Super quick service. In and out in less than an hour. Luis is freaking awesome with an epic beard. Had alot of fun talking to him while I was there. Didnt even feel like I was waiting. Carl’s friendly but the man cant seem to fix my phone correctly to save his life. after i initially broke the screen on my 11 pro max i went and got it fixed and it looked good n worked fine but a couple days passed and my phone was no longer touch responsive so i go back and he fixes it again and its covered under warranty so im not even mad. same thing happens. i go home and it works fine for a couple days but now theres a new problem. the screen slowly fades out and the phone restarts along with the same issue of the phone not responding to touch every now and then and wont work until i let it die.friendly service but cant seem to get the job done correctly.

Soldering and internal services are NOT available as advertised on website. If you need more than a part replaced, they do not have anyone that can do the work.

I brought them two google phones to fix a cracked screen on both. The repairs we sub par using the wrong tools that left the screen and back panel elevated from the rest of the phone. They also ended up breaking the back camera on one and the fingerprint scanner on the other. They fixed the fingerprint scanner but I decided to go elsewhere to fix the camera since their quality of work is terrible.

They are quick, adept and very reasonable Nice guys too! This is my go to shop forever.

Wish there was 0 stars. the WORST experience i’ve ever had with any phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. this is such a money hungry business...was on a vacation to arizona and my phone stopped working since it was cracked. stopped in this store and was assured they could fix both front and back (even after telling them the back was no problem, i just needed a functional phone) with the back being half price. went back a couple hours later and picked my phone up. after using it for a little bit i noticed how it would randomly turn off even with the battery being full. called them and they told us how there was a MISSING PART (for the back which we told them we didn’t need) but my phone should be fine. at this point i could only use my phone for about a minute before it would turn off and power back on. we took the phone back in so they could see if they could do something without the part that they ordered. since the part didn’t arrive within the time i was on vacation we agreed to leave the phone there and we would get it shipped back. after about a week, i received my phone in the mail and thought everything was fine. i am now noticing that BOTH MY SCREENS ARE FALLING OFF. i can see the inside of my phone. throughout this whole process, i am very very not pleased and super upset. since this was a 3rd party from Apple, insurance does not cover now (this was my only option at the time to go outside of the insurance) and i am stuck with a phone with screens popping off and fearing it will stop working again.please save your money and go somewhere else! now i wasted over $200 and still have a messed up phone!

Long story short, brought my phone in with a cracked screen and got it back in totally unusable condition with a screen that wouldn’t even turn on.

I busted the glass of my iPad Mini 3 like months ago because I dropped something heavy on it. It was still functional but I wanted the glass screen repaired. I invested so much into the device I thought this place had a fair price for repair. When I showed up they were in the middle of store remodel and I was kind of suspicious about them until the guy who accepted my appointment was very professional and honest that it probably would take a few days for repair. Obviously, I came in at 7pm the day after New Years Day. Fast forward to 1-5-2020 and I got a call that my device was ready. I showed up and paid under $100 for the repair and it was SO NICE, SO SMOOTH and SO AFFORDABLE. I am so glad I showed up here because they did such an awesome job! I will recommend this place to everyone I know who has a cracked iPad screen for sure!

I needed a quick and cheap repair of a cracked iPhone screen ahead of trading it in to. They were able to replace my screen in about minutes and for just generic screen; they also offer original replacement for . This shop is a bit off the beaten path in Chinatown but worth the extra steps.

I took my phone for a screen replacement and the mic wouldn’t work properly afterward. I didn’t relate this mic issue to the screen replacement at first, but after doing some research I found out it happens frequently, so I went back to the shop. I was received with a lot of attitude, the white guy behind the counter wouldn’t believe me and immediately began opening Apps and messing with the phone without even telling me he needed to do that. They opened the phone back up, made me reinstall apps and do a soft reset, all without any success. Not only they couldn’t solve the issue, but after my second visit to this shop, I’m running into more issues with the camera and the phone. If you ask me, these guys don’t know what they are doing. I would avoid this business!

I went in to get my sim card slot fixed. I went to 2 stores beforehand who said it couldnt be fixed. They fixed it in 1 minute honestly. Its fast, professional, and the workers were extremely helpful. The best place to go to fix a broken phone.

Also, after repairing my cracked screen, I put my SIM card in the wrong way and got it stuck. I called this place after leaving another cell phone repair shop that kept lying and changing the price on me. CJ had information on a replacement over the phone, and when I got to the shop, it was the same price he had quoted over the phone. He took care of everything, and I was out of the store in a few minutes. After dealing with the other shop for over a week with no resolution, this was quite a relief.
