and then stood there and waited for the person to address me. Crickets! I went up to him. He seemed totally disinterested in me or my business. I asked if he was having a bad day. He said he was busy with tasks and was the only person in the store. Asked about certain phones and he said he doesnt carry them in the store and knows nothing about them because the higher ups only want him to sell iPhones. The situation just went from here to worse. I would NEVER go into this store again and if I could get this person fired, I would. His name is JP and if you walk in there and hes the only person there, Run away and dont walk. I left Verizon about 9 months ago and am strongly considering paying the penalties to go back. JP, you SUCK!

Horrible!!! AT&T almost lost me as a customer after my experience with this store. We went in to upgrade our phones at this location and were assisted by their District Manager, Zach Levetan. He sold us our new phones, and upgraded our plan, having us believing that our new data plan was unlimited. He lied, our plan was never changed, and the next month we got hit with $30 in overages. NOT COOL! To make things worse, when I called in to AT&T, the telecom rep informed me that he could have waived at least one of our upgrade fees. Apparently, hes only out for profit and doesnt care about customer service/satisfaction. We also purchased phone cases and screen protectors from him. Halfway through our transaction he left us with two brand new employees to do the install. They had NO IDEA how to properly install the screen protectors! We had already been there for 2+ hours, and they took another 2 hours to finish the install. They did such a horrible job that by the next day my husbands screen cover was completely coming off. Mine had little bubbles popping up everywhere. I went back the next day to return my husbands, and the employees gave me so much attitude about returning it. They said, those are NOT returnable... Im sorry, what?!?! We spent $50 per case and YOUR EMPLOYEES did a terrible install, and now you want to tell me you wont take it back? I had to ask to speak with management before they changed their minds and allowed the return. JUST HORRIBLE. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Looks like a new boss and crew in the store definitely an awesome experience Im glad I stopped in. Will definitely be back here for all of my business needs. My little hidden gem!

Daniel was SUPER helpful and patient when we went to the store to set up my sons iPhone from his old android. Thanks so much for your patience and assistance, this is definitely my go to store from now on!

They offer great deals to get you to sign up with them. Then the 2nd year they kick you to the curb by charging full price for any changes in your plan.

Walked in this morning and was helped by Melvin. He undid years of billing turmoil in a span of about 10 minutes for me. My experience couldnt have gone better.

Do not ask for Daniel when you go to this store. He will mess everything up with your account, it will go up, and he will just add stuff to it.

Got the new galaxy s on black Friday. but they didnt have any deal compare to best buy. so i return the phone within their 14 days. now, i am starting to receive collection notice amount of $886.81.
